Note

For your judgment I present one more successful variation on the theme of "Oatmeal" bread. They usually turn out to be plump. We love air crumb more, so we added eggs and panifarin. Amazing taste, crust, crumb - everything we love, the taste unexpectedly resembles a real ciabatta (as I tried in Italy on the Tyrrhenian Sea, I still could not find out from the baker (translation problems!) What kind of flour he was putting except wheat). Try it, you won't regret it, the smell of baking is breathtaking (tested on neighbors).

The recipe was interesting, but the question arose, can panifarin be replaced with something? We don't sell it.

If the flour is of good quality, then everything will work out great without it!

Tatyana! I tried it without panifarin - perfect! and even now in chain stores (Ashanakh, Pyaterochki, Dixie, etc.) there is a "Flour Improver" from the "Parfait" company. Also works great in baking, the bread rises 2-4 cm higher, more airy

I love freshly baked bread very much. For this purpose, I bought HP Delongy. Cool thing! I was just about to add gluten to not very high-quality flour ... And then I came across an article (see link) about the dangers of gluten. Especially I do not bother, we absorb tons of "chemistry"! Your opinion is interesting! Thank you so much for the recipe - I have long wanted to bake such bread!

You do not need to quote the entire recipe, it is enough to save only part of the recipe, including the part that is directly related to your text. In this situation, you do not need to quote the recipe at all.

Gluten is gluten. Bread will not be good without them. And gluten can be added directly to the flour by producers, if the flour is of poor quality, frozen, old, from sprouted grains, and so on.
If the dough is made from quality flour, it is sufficient to use other ingredients that contribute to a good rise in the dough, such as potatoes or cottage cheese.See details here: Table of Contents of the "Ingredients for Bread" section https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=102465.0

I share: we start with this topic "The bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What could be the matter?" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
We read carefully, write down, remember, analyze especially the Bread baking manual

Have you tried it? Happened? Today I specially tried to bake bread according to this recipe, but without the addition of panifarin, but with Parfait (1 tsp). I replaced dry yeast 1.75 tsp for 15 g fresh pressed, poured sifted flour into the bread maker first, then rolled oats, and then poured a mixture of eggs-milk-sugar-salt-yeast (shaken with a mixer). Top oil. Basic mode, medium size, medium crust. The result is wonderful bread, high, light, is dressed in a towel, resting, the crust is very thin and crispy.

Well, here's my report at last. Instead of panifarin-Parfait, fresh yeast and flour, it took me more (how much I can't say, I added it before the bun was formed) Panasonic SD-2501. Wheat bread with oatmeal

Tell me, if you don't lay eggs, will this bread work?

This will be another bread

You can remove the eggs, but it should be noted that each egg is about 40-50 ml. liquids. So you have to adjust the amount of flour and liquid again - but this is not a problem

Tatyana! What a handsome man! Did you satisfy the taste?

I baked it several times, it always works!
Dear Giulia
Good day! I baked bread according to your recipe. Following the rule of the box, I had to add flour, since the dough turned out to be the consistency of pancakes. Added sesame seeds. The bread turned out to be fluffy and tasty

Nice hole bread turned out. I did not add panifarin, the crumb is not dense without it. I added flour a little in the process of kneading, the bun was with a skirt, but as a result the bread turned out to be a little humped. But still delicious)))
