Minced chicken nests in oursson 5005 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Nests (pasta) 7pcs
Minced meat (chicken) 800-900g
Minced meat onion 1 PC
Cream can be added as needed.
For sauce pouring
Milk (cream) 270-300ml
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l. (full)
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
Cheese 70-100g
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking minced chicken fillet + onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  • We stuff the nests.
  • From the products for pouring, prepare the sauce with a blender, if you use cream, then sour cream is not needed.
  • We put the nests in a bowl and pour over the sauce.
  • Cooking on the Stew mode for 40 minutes, pressure 3
  • It tastes very good.
  • For myself, I do it with fish, with mushrooms or with cottage cheese or with feta cheese.

Note

I make these nests in any fast machine, the main thing is to decide on the liquid. You can not cook, as well as digest and get a complete mess.
Overall it is very tasty, the dough with minced meat ... almost a classic.
Bon Appetit everyone.

THE RECIPE IS JUST A MIRACLE, and in a slow cooker, probably on the "rice" or "buckwheat" program before the water evaporates?

Tatyana, what do you think, if you make such nests in Brand 6051, what time and temperature should you choose? For example "Extinguishing" mode the default temperature, time -? or if the mode is "Manual" - what temperature should it be?

In Brandik on Manual at a temperature of 100-110, time 35-40 minutes
On Extinguishing, I would put up 15-20 minutes.

Tanya, well done - very tasty nests!
Now the kids will be happy to get such nests for lunch.
In such nests, everything that they do not eat can be veiled! And you can "play" with the sauce.
And my adults will not refuse either ... And I have minced meat, I just need to buy nests ...

Tan, who is your director and cameraman? After all, this is so much work and time ...

The husband removes and mounts. Actually, he was the initiator to start filming a video, at first I really didn't want to, but now I got involved

What are you, such a beauty, everything is clear, chewed, and if something is completely incomprehensible, you can immediately ask the author a question. I love your video recipes
