Banana Cupcake

Ingredients

banana (very ripe!) 3 pcs.
egg 1 PC.
whole grain wheat flour 100 g
premium wheat flour 100 g
sugar 100 g
butter 70 g
salt pinch
baking powder 2 tsp
liquor 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with sugar, add soft butter. Puree the bananas and add them to the butter / sugar mixture. Combine flour with baking powder, salt. Combine everything in one container and pour in the liquor. Beat the mixture well!
  • Grease a pressure cooker bowl with butter and pour the dough into it.
  • Using the Menu button, select the Multi-cook mode, set the time to 60 minutes and press the Cooking / Turbo button.
  • When finished, leave on Heat for 5 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. Turn off the pressure cooker, and after 15 minutes take out the finished cake.
  • If the cake looks damp to you, then you can install the Multipovar for an additional 10-15 minutes.
