Send me to the recipe for this very bread you stopped at. I really want to try such beauty.
Lyudmil, this is my improvisation.
My leaven: 50 yeast + 50 flour + 50 water. When baking bread, I set aside 50g of sourdough and, as always, + 50 +50; and in what remains (about 100g according to the idea, but it turns out a little less, smeared on the walls) 100g of sourdough or how much remains, I don't even weigh it, pour it into a bucket, pour whey into a glass where the starter was, shake it and add 100g to the bucket flour and put it in a bread maker for kneading, you can just mix it, but it's easier for me. Disconnect when I see what's mixed; I leave it in the bread maker and look at the deferred sourdough, as soon as I see that it is at its peak (it is like a landmark for me), I knead the dough in a bucket:
I add another 100 g of serum, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1.5 tsp. l. salt, 5 tbsp. l. dry milk, 25-30g margarine, 1 / 3h. l. dry yeast and 300g flour. Kneading in a bread maker and orienting myself by lifting in a bucket (yesterday at 12 o'clock I put it to knead and went to bed, at 8 am I got it), as it rose above the edge, I take it out, shape it and put it in a microwave oven with hot water for 40-60 minutes.
I tried a lot of everyone, everyone liked this one, I will try to change something later, maybe I will like it more.

I baked bread twice in the form of a magazine. I liked it very much, I had never baked bread in silicone molds before. The same recipe was baked in the usual form many times, I like homemade bread and I have stopped at this recipe for now. But what happened in this form surprised me. The bread turned out to be airy, soft, I don't even know what other words to choose. The first time I thought it was an accident, but today it's the same. I cut off the still hot hump and ate it.
The sides were browned and nothing stuck to the mold. Baking time 30 minutes.

Ahh!
Where have you been before! now this magazine can no longer be caught. And I was so worn out already with my Ikeev's "loaf" - the shape is good, but laundered!

I'll run to the subway. as I already wrote, I have absolutely the same silicone mold, only from another manufacturer. Her problem is that the sides do not tan - they remain pale and ugly. It turns out that it was your comment that I was waiting for

Tarhuncik I have a Regent shape (rectangular blue for a loaf specially bought) I bake in the oven and the bottom does not brown, so I pull it out of the pan at the end of baking and it browns well lying on the wire rack. Well, this is an option. VS NIKA you have such a ruddy bar just like from a resort, but can you tell me the size of the form?

tatjanka, approximately the size of the mold is 21.5 / 11cm. The sides blush perfectly. I just took the bread out of the oven, it rose so much that I thought the mold would burst. In this form, my bread turns out to be something different.

By the way, in the photo there is a rectangle like in "gourmet pastries", only for 100 rubles in Auchan ...
Can someone tell me: how to wash teskomovsky silicone?
And in these tins I made quail eggs in a double boiler for salad, now also for canapes:

My second favorite sai 7 site (I don't know if I can mention it here ...) has a recipe for these eggs, but in ice cube trays. And I bought such small ones in Auchan (three sets of 16 rubles each). I smeared it (just in case) with oil, put it in a double boiler, and smashed a quail egg into each mold. I made a salad (impromptu): cherry tomatoes, greens-mix (white dacha), cheese (regular) cut with a vegetable peeler, avocado, and these eggs (next time I will take a photo), poured sauce (ol. Butter, balsa vinegar, soybeans . sauce). It turned out very original.
And the canapes are my new idea: I bought a set in ikea of some flowers, squares, hearts. I will cut bread and vegetables from them. Add herring (etc.) and these eggs, and I string everything on a skewer ...

Girls, the 3rd issue of the magazine came out. "Gourmet pastries", I looked at something, the form was too small and did not buy, for my family of 5 it is very little ... And in the molds for muffins and bread I was already baking, everything was brown and baked normally.
Vichka
I didn't buy the third issue either.
In Ashan I saw a cake pan from the second issue, different colors and the price is only 110 rubles.

Here I have it from the Auchan store (like in the magazine "gourmet pastries"). Does not keep the shape. It expands on the sides.

And I bought this one in Teresa-Don (for Rostovites). She has a special ring, so she holds her shape perfectly! This store has very good quality silicone.

The silicone sides are really a bit paler.
I have similar forms, only narrower and higher.
From 5 forms the pasochki got out well, the gram sticks were stuck on the sides, but not critical, but from one it broke, I complain that I forgot to grease them.
So it is better to grease all the same before laying the dough!

Girls, tell me how to wash the silicone mold? Inside (where the muffin is) is clean, And on top of it, the butter is burnt, or what? Powder does not rub off. In principle, it's not scarylooks worse, but a relative came to me and looked SO like I didn't wash them at all. If there was an answer to my question somewhere here, send me there. (To page number)

Better send a relative somewhere with such looks .. I have enough silicone ... most of these stains cannot be washed off without thermonuclear chemistry ... you need to poison yourself with chemistry and kill your time?
Melanyushka
iris. ka, I also have forms with indelible spots, so what? Sooner or later, any dishware loses its original appearance if it is constantly used for its intended purpose. Your relative probably never baked anything in silicone at all, so now you should look at her like that? Mentally send her glances past you and continue to do your favorite baking in silicone and more. Good luck and good mood!
lunova-moskalenko
Iris. ka! If your relative doesn't like something, it's her problem. For me, for example, all silicone forms look as if I fried them in places! I don’t bother, everything is in order inside them, and what else is needed for baking! And I also recommend not treating a relative to pastries, well, how can you eat yummy from such forms? Or arrange for her occupational therapy so that henceforth it was not necessary for her to throw sidelong glances. Bake and ignore it! Good luck!
P.S. By the way, I remembered that when I bought myself such forms for the first time and after a while it did not look like a new one, I decided to wash it, as a result, it has long been resting somewhere in a landfill. This is how I rubbed it with a cleaning powder, and then soaked it in boiling water with soda.

Girls! I found a way to wipe off the silicone molds (certainly not up to the ideal ...). I have Tescom's muffin molds. I rubbed them with a metal Amway sponge (I don’t know with a usual sponge ... this one doesn’t scratch anything at all) + a comet added a little (for safety reasons), although they were already rubbed off, under a stream of water.
