Potato casserole in a multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051

Ingredients

Raw potatoes 400 g
Chicken eggs 2-4 pcs.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and mix with salt.
  • Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl, put potatoes, put butter on top.
  • We put on "Fry" - we make sure that the handle on the open lid is in the "open lock" position.
  • After 15 minutes, stir the potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes.
  • Then fill with slightly beaten eggs (in the original there were 4 eggs, two is enough for me), sprinkle with grated cheese (in the original 2 tablespoons, I like more cheese) and set "Rice" - by default.
  • Tasty both hot and cold.

I bought this wonderful pot for my wife - in the end, I've been cooking for a month already. My wife says that she didn’t know that I cook so delicious. For which I bow to your site.

And now a specific question to the author of the recipe or to the people who made it - "How can the pressure on the rice program build up and start the timer?" - after all, the potatoes are fried - that is, the moisture is evaporated, what is it really from eggs and cheese .....? Or do you still need to add water or cook in the "baking" mode?
MariV
Believe it or not, everything started. Yesterday, in this way, I kind of dried cake with sea buckthorn seeds on "Rice". I didn't dry it properly, although I ran this mode three times. I dried it in the microwave and then in the dryer.
It's not even difficult for me to shoot a video, but I can't upload it from the village Internet.

Maybe it's worth adding milk to the eggs - well, I can't imagine where the pressure of 30 should come from the eggs. Just how many times I stewed cabbage according to original recipes - I have never said anything about water - but until you collect almost 2/3 of the water, the program is reset (((

DVK, here I am like that "swooped down", my wife stopped cooking altogether, but everything is so with jokes, with compliments: "Everything is so tasty for you!"
The husband is in the kitchen, and the wife goes to the car service ... do not aggravate your situation, it will be worse further (just kidding)

Worried - add liquids!

Yesterday I made a casserole - "Autumn Joys" - zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes - I cut everything, laid it, two tablespoons of sour cream and grated cheese on top - the volume was small, for one or two servings, and specially set it to the "Rice" mode by default - cartoon worked correctly, nothing dropped, the vegetables were soft!

Well, in general - everything was as I expected - I did everything according to your recipe, even with an excess - 4 eggs - but the pressure was not collected and that's it. I began to add water little by little - but it’s not enough.I didn't want to fill everything in at all - for this I set the "baking" mode by default - and what is amazing - it turned out to be a wonderful casserole - namely a casserole - with a golden brown crust that does not fall apart.

Therefore, ATTENTION! - who suddenly does not start the "rice" program - boldly set the "baking" for 30-40 minutes. For myself, I set the default to 50 - since all the same, trying to start the "rice" added water.
I don’t know why the rice didn’t start - but definitely not because of a multicooker malfunction (ring, valve), I think it might be because of the type of potatoes (low moisture content) or with the amount of cheese I went too far - melted didn’t let steam ...

A day later I make this casserole on "Rice", everything starts. Water - 0. Perhaps because of the tomatoes.
