Ingredients

Boiled rice in a rice cooker / slow cooker 400 g
Garlic 1 large clove
Onion 1/2 small onion
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Thai sweet and sour sauce 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Thai seasoning for rice 2 h l
Green onion 2-3 feathers
Egg 1 PC
Chilli 1 PC
Salt Taste
Shrimp or fish or chicken fillet

Cooking method

  • When I visit Bangkok, I always enjoy Thai food. One of my favorite foods is fried rice. Thais cook a huge variety of this rice - with seafood, vegetables, chicken fillet.
  • I decided to share a basic recipe after seeing Thai sauce and oriental fried rice seasoning in our stores.
  • So, pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, add finely chopped garlic, chili and onions. Lightly darken and put rice, boiled without salt in a rice cooker / slow cooker. Stir constantly. After about 5 minutes add soy and Thai sauce, rice seasoning. To stir thoroughly. Shake the egg in a bowl and pour over the rice, stirring constantly. Salt to taste. As soon as the mass becomes crumbly, it can be served sprinkled with finely chopped green onions. Before the end of cooking, add boiled shrimp or chopped boiled chicken.
  • I had trout smoked in Brandt 6060 smokehouse and I just put it on top.
