Several times already during kneading, the bucket jumps out of the holder, how is it treated? Since it is now scary to leave the stove on the timer, it will suddenly pop up at night. Have you had similar cases?
k.alena
I have a different HP model, but just try to bend the plates that fix the bucket, that is, fix it more rigidly. An extraneous knock was so cured during kneading
petrof
If anyone is interested, HP is recognized as a service center by a factory defect.
They promise to repair or replace it with another within 3 months.

Well, I just called the service and they told me that the warranty does not apply to removable parts. We must order. ( Who would doubt that)
I also came to this and found that the bucket is worth more than half of what I paid in June 2008. I can, of course, make a discount on the increased dollar rate, but still, give 350 hryvnia every 9 months. for a new bucket (a scapula, as I understand it, is purchased separately) - that's cool.
I will add that the Teflon from the scapula also slides off with films.
Duck
Apparently, everyone has such a problem with Delongee. I lubricated with oil, it does not help. Now I always have a shoulder blade in my bread after baking.
petrof
05/07/09 after 5 months I received the stove from the service center after repair.
Now everything is buzzing. But the repair time is awesome.
ks372
Congratulations on receiving the corrected HP !!! I, too, have DeLongs only model 755, and I got the impression that the ten does not keep the temperature necessary for baking. You still can't bake good bread! So what didn't work in the end?
petrof
as I was told, the entire electronic part was replaced, that is what was expected from the manufacturer for so long.
sazalexter
For 5 months they do not say something or are deceiving. These terms exceed those established by the law many times! You could write a refusal to repair, and get money in the store. When ordering a rare part from HP from the USA, DHL, the order took 2 months, but it was not a warranty repair!
PS I did not see that YOU are from Ukraine You have a different ZOPP of course
petrof
Well, if it's interesting again.
Somewhere before March 8, I received a call from the service center and offered to issue an act to return the stove to the store. In the store, an open test was sent to X ---. The court does not accept the claim due to the lack of full details of the defendant. When buying with home delivery, purchase documents from a non-existent individual.
so all sellers evade taxes and product returns. Only the warranty card is valid. Having extensive experience working with judges and the consumer protection society, he accurately estimated the cost of refund. 5 times higher than the cost of the stove. Therefore, having talked in the service center about the prospects for repairs, we agreed to try to wait for spare parts. Well, he waited. I don’t know how a state is in Russia, but in Ukraine it’s a corrupt prostitute and an expensive one, so spare parts from China from the Delonghi factory or even a new stove are cheaper and easier.

RybkA
I also want to change the bucket, but if it is soooo curly, then what to do?
I can, of course, make a discount on the increased dollar exchange rate, but still, give it 350 UAH every 9 months. for a new bucket (a scapula, as I understand it, is purchased separately) - it's cool
Well, 350 hryvnias, I may also shell out, but more than 400 hryvnias, I certainly won't ... I'll call tomorrow and find out the prices.
How bad is it to use such a ripped bucket? In my place of scuffs it constantly sticks, I have not tried to lubricate. After baking, because of this, I constantly wash it.
I use PAM aerosol, for this, see what you have and try.
This is the first time I've heard about this, we don't have such people.
Can I buy a new HP right away?
sazalexter
RybkARegarding the repair of the bucket (coating), so far this is not possible, unless of course you are familiar with the vacuum chamber and Teflon spray,
appeared "paint" but its application is in doubt. (look on the forum)
RybkA
I called back to the service centers. Our local luminaries ess-but could not say anything intelligible about the price and delivery time, so I called back directly to Kiev, to "InportBytService".
The availability of the goods made me happy, but the price ... a bucket of 435 UAH. + blade 65 UAH
Total UAH 500
So while we bake further in what is possible

When you throw away more dishes with Teflon damage, forum users from Moscow, tell the place where you throw them!

