Ksyusha, yours is even more expensive. My daughter bought it in one tent for 99r, to be honest, as the magazine says, but I got it for 130r.
I did not particularly look for where it is cheaper. Near the house for how much they sold, for so much and took. All the same, the savings turned out And I really need a form for bread. I looked in stores from 350 to 800. I think if the magazine is brought with her, I'll take the magazine better, the price will be up to 300 rubles. Fine.
Slastena
Can I still stick it, I also climbed onto the site when I was buying the magazine, as without it, there is also an announcement of five issues and now I look nothing has changed, I will still wait for the sixth issue: this: hope dies last

By the way, I was thinking about a subscription, all the same at the stated price. But since this was the case with the numbers, I will wait until.
Well, I also, on the way home from work, bought the first magazine I came across.
Slastena
Girls, I also think I need to wait, now I have the patience to gain from these magazines I like the molds, everything is at work, and especially the spatula, just don't laugh, I have one, but I don't really like it (the silicone is so hard), and this is straightforward, flexible and everything "licks" the dishes do not need to be washed
Russian woman
Girls, report back who baked in these tins. As a result?
Slastena
I report baked in all the molds, since I already have five numbers, everything is fine, I have other silicone molds, purchased separately, no difference!

Thanks for the report! I doubted these molds, I was afraid that they were very thin. Well, then I'll wait for the next numbers.
Slastena
The molds seemed too thin to me, then I went to the store all the molds for muffins with my hands I tried what I could: girl_red: m, in my opinion, the same thin, I thought maybe a Teflon mold for cupcakes could be bought well, there are still cells where these silicone molds can be inserted, by the way the magazine did just that, but then I adapted nothing, I bake in the microwave and in the oven, it's just hard to endure them right with the dough like jelly, so I'm thinking of buying a Teflon form or I'll tolerate
Asteria
Girls, I bought silicone molds and now I don’t know what to do with them ... I thought the truth wouldn’t stick, everything would be noticed, but now it will become, and even figuredly beautiful ...
Moreover, in the instructions for the forms it is written that they cannot be oiled.
So what? A couple of times I baked a biscuit in them and threw it away. Not only does it stick tightly, so in curly forms it is baked into all the squiggles and tricks. And then wash the problem. In a metal frying pan greased with oil, it's even easier to get a beautiful crust.
What's the secret, huh? I wanted these forms so much ... I have Regent and Tupperware

Why shouldn't they be lubricated with oil? All the molds that I bought, the instructions say that before using the mold for the first time, it must be greased with oil in order to impart non-stick properties, which are then preserved with further use.

I also have a lot of them, and even two packages have survived. There is no such inscription on any, I can take a picture. But even if you have read somewhere "Do not lubricate with oil", it means not what is impossible, but what is not necessary.
Elya_lug
I read that detergents, especially in the dishwasher, dry out silicone a lot, so it is better to lubricate before use.

I really don't know ... I dreamed about them so much. Maybe you can't make biscuits in them, there is a lot of sugar? Duc, and I mostly wanted to have sweet pastries ...

I do not know. The distributor of the taper strictly forbade me. And in their little book, it seems, it was written so ...
I don’t remember on Regents ... Okay, so I’ll lubricate. Maybe it’s not sticky.
Do you normally have biscuits flying out of the molds?

I didn't wash it in the dishwasher, but a drop of fairies, it seems, dripped before the first use for washing ...

Girls, thanks. I'll try to grease it with oil. I hope I won't ruin anything. Although, it is much worse than scraping half of the cake from the mold pattern

Both biscuits and muffins - everything comes out of shape perfectly

And then ... you have no risk at all: you still cannot use them due to the fact that everything sticks to them, so try to lubricate them with oil
Elena Bo
I, too, stuck without smearing. Now I always use a brush before pouring the dough into a silicone mold. Everything crashes perfectly.
Asteria
Well that's it, the other day I'm baking a biscuit in a greased form
Let's see what happens
Can yeast dough be baked in silicone?
makabusha
Of course. Many silicone forms are shaped just for bread or loaf.
Jaroslava 333
Girls, I also bought a magazine with molds today, to be honest, I did not intend to, walked, walked, and then I thought that 100 rubles. not money! I will try!

