Ingredients

Chicken steaks 500 g
Dried porcini mushrooms 20 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Seasoning for chicken
Salt
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Rinse the steaks in cold water, dry with a napkin, marinate in a mixture of mayonnaise with soy sauce, seasoning, salt and chopped garlic for 30 minutes.

  • Dice the onion, grate the carrots, soak the mushrooms in warm water.

  • Turn off the Frying program, pour in 1/3 of a multi-glass of hot water and quickly close the pressure cooker, because the lid locks instantly. We turn on the Bird program for 10 minutes, at the end of the program, immediately turn off the heating. Our dish is ready!
