Ingredients

sour cream 120ml
egg 2 pcs
Orange juice 180ml
wheat flour 450g
sugar 50g
salt 0.5h l.
dry yeast 1 package (Dr. Oetker)
potato flakes 50g
vanilla sugar
lemon zest
dried apricots 100g

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients, except for the apricot, in the bread machine. If your HP has a dispenser, put cut apricots into pieces there. Switch on the dough mode (main with raisins).