Rem, what are you talking about? Are you saying that the damage is not so important and you can just ignore it?
Rem
Yes. In this case, I see an inconvenience - the dough will sometimes stick. The food industry is really poisoning us, not Teflon. On the forum, the majority of those who have peeled off Teflon on a bucket and a spatula use them. And they are healthy. The smaller part is changed (bought). Expensive! It is cheaper (conditionally) to buy a bread maker.

Yes, it is expensive to change / buy a new one. For my model, this is half the price of a new HP. When I found out the prices, I also thought about buying a new HP, but after going through the shops and not finding anything better for myself, I still don’t want to sell my HP, I really fell in love with it!

My husband even specifically asked friends of professional bakers about my scratched bucket ... to which they just laughed in his face! They told what equipment they use and how quickly it goes through "running in", and they absolutely do not look at it. And the bread from their factory is very good!

So for now, I "got cold" with the purchase of a new bucket ... if there was an opportunity to buy in my city, then I would run to the service with a hot hand, and so you have to make an order, pay also for delivery ...
Rem
Surprisingly, with modern technologies, no one in Russia or Ukraine has established Teflon coating of parts. Cars are already covered with it in the Baltic States so that the mud does not stick!
For the scapula, there is another option - an ebb from food grade plastic, but heat-resistant and durable. And the scapula is at a cost of a penny! For some reason, no one undertakes this!
alrav
Good evening everyone!
A problem has arisen - when turned on, the HP motor rotates continuously. Maybe there is some kind of reset mode or is it a malfunction? Pressing the "MENU" button while plugging in the power cord does not help. Modes are switched, all buttons work.
al_rd
Unfortunately, the coating of the bucket on this bread machine is poor. Ideally, in addition to flour, everything should be put in a bucket in a dissolved form (observing the flour-liquid ratio for the selected recipe). I also started with circular scratches and now the side walls are rubbed down to aluminum. It is a pity that such a bucket was "thrust" into such a stove.
k.alena
Exactly . Happy with the stove "inside and out", but the bucket. What's the use that after replacing it, I blew the dust off it, sprinkled it with oil before each batch (I specially bought a spray gun for this)? And she didn't make jam. It peeled off anyway, only after six months, and not after 3 weeks as the first. By the way, the scapula starts to climb first.
Rem
Right, the scapula starts first. After 2 years, half of the surface is bare. If there is time, after the third kneading, I take off the spatula - the Teflon is intact and the bottom is beautiful, the hole is small and the edges are not torn.
Another option is sometimes kneading and holding in cotton, and baking in a gas oven. Bread is tastier than in cotton. Try it.
Val
I fully agree with Rem! I have been using my x / stove for almost 8 months and while I have not yet started (ugh ... ugh ... so as not to jinx it) coating problems. Most likely, this is due to the fact that when I bake bread in a x / oven, I also take out the spatula before the last proofing and bake bread, mainly in the oven. Bread seems to me tastier in the oven, everything always works out, no matter what kind of tab is made: "good" flour or "bad", a lot of liquid or little. And also the crumb is not as porous and airy as in the oven, more familiar to us from childhood, dense and does not crumble. In principle, the x / stove was bought due to the inability to use the oven in the summer (it is too hot in our "south") well, and in winter, additional heat will never hurt, and for the constant kneading of dough x / stove is an invaluable helper. So, I think, we would have had a stove for about 3 years, and maybe the manufacturers will come up with something new, interesting, I would never have given up on programmable functionality like ours, but for two forms for simultaneous baking of different breads. And buying a new bucket and a shovel at the price that is offered now is a complete disgrace, it remains to be hoped that either our suppliers will reduce the price or the stoves themselves will soon become cheaper and it will be possible to change them, and not buckets for them ( dreaming !!!)
telex70
Good day to all! I recently purchased a DeLonghi BDM-125 and ran into a problem, the stove does not completely knead the flour, that is, during kneading, part of it remains in one of the corners of the bucket, and not always in the same and then remains on the loaf, you have to stir with a spatula, but on the timer so you won't. Tell me how to deal with this.
Before that I used LG-hb156 and there were no such problems.

Thank you in advance.

