And, mistresses, another question - how reliable is the company itself? My husband 7 years ago worked in a home appliance store, says that Delfa's heaters were only brought in to be changed, they flew ... it was cheaper), that for such a price it cannot be normal ... And I was almost ripe for its purchase ... What do you say?
shuska
Read the topic about the reliability of the company. If something happened to someone, the girls wrote here. A friend of mine (Viki) has been using Delfa since last summer and is happy with it. And not only with a multicooker, but also with a meat grinder and a blender. Of course, this is a budget option for a multicooker, but quite a working one. The saucepan, of course, cannot be compared in Dex's, but it seems nothing either. Nothing sticks to the bottom. True, I did not bake or fry in it. There are a lot of programs, but you need to adjust to them (it turned out to be difficult for me with my DEX - I got used to other programs). You can change the time, but not the temperature. There is a steamer. For fun, I tested the temperature on the Heating and the Steam Cooker. Everything is according to the program.

But I guess I'll have to sell mine. I bought it especially for my husband to another city (business trip). To cook myself side dishes (I give him meat every time). So he went on strike. He said that it is much easier for him to cook himself 1 bag of buckwheat for 3 days than to strain with a slow cooker. And he does not eat rice and other cereals. Well, what can you say, men)) And at home I have a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, and a slow cooker. In short, this cartoon remained unsuccessful

This is the truth. I have a lot of equipment in the Delf kitchen. It's a budget option, but everything works. I have a multicooker model 02. It performs all the declared functions. I took her to help Panasonic.
The multicooker and blender set have been working since last summer, and the meat grinder has been working for a couple of years. Mom took the Delphi Airfryer. She seems to have been using it for two years.

Hello everyone! I'll get out of the bushes and write a little about Delphi. The option is really budgetary, but it works quite well. I have been using the Delphi bread maker since July and there are no complaints, although it plows almost every day, or even 2 times a day, after it I bought a Delphu 02 cartoon and also works great. By the way, I bought it after reading the reviews of girls from this topic, for which many thanks. By the way, Delfa again appeared in Foxtrot and 02 and 50, besides, until March 2, at the 50th price of 255 UAH!

Recently I got a Delfa DMC-50 multicooker and tried to cook. The countdown does not start immediately. Apparently this happens after warming up. The recipe book is something I don't quite understand. For example, it was written to fry with the lid open. My slow cooker refused to do this. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Lead on the right path. And I would like more recipes. Whoever has interesting and tasty ones, please share. It is interesting to know about the preparation of yoghurts ... Who tried it?

And on what mode did you fry? The recipe book says baked goods, but this is a mistake !!!!!! there is a frying mode for this!

The yogurt is awesome! After the end of cooking, the cartoon is not automatically put on heating, which allows you to put it on at night and not chew that you oversleep!

Girls, hello!
Who has a 50 model, write what "pens" she has ...
- Someone wrote about the lack of heating on Yoghurt. Is that so for everyone?
- is it necessary to turn off modes before automatic completion? or are there universal modes, such as Extinguishing, that work well without human presence and do not require switching off until the timer ends?
romaram
Who has the 50th model, tell me what kind of mode this cake is? How does it work, maybe it also works before the liquid evaporates? Maybe someone baked a biscuit on it?
I just tried to bake chocolate on boiling water on a `` cake '', so after 40 minutes an error like `` b '' popped up, I had to bake it on `` baking '' and at the end of the regime the signal about the end did not sound, but again an error popped up ' 'b', but the biscuit is prepared normally, I generally sin on low voltage, and maybe some glitch in the program. But in general, I liked the saucepan, I bought it for my mother and I'm testing it. I have Orion, so in some respects I liked the 50th even more, but she's kind of thoughtful, heats up the saucepan for a long time before the modes work, or maybe it's because of the low voltage in the network, who knows, that's why the food takes so long to prepare.
romaram
And tell me, does it make milk porridge?
romaram
Here's another thing I thought, maybe these thrifty Chinese are saving on paint outside the pan and therefore the heat is reflected from the mirror walls of the pan and therefore it takes so long to heat up? I'll try with the Orion pot.

