Oh, how interesting !!!! : rose: Bookmark !! Now I would, but only from the purchase, but I did not buy cabbage.

Yes, it is worth cooking - my husband did not recognize the pork, it turned out very unusual!

Thank you girls for your kind words!
Marina, ask what is easier - I use a hellish mixture like khmeli-suneli, a mixture of white and black pepper, so what the hand will reach, since there is a full cabinet of these spices!

What original stuffed cabbage rolls! Cabbage and meat, there is no rice, etc. Just right for me, I love meat and cabbage too.

Olya, and you can put cabbage in the micra, it's easier for me. She is then well versed on leaves. I do not blanch the stuffing pepper in water, but only in the microwave.

Of course, I'm not Lyusechka, but I also use micra for cabbage and peppers - in cabbage I cut the stump deep into the cabbage, I just peel the peppers - and in the micra on a saucer with a drop of water, sometimes just on a plate - I take it out, remove the soft leaves and again the rest in the micra

Thank you, Tanya! And what power do you expose? And the time is about?
Luysia
I peel the peppers, put them on a glass turntable with the tip up (that is, the place where the tail was, and now the cut is down). Without any water! For six, seven minutes. Time will need to be chosen for your micro. And leave to cool down there. Everything can be stuffed.

It's the same with cabbage. I cut the leaves near the stump and into the micra. More time. If the head is large, then all the leaves are not immediately removed. Then you need to repeat everything with a half-naked head of cabbage.

Olya, I found you a story and a photo of the process.

My default power is 700, the time is a couple of minutes, I didn't pinpoint exactly, it depends on the cabbage
Luysia
A couple of minutes this is for a young girl. And for the winter, even 10 minutes is not enough. But it also depends on the micro.
MariV
Thank you, virgins, I will try!

I once cooked cabbage rolls, I did everything .... I put it in the oven ... I turn to the table ... but the rice remains on the table. This was the version of the Transcarpathian cabbage rolls.
MariV
It turned out almost dolma - was the meat rolled?
Elven
That's lovely! Dragged away to bookmarks