Please be more specific, because I have already been there, but I could not find an answer to my question.
On my own I will add that I use recipes from the instruction manual.
Admin

More specifically - here, it was specially written for you #

The instruction is sinful of errors, and in it you will not read what is written for you in Kolobok
Lubasha
miracles do not happen, Admin pointed out correctly - it's all about proportions. As soon as you feel them, there will be no flour in the corners.
Val
telex70, if you answer your question briefly, the problem is that you put a lot of flour and, accordingly, you get a dry and hard bun that cannot absorb all the flour without a trace. The volume of the bucket in Delongy is 1.5 times more than the volume of the bucket of your previous x / stove, its shape, close to rectangular, allows excess flour to remain in the corners with an incorrectly selected ratio of liquid and dry components. You, apparently, need to re-learn how to feel this ratio, because the maximum baking weight in LG is average for Delongy, and just kneading the dough for baking in the oven, for example, I did it at 1780 g (and this is not the limit). In general, with a successful purchase and successful development of a new assistant!

lesik_l
But it seems to me that the problem is in the design features of this stove. I tried to bake on a timer - there was also flour in the corners. When I made rye bread, there is no such problem (the dough is sticky). And with wheat - I always help stir the stirring with a spatula and control the process.
k.alena
I have flour in the corners, but quite rarely. I use recipes only from this site. And if the flour remains, then it does not affect the bread in any way - shake it off and that's it
Rem

We bought a Delonghi BDM 755 S. Horrible beeping sounds when setting programs and baking. Cut the ear. Tell me how things are with other brands? It is desirable not more than 4000 rubles. Are there any models where the sound can be turned off?
Admin
All x \ n have a beep, which confirms switching programs that the buttons work correctly.
The beep is triggered at different x \ n operations in confirmation of pressing buttons, the time of adding additives to the dough and other moments.
Also, x \ n can grunt, squeak, hoot, sigh, bounce, hum, etc.

These are not such scary and loud sounds compared to delicious homemade bread - a few days and get used to it - close the kitchen door.
sazalexter
katoagain Panasonic 255 beeps 3-4 times when turned on and 4 times at the end of baking In my opinion, it is not very loud, this is a chip of all Panasonic household appliances
Ernimel
Change the bread maker because of a loud beeping? ...

I have the same, well, yes - loud, but the price / quality. Pay a few thousand more purely so that it does not peep or peep quieter? Well, the owner is a gentleman, of course ...

If you are not afraid to lose the warranty and / or there are handy techies in the family, then you can try to gently unsolder the wires from the beeper. But then he will not beep at all. And on request for supplements too. I don’t believe that you can change the volume on this beep-stick, only if mechanically - unscrew it and lay it near the beep-stick with something sound-dampening (a-la cotton wool or a piece of cardboard). But is it worth it? ...

And if you really do not want to wake up to a beep, then you can put it not in the morning, but in the evening, in order to pull it out before bedtime. To my taste, the bread that slept overnight is even tastier than the fresh one, at the same time it has time to cool well and dry a little ...
Lika
And you can't drag the stove to another corner of the room or even out the door, into the hallway, into the bathroom, finally? Nobody usually uses the bathroom at night. You can put the bread to bake before going out with your child. While you are dressing, she kneads, and by the time you return from a walk, the bread will be ready.
katoagain
We plan to change it to Moulinex OW3000 with similar characteristics. The first purchase was through an online store, so my husband went to a regular store to "listen to the beep" from her. We are not against beeps, but at least 2-3 times quieter.

Oh colleagues, here I have such a thing that I don’t know how to cry or laugh. But change the bucket now ... and after all, a month has not passed, like a brand new hp in the house ... And the coating itself behaved perfectly, even on a spatula, or on a bucket, until THIS happened ...

