Ingredients

eggs 3 pcs.
butter 125 gr.
sugar 1 glass.
soda slaked with vinegar 1 tea the spoon
cocoa 1 table. the spoon
flour 1 glass.

Cooking method

  • Soften the butter, grind with sugar, add eggs, soda, flour and cocoa.
  • Bake the cake when it cools down, divide into 2 halves and coat with glaze.

  • I make the glaze like this:
  • 4 table. spoon of milk, 4 tablespoons. tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons. spoons of cocoa, 100 grams of butter.
  • Mix milk, sugar, cocoa until smooth, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, remove from heat, put butter and stir until melted.

  • When everything is well saturated and set, I cut like this.

The shape is metallic with a non-stick coating, when baking, the middle grows much higher than the edges of Pekla, and on just heating (top and bottom) and convection ... For a cake there would be nothing, but all the different-sized pies will be received. In the photo from the multi, everything turns out to be even ... and the very first time I baked in a silicone mold, not perfect, but the top was smoother. What can be wrong? From the experience I have received, I want to say that soda 3/4 tsp. enough: 1 is felt, and 0, 5 - a little rises. I threw more cocoa, because I was too hungry to throw an alkalized one.
And glaze, if you want more, it would be good to make 1.5 portions. Then complete perfection is coming.