The icons on the screen are not a mistake, but an automatic heating mode! I baked a cake in the mode, a biscuit several times, the first time the cartoon turns off after 30 minutes, then again to the same mode and watched it, turned it off when ready. The "cake" mode heats up immediately, designed for baking soda, and the "bake" mode heats up very, very slowly, for yeast dough.

: (I already understood this through experiments myself. Only some kind of '' unfinished '' this mode is '' cake '' incorrect '' it works. The Chinese are too smart - the mode is kind of like a touchscreen, why not make it turn off in time. my Orion got sick of the fact that I need to turn on baking twice, I thought at least order here.Although I did not try to bake a traditional biscuit in this mode, maybe this mode will work correctly then, but if I just need to bake something, I don’t even know through what time mode will turn off mv-crap, what do these Chinese guys think?
mashali

my Orion got sick of the fact that I need to turn on the baking twice
I, too, all the time turned on Baking in Orion twice - but literally on the weekend Honey cake for 5 eggs was perfectly baked on ONE Baking + 20 minutes of Warming up (I did not have time to return from the store to start the second round)

And I also want to unsubscribe by modes in the Delfa 50 cartoon
1. Touch mode Fig. Worked for approximately 45 minutes at 0.75 st. cereals and 1.5 cups of liquid. The porridge was cooked well. No crust formed underneath
2. Touch mode Pilaf. The incomprehensible Pilaf managed to get ready, but the countdown did not start, the timer was spinning for 30 minutes
3. Frying works well First, the oil pan heats up and then the time starts. If you throw food before the countdown begins, there is a chance to fry everything before the countdown begins
4. Milk porridge. I tried once to cook oatmeal in half milk. The porridge did not run away, but the mode is too long for the oatmeal - I turned it off when ready.
5. Buckwheat. The timer starts counting only after boiling water. Cooked pasta on this mode (10 minutes). When the lid is closed, the pasta "runs away" into the valve. Cooked with the lid open.
6. Stewing / Soup. The mode is very delicate. I made baked milk on it (2 liters for 4 hours) - the milk did not boil away and did not run away.
7. Yoghurt mode - heats up
Cake and Pastries have not tested yet

Pleased with the pan:
in1 it is the same size as Orionovskaya, Delph 58 and Polarisovskaya
b2 coverage showed itself better than Orion and Delphi 58
romaram
Yes, the coating is not good. The cake and baking modes are `` rotten '', the cake turns off by itself after 30-40 minutes, maybe for a half portion of a biscuit it will be enough (I haven’t tried it), but for the standard one you have to turn it on twice (do not expose time, why this mode). Maybe someone tried the oven on a different mode? I thought to myself to buy one to help Orion, but I see it is not worth it. And about the pilaf mode, I think I need to pour less water, then the countdown will start earlier and the cartoon will be cut out by itself. And so a cartoon for its 255 hryvnia is the very thing who wants to check whether a cartoon is needed on the farm or not, let him buy it. I'll wait for the next model, maybe they'll fix the cake mode and everything will be a bunch.
romaram
Today, on the 50th I experimented, you really need to pour less water and the mode will work correctly, this is a feature here. When I bought a potato, I was preparing a potato, I poured 2 glasses of water (it took 1.5 hours), today I poured 1 glass, 50 minutes.
mashali
romaram, and what mode was checked? Pilaf or Rice?

Did you get baked milk? And then I tried, the output is very small, the garbage dump is boiling!?!

Continuing the lost conversation with Amadinka

I made the fuel. milk on "Milk Porridge" - 4 hours.
If there was left on the Stew - 1 liter and a small cup
then Milk porridge has 1 liter, 360 ml cup and a small cup
It turns out that less than 40 percent boils away.

