I screwed up a little with cream (it did not thicken as it should, and was absorbed), but the cake itself was baked perfectly
I baked in a pressure cooker Polaris 0305, in the "baking" mode (pressure 1, 60 min + 10 min. Heating), instead of soda I used baking powder.
In general, I will repeat and experiment with the cream !!