In general, somehow silicone is not very good for me, the Teskomovskies are of better quality than the Regent, but expensive ... Recently I have been participating in joint purchases, everything is several times cheaper there than in the store, including Teskom, so I ordered 2 forms with non-stick coated and 2 silicone cupcakes, I will wait ...
Vichka
I bought the second issue of the magazine with a collection of silicone utensils.
Silicone items (molds, rugs, tassels, gloves, etc.)
the form is thicker than for cupcakes, but there is a rather strong one, I would say that even some kind of poisonous smell, there was no smell in the cupcake tins.
Jaroslava 333
Girls who use Regent silicone potholders should they take them, don't burn their hands? And then I'm already tired of changing rags, the family is big. then they will set fire to them (we have gas), then they will slap them, they generally quickly lose their presentation ...
Slastena
VS NIKA can be offended by the smell from the fact that they are in a sealed form, I don't remember something terrible smell now I called my mother, she just had a uniform, she said that there was no smell, as my daughter would say: Smells with silicone

It probably smells like chemistry, or maybe it's just the smell of paint from the magazine, because both the mold and the magazine are sealed into the bag.
Vichka
Girls, I can reassure you, today there is no smell as it was. But it smelled like poisonous. The form is denser than for cupcakes, well, practice will show the rest.
Jaroslava 333
Today I also bought a magazine with a uniform, I can say that I did not notice a particular chemical smell ... I opened it and put it down for airing. tomorrow I will try to bake a cupcake in it ... Although this form is too small for my family ... I decided that I will not buy these magazines anymore, if only in the next there will be something interesting, because the Regent can be bought several times cheaper from us ...
Tarhuncik
And I grabbed 2 magazines with small forms. Because I was looking for just such molds for steam eggs in a multicooker and found only in seven hills - three hundred (!) Rubles each. And then triangular
So the magazine for 99 turned out to be very useful. Now I put them in the ikeevka uniform and bake muffins and Chadeykin's puddings in the morning. Very comfortably! and nothing sticks.
Only under the eggs I grease.
And I have a form for a loaf from the Regent, I don't really like it - it turns out white-sided bread. and a little round - the sides are bursting when proofing If anyone can compare, isn't a magazine cupcake trough thinner than a regent's one ??

This form is right in the photo in the magazine you can see that it will burst. I have not seen the Regent up close, but knowing what he releases, I think it will be the same with this one.
Lyalya Toy
And I just remembered about this magazine today, but we have already taken them apart.
I have such a Regent, it is really bursting, and I also have a Regent shape that is rectangular with an iron stand, so it is much more convenient to put it in the oven and take it out and the cupcakes come out even.
Omela
Girls, I have this uniform, Horse firm

Silicone items (molds, rugs, tassels, gloves, etc.)

There are 3 stiffening ribs around the edges .. during baking it does not burst it because of this !!

And the Regent is round with a metal stand, convenient too !!

Jaroslava 333
Our magazines were instantly snapped up, I asked the kiosk woman to leave me ... In my opinion, it turns out to be unjustifiably expensive, the recipes in the magazine are not bad, but I’m unlikely to use them ... the number of the form for Kish will be, I wonder what is its diameter? Probably, 20-22 cm is not more, this is not enough for me, the oven will consume more electricity ... I ordered Regent's forms in the purchase, I sit, wait ... By the way, there are also such molds, as in the first issue and the price for 6 pcs 60 rub.

Well, I'm not so much worried about the form as whether the sides will bake in it. most likely, I can do without this form ...
Jaroslava 333
I think they will be pale, because in the magazine bread is baked in this form (it is also on the cover), the top is fried, and the sides are faded ... I will try to bake a cake in it, since I have already bought it anyway. ..

Girls, I read your messages and think about my mold - the smell was also terrible, it smelled terribly of bleach, I had already washed it with the product and ventilated it on the balcony, it seems like it doesn't smell anymore. But I still doubt whether it is possible to use it?

In such cases, I wash my mold in the PMM two or three times and grease it with oil in the oven for about an hour. Once I came across this. The scapula was still smelly, I washed it 5 times, I just didn't take it out of the machine for several days

If you wash in a PMM, then after washing, each use will be "first" That is, lubricate with each use

Although, I repeat: I'm pretty disappointed in silicone, by and large ...
It seems that now they have already begun to produce metal forms with a ceramic coating, like frying pans. These should be good, in theory ...

So do I. Although I have the forms of many existing manufacturers - Regent, Horse, Marmiton, Mastrad, Tuppervar, Leke, Silikomart ... Nothing was ever attached.

I only wash the molds by hand, in the dishwasher all the grooves are not washed as follows, and so I turn them inside out and use a soft brush with detergent ... Then I let them dry and put them in the cupboard ... It seems to me that aggressive powder for dishwashers spoils the molds ...

Suns, I'm already a pretty big girl, and I have been doing this for a long time, and I washed them with a machine, and with my hands, and thoroughly washed all residues from the corners ... There is not enough sense. And in silicone molds that are not washed in PMM, grease residues from previous baked goods accumulate, no matter how you wipe them off with your hands, and they become rather unpleasant to the touch and smell. And baked goods are grabbed, both in hand-washed and in PMM-washed silicone molds ...

I baked bread twice in the form of a magazine. I liked it very much, I had never baked bread in silicone molds before. The same recipe was baked in the usual form many times, I like homemade bread and I have stopped at this recipe for now. But what happened in this form surprised me. The bread turned out to be airy, soft, I don't even know what other words to choose. The first time I thought it was an accident, but today it's the same thing. I cut off the still hot hump and ate it.