I asked my father yesterday to pull out the cake in his absence. Well, the cake on the walls and on the shoulder blade, apparently, stuck a little ... So he, it turned out, decided to pierce it with the KNIFE on the walls to make it easier to fall out ... well, the fact that after that he pulled the cake upside down (having broken the roof) and put it on the sidewall (on which the lattice was imprinted) - this is half the trouble, it spoiled my aesthetics ... but today I began to rinse the bucket - and THERE ... in general, along the bottom there are some such sickly furrows with a complete kill of the coating, and along the walls - about that same ((

Who recently dealt with the replacement of the bucket for the 755 in Moscow? How are we with the prices and (most importantly) delivery times? Wildly I do not want to be left without a bread machine for a long time, you can, of course, try to bake it like that - but killed Teflon is still a dubious health benefit, especially since I am 5 months now and even once I try not to wash the stove with chemistry ... ... Whimper. In general, I am in shock and mourning ...
Ernimel
So far I have phoned some of the services from the list on the site. Most of the reasonable availability is an authorized M-video service, they can't say nifiga on the phone there, they say they need to be taken to them, and even if I just want to buy a spare part (without a guarantee), then I need to issue it as a delivery for repair with replacement, then only the availability \ price will be broken.

I also dropped it off. site delongue in support - I'm waiting, maybe they will tell you what where and even at the price they will orient ... Stupidly, the search on google does not give anything sensible, on the sites of different information services about the app. parts, apparently, no ...
Ernimel
We continue the conversation.

The husband, who is very much in the subject of all kinds of customs-transportation and, in general, all kinds of technical logistics, took up the call. In general, he managed to find out that:

one.on the "main" phone, to which I was sent directly in response to an appeal from the site, they said that they would be ready at least right now, but so far they do not even accept orders, because they have some great fun on customs, since November they have been standing at all, and in about a month they (maybe) will settle them, and then - well, they will take them in two or three months. The cost was called 800r.

2. On the "service" phone (all the same m-video service), they talk about a period of about 2 months (perhaps they just have already delivered kits somewhere in the network and they are going to deliver the bucket purely across Russia - I don't know) ... The price was called "from 700 to 1500r", or rather they can only say only if you take the "patient" to their office in Warsaw, they will arrange everything and tell you exactly.

There are also a few impenetrable phones where nobody answers.

While I'm still sad. Although the oven in a broken form turned out fine - only in the afternoon I took out fresh wheat. It does not stick (in any case, unsweetened for sure - sweet and cupcakes in my whole form had to be pierced a little with a spatula), but the position of safety of the damaged coating for the body strikes.

And the wait will turn out for a long time, it seems. Although the order of prices is not as terrible as I thought at the beginning. It cost me 3500 with delivery, I was afraid that a bucket of a thousand would come out in 2 ...
Nata333
Eh, almost the same nonsense. And so it all started well. Not even a month has passed, but you need to carry it for repairs. I figured that I had managed to bake 10 breads somewhere, and now the "no power" indicator appears at any stage. Sometimes food "appears" while HP remembers what they wanted from her, and sometimes after 10 minutes, then happily squeaks that she is ready to bake a new bread.
The socket is working, the voltage is normal, they did not drop it, the wire was bent - it does not help. Looks like something with her brains ...

Hello, tell me please, I just can't figure out how to turn off the oven correctly ??? the baking program has ended and the temperature hold mode is activated. The instructions say that the light should flash for about 15-20 minutes, and then it should go out. Let's start with the fact that my light does not blink, but simply lights up, and it also does not go out! tried to press the "cancel" button - the process of maintaining the temperature turned off, the symbols on the screen lit up at the start of the program. When you try to turn off the oven from the mains, the battery turns on.
Please help to turn off the oven!

oh, found the answer to my problem in another thread. they say that it should be so, just turn off the switch and from the outlet.

P.S. but why does the information about the blinking light in the instructions not coincide with reality?

Something I did not understand what the problem is. Do you want to switch on another after finishing one program? Or do you care about the light bulb?
skomoroshka22
I am worried why it does not turn off as written in the instructions? I tried to set the next program in the hope that after the end it would turn off normally, baked another bread, and the light did not go out again!
