Polinka, it's a balm on a wounded heart. I so wanted to rehabilitate the pressure cooker as a phenomenon in your eyes! My dreams came true
But now I feel uncomfortable because of the Dex-60, I recommended it to you so. Why didn't it work out with her? As for me, the cartoon is perfect. Only hand-made in it can be done from 30-35 *, I have no other wishes for it.

Yuli @, if you take a 6-liter Saturn, a saucepan from Dex will not fit it. But Polinkina stainless steel will do
Excuse my ignorance, Polinka is Polaris?

Saturn ST-MC9184 pressure cooker multicooker (reviews)

this is yesterday's SIX-Liter borscht saucepan. cooked in a stainless steel. I specially poured it almost to the eyeballs to check the time and how the pressure cooker will behave in general.

the lid got dirty, of course - this was expected, but nothing spat through the valve, as happened in Brand.

it's me ... my name is so ... beautiful ...

I forgot the most important thing - to write my measurements ...

15:28 - turned on borscht. set the SUP mode for 25 minutes, then reread the topic and quickly changed it for 10 minutes.
16:05 - the mode turned on. 37 minutes to build up pressure on such a volume ... this is a very good result in my opinion.
16:15 - the pressure cooker switched to heating and I immediately turned it off so that the pressure would be released sooner.
17:10 - opened the lid.

the result: five and a half liters of borscht, in less than 2 hours. cool!!! next time I will relieve the pressure myself.

But the thrill is that now we will have enough soups for two times, and not for one time, and some surplus at the bottom of the pan.

But then I bought a spare tire from Dex for Saturik - and now it's beauty
Iruska, and why did you take a spare tire and not advertised bragged about?
What spare tire did you take and where?
So far, I was tormented by what to take the first thing that is necessary in the first place - a spare wheel or a surge protector with switches. You need both: girl_cray: but the funds are limited. I decided to buy an extension cord first, because with the addition in the kitchen garage, I need to connect somewhere. I followed the links to the store)) they are on sale, but I wanted to order knocks out-product out of stock ... And with one switch I don't want to take it, I'll have to wait when it appears. But for now stupid I didn’t let the ones put aside for the extender, I’ll probably take a spare wheel, but I can’t decide which one is better)) take a stainless steel from Polina or a non-stick one ... I want both!
azaza
Pauline, I think if the soup / borscht is to the eyeballs, it is not safe to release the pressure - it can go through the valve. Give Saturik a little rest, start to lower the current in 7-10 minutes.

Well, I actually thought that not right away, but after 15 minutes it would still be noticeably faster than waiting for it to reset itself.
but one time I will try to lower it right away. I'm extreme in terms of kitchen technology, but I need to know what to expect from Saturn.

stop even thinking ... what an awkwardness ...
I have no regrets about buying dex or buying shivaki. After all, the process of testing new cartoons is more fun for me than anything else.
Dex I have long wanted solely to check my rights about him or not. I took it second-hand for 400 UAH, as I wanted. I would have taken it even without your words, I actually have been looking for a used one for a long time. it was a pity to spend a lot of money on a useless device. why didn’t work out with him ... well, I don’t know. apparently I was right - size matters. I once had an omelet (our usual portion) came out through the valve, count it! I was shocked. so I didn't even check the baked goods in it. it is very small for us. Well, the mode MILK Porridge literally brings me to white heat. YOGURT is good at it, there is nothing to say.
shivaki ... well, a clumsy model, well, okay. but it also found its purpose - the YOGURTS in it were good and the BAKERY was excellent. so she was unloading my perfs. if this were my first, then I probably wouldn’t want any more multicooker, and so - in addition to my favorite perfumes ...
now Shivaki is going to a relative who has perfezza without baking.

so everything is ok. and for your every advice I am grateful to you.
Ukka
Polinka, I'm glad that you've finally found your pressure cooker !!!
Glad that she, as they say, lay in your hand !!!
And Brand6050 says hello to you! After I leveled the curvature of the bowl, we have a mutual love with him! Never let you down!

Than? Slow speed? So it is specially designed for milk: it is better longer, but clean! I have never had the most foamy porridge on it! But what is there - for any quality of milk, the porridge did not rise above the initial level. That is, how many products are laid - above the saucepan always remains pristine. Maybe you expected the porridge there to boil at least more actively? But no, in Dex the whole trick is that the porridge languishes at 98 * As for me, the ideal mode!
Well, okay, it didn't grow together so it didn't grow together. Small volume for you, that's for sure. You should have a Simba 10-liter At worst 7-liter.

