Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 200 g
Peeled rye flour 300 g
Egg 1 PC
Butter 30 g
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh yeast 10 g
Warm water 300 ml

Cooking method

  • Recipe from the head)
  • We knead the dough in HP in the dough mode or in a dough mixer, a combine.
  • After the HP finishes the process, we lay it out neatly in a Teflon bowl, I first greased it with oil.
  • We turn on the Heating mode for 30 g for 40 minutes or until the dough volume doubles. After proving, turn on the Roasting mode for 25 minutes. As the pressure cooker squeaks, turn the bread over and turn on the Roasting for 10 minutes.
  • We take out the bread and put it on a wire rack to cool.
  • For the first time I baked rye bread in Shtebochka.
  • The result is great !!
