Note

Everyone in my family loves figs. And when I saw this recipe, I could not pass by. And when I did it, I realized that I fell in love with him once and for all. I would like to offer it to your attention. This version I posted is made with Brie cheese. But the author suggests using other types of cheeses - goat, Roquefort, Camembert.
The recipe is taken from the site 🔗

Girls, give it a try before the season is over! Very tasty And, most importantly, cooking is disgustingly simple and fast!
I will definitely cook some more. I want to try it with Roquefort.
Kalyusya
This is what I entered successfully! I have everything.

All that's left is to kick yourself.

No, I'll start right now, perhaps.

I think it is possible in the Selikon ones. I just don't have such small ones, only big ones for pies.

Ira! in Auchan on Fili, we have excellent selected figs, and they cost that inexpensively ... in my opinion 120r. kg)))
Ikra
I'm also going to Auchan tomorrow, only in Marfino. There, it seems, was also. If it's already over, I'll go to Fili. And where is Auchan?
Moskvichk @
There is a new shopping center FILION on the lines right next to the metro station. Never seen it? and on the very first floor of AUCHAN CITY. for the price I do not know how Marfinsky .. but Ashany-city seems to me a little more expensive. But in traffic jams, no need to sweat))
Ikra
I know Filion, but I haven't been to those parts for a long time. It seemed to me that there was a Crossroads. Yeah, Auchan City is a little more expensive. But for a handful of inzhirins - it is experienced
Moskvichk @
no ..... there is no Crossroads, there was earlier the 8th Cold Store! the famous Filevskoe ice cream !!! So 4 years .. or already about 5 ...they broke everything and built Philion.
Arka
Wow, Marinka! Do you indulge in refinements? Delightful !!!
Dreaming!
For some reason, figs are rare, sold by the piece. I will look.
And the freshest walnuts (!) Were brought from Georgia only recently.
Twist
Arochka, hello sunshine! Yeah, I'm playing on the sly. I decided to cook something that would cheer me up in such a rain and gloom.

Wow! At this time of year, two varieties of Crimean are always sold, and Izmir can be found in supermarkets even in December.
If you find it on sale, try it, you will not regret it.

All envied
Gotta move
Twist
Ksyusha, we also have it not cheap, from 40 to 50 hryvnia per kg. This is at the height of the season, then it rises in price.

Gotta move
Come on!
Ikra
I bought a fig, while it lies, soaked in cognac-honey. I'm waiting for my sledk people to get hungry after dinner. But one thought haunts me. For some reason I want to put in the figs first, then the cheese, and then the nut crumbs. To melt the cheese into berries. I just don't quite understand why there is some kind of mystery in the cheese recipe below?
Twist
Irina, I think that cheese or figs on the bottom in this case is not important. Somehow I didn’t even think about it, I just did it as it was written in the original source and was pleased with the result.
Ikra
Marina, I'll just be honest about what I'm afraid of: what will stick to the mold. In general, I put it already, put the cheese on the figs. I will report
Twist
Irina, I have nothing stuck to the bottom. Here is the juice released in the process in a couple of molds through the top dripping a little.
Ikra
Nothing stuck, not overflowed, and in general !!!! Delicious! Thanks for the recipe, it will go to "imperishable", where it is dug, which I especially like.

Marishka! We ate it today !!! I got a lot of crumbs, so I also poured them on the bottom! I mixed figs with cheese and marinated together. Delicious!
Thanks for the recipe! I periodically also drop in to Karina.

IrinaI am so pleased that everything worked out and I liked it! And what a photo!

Thank you very much for such an assessment and a beautiful photo report.

Arochka, sunshine I'm glad that our tastes coincided here too!
I periodically also drop in to Karina.
I also often drop in to visit her. I like many of the recipes and, of course, the presentation.

I did it on Sunday and took it to my mom (we live nearby). Also with whipped cream. And I also read about crumble, what a serious thing it turns out to be. English Ministry of Food recommends!
In the Sunday version, I also made more crumbs, and put them down. So they stuck to me a little. But, on the other hand, the juice was absorbed there, and did not boil on the surface. I also dripped some orange juice into honey and cognac. Delicious!
Now I also want to try to make something with curd cheese, probably it will be nice

Irina, I hope my mother liked it too! Especially with whipped cream

I made with ricotta, I generally liked it.
Ikra
My mom is an English teacher. So she liked it especially
They, a poor generation that had learned hundreds of people English, knew about England only by hearsay, from books ... It was funny and sad about Bonk that she first went to England almost in the late eighties, when her textbooks had been bestsellers for decades we have. Therefore, my mother is very sensitive to "thematic" things. Unfortunately, she is no longer able to go to England on her own, but it's good that some things became available so that I could delight her.

Marina, I prepared this miracle, though with my own forced changes.Cooking your fig and grape pie. I still have a soufflé. I had to add the soufflé to the crumble. It turned out very tasty! My household swept everything clean in an instant. And the cake is delicious. Thank you dear for the wonderful proven recipes.
Gala
And what did I miss such deliciousness? And I have everything for this, I have to do it.

Well the entertainer! Thanks for the idea, I have thoughts about another dessert.

Twist,
Good day)))
Marina, what do you think can replace figs? I understand that this will be a completely different recipe, but I have never seen fresh figs in my eyes, we may have it in Auchan or Metro, but they are very far from me, I have not been there for five years (((Maybe with apples I like the idea with Brie cheese
Ikra
Tatiana.k, while Marisha is gone, but since I made her recipe, I will express my assumptions.
I think it will be good with plums, and brie is good friends with pears. In general, according to the experience of different crumbles, it can be tasty when the filling contains several fruits and berries of different taste.
Tatiana.k
Ikra, Irina, thank you, I can definitely buy a pear with plums