Tanya, I relieve pressure with a full pot of minutes after 5 minutes after switching off. But I put a wet cold towel on top and that's it!
I checked it on the drink specially. She poured a pot full of water (line by line). I added some weed / lemon and almost closed it, forgetting about sugar. I didn’t take the water and added sugar and it turned out almost to the eyeballs. Put it on Soup for 1min. The pressure was accumulated 39 min. + 1 min for a total of 40 min. After 5 minutes, I began to slowly bleed. 45 minutes for a drink, it would be faster in a saucepan. But the result (taste) I like more in SV.
Here I am reading about 6L Saturn and thoughts are haunting me)) I jumped up so quickly on the departing train the pressure cooker theme, in a couple of hours a decision and an order matured ... that I didn't even understand what was on the pressure cooker market!
But if I figured it out, I don't even know what I chose, what would I be tempted to do more)) on the price or volume! I really want 6L Saturn. My Veska, with which I started, is 6L and I know what it is! But to hint about another SV is to sign a death warrant for yourself!
oriana
Polinka, hello, dear, I haven't heard or seen you for a hundred years !!!!! I welcome you to our ranks, with the purchase of you, I'm glad I like it!
I really love Saturnik, but I do not like pots ... it will not last long with me, a spare tire must be purchased anyway ...

Marish, why don't you like the pot of Saturn?
Mona, will I speak too?
I do not like pots because they stick well when roasted. The coating is outwardly one-to-one like my non-native in Polaris (techmagovskaya), only there is a double-sided coating against the internal Saturn one. And the heating in Polaris is not so aggressive. As a result of the saucepans, which I have been chasing in the tail and mane since November, like a new one, nothing has ever been welded anywhere. In Saturn, alas, it caught on great on the very first roast. Now I only stew / cook in it, and cook everything with roasting in Polaris.
Marisha, my soot is well removed from the saucepan by stewing vegetables (zucchini + tomatoes + eggplant). I think the main ingredient is the tomatoes. I stewed it a couple of times - and the saucepan is clean. But then it grabs again if I cook the porridge until the liquid boils away. However, it is not fatal, like the native Polaris. There I had a full pipe from the very first cooking
irysska
Tanyush, mona of course
It is clear now. But I don’t fry in saucepans (well, everyone knows that) - even in this one, even in Dex, so I didn’t notice this welding
I, frankly, for 400 UAH. I was expecting a saucepan in general weighing 200-250 grams Therefore, it seemed to me that this pan was quite normal
azaza
And I really need roasting - after all, with the advent of the first multi-cooker, I worn out like a class. In Dex and Polaris I fry - even if henna, nothing sticks (although dex cooking will soon be two years in general, and what have I done with it during this time) and water from it like off a duck's back can't be better than a saucepan!).
But otherwise Saturik is a magician and a wizard. Probably, this is the only representative of pressure cookers, which with a clear conscience can be called CER. Look, even Polinka recognized him, and this says a lot
irysska
Tan, patent the name of the CER - otherwise the manufacturers themselves do not know about such a miracle

Nooo, it’s not normal, it welds strongly, it’s not easy to wash either, it’s light / thin ... it won’t last long with me, I’ll turn to Polinka for sure, I’m not sure which spare wheel is better to take a stainless steel or anti-stick .. maybe hto will tell you what is smart ?
irysska
No, about the light you, Marish, got excited - exactly the same weight (20 grams less in total), as from the Dex 40 pressure cooker

I'm in favor of non-stick - I'm not a supporter of stainless steel in cartoon pressure cookers

Yes, Tanyusha, I do that too ..... My liberty fries much better, the pots there are soooo! It's good that I also have Liberty. In it, roasting if necessary, in SSV-Saturn everything else.
azaza
Irisina, I'm afraid the patent office won't understand me

Marisha, Polinka, as far as I know, has a current of stainless steel to our Saturik. If you decide to use a nonstick, you will have to buy a dex one. Its coating itself is never safer, but how it will behave in combination with the super-aggressive Saturn hot is still unknown. I, of course, have a dex store, but I don’t want to test frying on it (bad nyama). I'd better cook fried dishes in the old fashioned way in Polaris. Or make blanks in Dexico. Now I just fry the onion and hide it in the freezer, or maybe onion + pepper + tomato. Again, cook a lot at once, and in portions in the freezer. Then cooking in general will be reduced to a matter of minutes. Just for working women, when you come running from work, tired and hungry, and there is absolutely no strength to wait until you are ready. I threw in an ice cream blank, added meat / cereals, and while you wash and change, dinner is ready.
So, regardless of the grabbing saucepan, I consider the purchase of Saturn very justified and even timely.

