Ingredients

Wheat flour
maybe more, but .....
(the dough should be thin,
like thin pancakes)
7 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Egg 3-4 pcs.
Good sour cream 350 g
Vanilla
Apples
(medium is possible, but similar in weight)
3 huge
Soda 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon a couple of pinches
Powdered sugar for decoration

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Grind eggs with sugar into a foam
  • Add sour cream, flour, soda
  • Peel the apples, cut into thin slices
  • Line a mold or a thick frying pan without a handle with foil and rub the foil with a piece of butter.
  • Pour a little dough on the foil and spread it with a spoon with a layer, spread over the sides of the pan.
  • On this layer, gently lay apple slices, you can fan and in several layers,
  • sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Gently pour the dough onto the apples from the edges in a circle to the middle
  • Place in a cold oven.
  • After removing the foil from the warm cake,
  • Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.

Time for preparing:

Bake for about 1.5 hours or a little longer

Cooking program:

Program temperature 180 degrees

Yesterday the pies were all over. I'll bake my charlotte today, an apple jellied pie. I will bake on a baking sheet in a mini desktop oven. Not enough sour cream, add mayonnaise and possibly condensed milk a couple of spoons. I don’t like cinnamon, but vanilla sugar works well.

mamusi, I had a guest yesterday, my younger grandson, after school, had dinner with me. I gave half of the brown pie to him, for the elder, who is a student and is constantly busy. I don't eat pies myself, there is someone.
Today I baked fresh, three apples were gone - one huge and two normal, and the mayonnaise separated the water at the bottom, it was only possible in the dough.
I confess, I ate a new square with ice cream.