Pilaf mode

I will also say a few words about the 50th Delph. I bought it today for trips to the village. To begin with, I decided to cook stewed potatoes for the child. In the Frying mode, I fried potatoes, then added onions and carrots, then salt-pepper-polavril, poured water and put the cartoon in Pilaf mode. After 10 minutes I came to check. The timer had the number 27. I opened the lid and saw that there was practically no water. With fright, she stopped the program. I added water and turned it on again. She came again about 10 minutes later. I opened it and saw that there was no water again, but the potatoes did not burn, but just got a little hot. Since everything was already prepared, I stopped the program. By the way, the second time on the timer was still 30, that is, the countdown did not start. That's it. In general, she is a little strange for me. Alby 25003 has been living with me for 4 years already. But she's not like that. There is a lid with a special valve, and food is cooked under pressure. I’m used to it and that’s all, I don’t know if I’ll make friends with Delphi ... Compared to Elby, the first thing I noticed is that Delphi's power cord is soft, while Elby’s is hard. It seems to me that the Delfovsky can crumple and break, so you need to be careful with it. The very bowl-pan of Delphi is much lighter than that of Elby, that is, it is made of thin metal, and this, of course, is worse. Well, in fact, as I said, the principle of cooking is different there. I got used to the fact that Alby's water doesn't evaporate during cooking, and now I just can't figure out how much water needs to be poured so that the dish doesn't burn. Well, the cooking time. Elby prepares everything very quickly, but here it takes twice as long. Hmm ... I don't even know ... By the way, in the recipe book I read the recipe for stews on the Pilaf program, so I cooked on this mode. But the recipe does not indicate at all that you need to pour water, only sunflower oil, I can not imagine what would have happened to the potatoes in this mode if I had not also poured water.
P.S. And I also wanted to ask: what is "touch mode"?

Can I have your recipe? I have 02 since Wednesday. I baked Zebra first - it turned out to be a cupcake! But my favorite honey cake screwed up for the first time (I think because of my mistake - I didn't add 0.5 cups of flour - I was distracted ...) The second time I don't know why, the composition was as always, it turns out perfectly in Saturn. But I have a recipe for 2 eggs ......... Or have I mixed something up .....?

Good day to all!
Dear multivars, help me decide.
An urgent need to choose an inexpensive multicooker for 5-6 liters for trips to the countryside. The priority is baking. I'm looking at the Delfa DMC-50. Please tell me if she copes with yeast and yeast-free baked goods, or something doesn't work.
Thank you.
Tasima65
Girls, thanks! My Polaris pots are suitable for Delph-50! I want to buy for the dacha.

Girls, I apologize if there is an answer to my question (but there is no time) how the rice function works, a friend asked me to find out, she cannot figure it out, THANKS
_IRINKA_
Girls on the program rice should be exhibited time? I choose pogo rice - there are dashes on the display, the time is not set, this is how it should be or a marriage
Vitalinka
_IRINKA_, if you are talking about DMS-02, then when you turn on the "rice" program, the time is displayed on the display - 00:45. Use the + or - button to add or decrease the cooking time. In general, the program runs until the liquid evaporates.

you can take any recipe. IMHO.
but, if you have 02, then the program "pilaf" actually fries the crust in it. In any case, in the one that I tested.
You can turn it off early and leave it on the heating to rise.

I found a recipe for pilaf, so it's all in the frying mode, for 1.5 hours, I actually cooked it in 1 hour, in the frying mode, nothing burnt and there is no crust.
And in order to change frying to stewing, you need to press cancel? Or wait until the set time is over?
Monica
press "cancel" and set "extinguishing". You don't need to wait for the end time.

Here I also want a manun - for morning cereals, omelettes, cramps. Omelet for 2 eggs in a large cartoon, smear only on the bottom, but loves the baby.

The programs in the 301st are not entirely clear - what does "deep frying" mean? What's the difference with a regular one? Stew and vegetables - a double? And no baking ...
In general, I will wait for at least some information.

I liked the review on the site "I have been using it for half a year." And this little thing only began to be released last month ...
