Cooking method

  • It so happened that my brain has finally matured to the point that I need to pull myself together and get rid of those extra pounds. This wonderful day came when the decision ripened by itself. I want to share with you a recipe (of course, not new, but very favorite) of a dish that I would recommend for lunch or dinner. This is my variation on Basma. I watched it in Stalik's video, read Yulia's Temka
  • Vegetable stew with turkey based on Basma S. Khankishiev (50 kcal per 100 g in Brand 6051)Basma (based on Stalik Khankishiev's recipe) in a Panasonic SR-TMH 18 multicooker
    (Yuliya K)
I cook according to the general rules, while doing as my family likes.
  • The recipe itself is very simple:
  • 1. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil.
  • 2. Lay the stew products in layers (the order is arbitrary, the main thing is to separate the potatoes and tomatoes from each other with layers of other vegetables). In the list of products I have arranged them the way I like to lay them. I don't like coarsely chopped vegetables, so I have a small cube for everything!
  • 3. Salt each layer, add spices, chopped garlic and bay leaf on top. Do not add water.
  • 4. Baking program 50 minutes.

This dish was first cooked during a holiday in the south three years ago. Now every year our noisy company demands to cook it during a summer trip. Vegetable stew is prepared with such variations that you wonder how delicious it turns out with both a can of stew and two sausages for 8 people.
This summer it sounded even more interesting.
If you boil the pasta, pour the vegetable stew on top, add a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise (I even ate it sooooo much in the summer), add 20-30 grams of grated cheese and some greens, you get an excellent Pasta with a creamy vegetable sauce!

It so happened that on one of the days of rest in Lazarevskaya, there was very little stew left for our hop company of 8 people for dinner. I didn't want to cook. While the salad was being cut, the pasta was cooked. We quickly put everything on plates, the rest of the stew on top, I wanted to add satiety - they threw a spoonful of mayonnaise, some sour cream, sprinkled cheese on top. When we had dinner, there was just a groan of pleasure! It turned out exactly the dish! Due to the fact that I cut into a cube, the stew felt like a sauce, and cheese and mayonnaise gave it creaminess and velvety.
Calories, in this case, of course, not 50))))) But that's a completely different story ...
