Partisan porridge

Ingredients

buckwheat 1 tbsp.
millet groats 1 tbsp.
rice groats 1 tbsp.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
fresh forest mushrooms 400 g
fat 100-200 g
butter 100 g
salt taste
1 tbsp. = 200 ml

Cooking method

Partisan porridge
Cut the bacon into small pieces. I use my own recipe for lard Cooking recipe (by Tatyana1103): Lard roll with herbs... You can take your favorite lard or bacon. Those who do not like lard can replace it with vegetable oil.
In a hot frying pan, fry the bacon until cracklings, and then remove them, they will still be useful to us.
Partisan porridge
On melted bacon, fry finely chopped onion until half cooked.
Partisan porridge
Add pre-boiled mushrooms to the onion. I used frozen mushrooms after thawing them. The mushrooms were boiled before freezing.
Partisan porridge
Salt. For flavor, I additionally sprinkled the frying with dry porcini mushroom powder (10-15 gr.). If the mushrooms are fresh, mushroom powder is not needed.
Partisan porridge
Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates completely. Remove the pan from the heat.
Partisan porridge
Rinse cereals, except for rice, well in cold water, you can even soak for a few minutes.
Put 600 ml on the stove. water, salt, and after boiling, put the cereal. Mix. As soon as the water boils again, reduce heat to a minimum and cook until the water boils completely.
Partisan porridge
Remove porridge from heat, add butter, cover and warm for 10-15 minutes. I wrap it in a towel.
Partisan porridge
Add onion-mushroom frying to the porridge, mix well and let it brew under the lid for another 5 minutes.
Partisan porridge
The porridge is ready, serve it sprinkled with greaves on top. Bon Appetit!

Tatyana1103, it seems to me that you have not enough water in your 1: 1 recipe, I have a similar recipe for monastery porridge, I did it in 1: 1.5 recipe, and then I would like more water, then always 1: 2.
And it's very interesting, I like this mix of porridge, also with mushrooms ...
mamusi
Delicious porridge !!!
Let's cook! I take it with pleasure in a piggy bank.

it seems to me not enough water in your recipe 1: 1
The water is the most "TO", the porridge is not sticky, but closer to the side dish, I really liked it. In addition to water, there is another 100 grams. butter and juicy frying. The proportions of water and cereals are not 1: 1, because in one 200 gr. glass ~ 160 gr. cereals.

I have a similar recipe for monastery porridge
And what, fat is used in the monastery porridge
Tatyana1103
mamusi the porridge is really delicious before changing the proportions, I advise you to try it as in the recipe, and there it is already as you like

Tanya, what a wonderful porridge! And the title is just in time for today. We need to prepare for dinner. And pickled cucumbers to her
Lerele
Tatyana1103, are you offended or what ??
You have written a glass of 200 ml, and we cook porridge by mml, not by grams. A glass of cereal for a glass of water, that is, we measure it with glasses.

And what, fat is used in the monastery porridge
It uses oil, the same roast, only without mushrooms and bacon, but in sunflower oil.

I have no doubt that it is tasty, and why should it be tasteless ??
It just seemed to me that the water was not enough, so I asked, without any ulterior motive, without a desire to offend and pin.
Sorry if that.
Tusya Tasya
If you cook in a pressure cooker or even a multicooker, then you need much less water than in a saucepan. Well, or if you like uncooked cereals. I always pour 1: 3 into the pot, except for rice. I give him 1: 2. And I like boiling buckwheat and millet. Tanya, do not be offended, the point is in the set of products and the principle of preparation. I'll pour a little more water. Well, I'm such a partisan

Koneshno, Tan!
Today we have pilaf according to plan!
Already preparing ...
And I will torture your porridge by the Apostle!

Girls, Happy Victory Day !!!! Urrah!
And Porridge is so thematic !!!!
What's the difference...
Who is used to how much water !?
In any recipe, the idea *, the composition of the products and the taste are important to me ... (i.e. my addictions).
And then you adjust the proportions! Not the point ....
(depending on what you cook))))

None will be offended!)))))

Irina, yes, God forbid, what grievances can there be I always listen to the opinions of others I just asked to first try to cook according to the recipe, and then everyone will adjust to their taste After all, someone loves boiled porridge, and someone does not
Tatyana1103
Girls, excuse me for not immediately responding, went to the cemetery to remember the grandfathers, not a single soldier is with us, but we remember and honor them. And of all those who worked in the rear as children for the benefit of victory, only my mother remained, and God grant her health. Happy Holidays everyone! Happy Victory Day!

Tanya, the porridge is so good, hearty. True, I took a little fat. White mushrooms from the freezer, on the left you can see a piece. And the cracklings turned out to be not enough. Another half of the porridge remained, and the cracklings ran out. It was necessary to mix them in a saucepan with porridge, but it is also tastier. The husband put himself in supplements, saying that the porridge was delicious.

Natasha, thanks for the delicious photo of porridge and even with a cucumber My peasants also really liked the porridge, and they asked for more cracklings, so I put 100-200 grams in the recipe, although I used 100 grams. So, for lovers of cracklings: "Do not spare the lard"
Tusya Tasya
Tanya, the soul would be glad to heaven, but sins are not allowed. I'm talking about "more cracklings". It was necessary to mix it with porridge, since there are few of them, they would give their taste to the whole mass. But then they would not be so dry and crispy.

Well, she asked for porridge, not cracklings. Baluvana you, Galyu (such a national saying)

I subscribe to every word Although mine were finishing the rest of the porridge with cracklings in it, they said that it was not bad either.