Duc ....this is not even discussed at all, our CER is super, just for me, who is forever, like a horse, there is very little time for cooking and our Saturn has already helped me out many times in the speed of cooking dishes ... but pans, damn it, me really no longer happy. That is not, not in the stump! When I cook borscht, stuffed peppers or compote, I just want to add another liter of drink. Although it is not fatal, it can be cooked every day at this cooking speed. And I faced the problem of a spare 6L bowl myself)) neither Polina, nor in stores, I could not find a bowl for Weight14. It's good that at one time I bought Dex60 and it unloaded Veska a lot. Otherwise, I don't know what I would do

So it grabs me great. Fighting this with soda (Azaza advised). I try to roast in Dex. but I rather not roast (stir frying often and tolerably) but porridge or made an omelet with vegetables. I greased the bottom, or rather poured oil. And the omelet rose up and stuck to death on the sides of the bowl. I cooked corn milk, class for 15 minutes. But the bottom seized, not burnt ... but still a little - a little bit of khan!

So what kind of saucepans should our CER take? I am for Dex. Although, it seems, I'm getting around so far. But there is adhesion, they are not encouraging in the home. I don't fry though. I just cook, carcass porridge, soups, meat. For frying I use MV Dex.
But I sing laudatory odes to Saturn! How he helps me out now! Zip, zip - and you're done!

I went to the Iriskina link to dexline ... you can get it without any problems, it seems like from a warehouse in Kharkov, you will have to call on Tuesday to ask.
Irish, thanks for the spare wheel tip.

I'm sitting here in the kitchen, my heart cooked beef with onions in gravy for only 35 minutes on beef .... I would do it in a saucepan on the stove, I would spend 2 hours just stewing this heart. I opened it, zababahala peas tudys and again for 20 minutes on legumes, I will not relieve the pressure, the peas will come by themselves ... the mabut heart will fall apart, but nicho ... it will be even tastier. And, I really love my Dex_60 and 40 and the new Saturnchik. When cooking saucepans, I shuffle between SV.
chaki2005
I just made an omelet. In a saucepan from Saturn, but in Dexica. Oiled it well, and my omelet welled to the bottom of the saucepan. Worth soaking. In a saucepan from Dex, this has never happened, it has not even been smeared with anything.
Therefore, we take a spare tire from Deksik. In it I fried in Saturn and nothing was baked.

So Dex's pot coating is better than Saturn's? You probably need to order ...

Yes, girls respect our CCV !!! Borscht in 10 minutes, I haven't had such a record yet ... I mean the final stage of cooking, active boiling for 10 minutes and you're done. In general, if you put everything together, I got 40 minutes of cooking meat broth + 10-15 minutes for frying (frying) + everything left in the CCV and boiled for 10 minutes. Everything, the borschik is ready, it smells ...

Taking into account the fast, I prepared lean soup. Frying: onion + carrots + pepper, potatoes, buckwheat, poured with water (boiled), and 15 minutes for soup. Everything was cooked, buckwheat was even overcooked, then I added dill and seasoning "a bouquet of spices and vegetables". I poured it into another saucepan, brought it to a boil, tried it, but I don’t like the taste, there was a different one in the slow cooker. It may, of course, be accidental, but a fact

At the request of Olichka ukka I'm putting in the subject a photo of the meat that Saturn cooked for me today. Admin Meat recipe from the beginning of the last century
Saturn ST-MC9184 pressure cooker multicooker (reviews)
Only I don't have beef, but a piece of pork tenderloin. I chose the Beef mode at first 40 min. But after opening the lid, it seemed to me that I still need to darken a little and I set it for another 0.5 hour by turning a piece of meat over to the other side.

I ask for help, where can I order this pressure cooker, I found an online store, the picture is the same, but it says that 6 liters and the name ST-MC9181, is this by chance a mistake? Found only this online store, m. B. I was looking badly, maybe they sell it somewhere else?
I got used to the pressure cooker (I mostly use Ourson-4002) somehow now one MV is not enough, but I liked the description of this SV, I would like to buy one.
nila
Galina. no it's not a mistake! We have already discussed here a little ahead!
Saturn 9184 5L was released in limited quantities for TM Comfi. Now the promotion has already passed and it is practically impossible to buy 84!
But there is Saturn 9181 and it is 6 yrs. It is certainly more expensive, but not much, given the fact that it has more displacement. So you can safely take it. The pressure cooker is very good (y) and differs only in capacity and price.
Galin
Thank you, only 6 liters are scary, probably too big a saucepan? I can't even imagine the size, for 5 liters I have a MV, they are quite compact, but how does this MV look, does anyone already have such a model?
nila
Galina, are you talking about a pressure cooker or a slow cooker? MV is a micro cooker, and Saturn 84 and 81 are SCH pressure cookers. I haven't seen 6L Saturn and I can't say, but 5L looks very compact and neat in the kitchen. Polina bought this pressure cooker here and is sharing her impressions of it. From this post on, read on.
