Steamed perch in the Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Perch 1 PC
A tomato 1 PC
Salt, pepper to taste
Foil

Cooking method

  • The fish were freed from their fins, the scales were cleaned, and washed well. Rubbed with salt and pepper, cut the tomato into discs.
  • We greased the foil with vegetable oil, put several tomato disks on the foil, put the fish on the tomatoes and again the tomatoes. We wrap the foil in an envelope.
  • Pour a liter of water into the bowl of the pressure cooker, put the steam plate on, put the fish in foil on the plate.
  • We select the Steam mode, the default pressure, the time is 20 minutes.
  • It turns out a sooo tasty fish, after it cools down, the whole broth turns into jelly.

Note

I immediately cut the hot fish into pieces, free it from the skin and put it in the broth, and then I eat it cold along with the jelly in which the juice from the tomato is present ... It's very tasty. It is also delicious to eat hot, especially with mashed potatoes.
Bon Appetit .

Okunek is lovely, Tanyush!
And I cooked it yesterday, only in the oven. I cooked in herbs (oregano, basil) with lemon and garlic. A wonderful fish - sea bass!

Girls, thanks. I love the perch for the fact that it is not greasy and does not smell of anything, I have such a quirk ... all my fish smells like the sea, and the perch goes to Hurray, this one is like aspic.
