Linen, well, it cannot dissolve from 2 washes in PMM per month?
Then it's really better not to wash in the dishwasher, probably.

I have not yet risked washing the lid in the PMM. But I see what I need from it. Which prog is better?
I washed it on an automatic, or you can use a short one.
Delait
I'm the same on different soap programs, everything is ok. Nowhere was there a hint of darkening, I often have no place to wash it, but it washes perfectly once a week.

Should it?)) Aluminum does not darken from alkali. The aluminum alloy darkens. And the "dirtier" it is (in the sense, the less aluminum it contains), the more it darkens, up to a noticeable dusty coating on the surface - the aluminum was washed down the drain, and the impurities remained.

The cover is almost all stainless, with the exception of the stem of the float valve itself, judging by its appearance. Well, the shutter-blocker in the hole seems to be aluminum.

Girls, please tell me, who knows which bowl is better in terms of performance: a bowl with non-stick Teflon coated with Steba AS 1, or non-stick ceramic Coated with Steba AS 4. I have an additional bowl with Teflon, but I bought another Shtebochka to the dacha, it came without a second bowl. I went to Shteba's website, and there are these two options, I don't know now which one to choose. Thank you! All interesting culinary discoveries, pleasure and joy in the new year!

Olga, I have both and like both. Only I use them for different purposes - ceramic is just super for all milk, cereals and languor (no ceramic pot is needed!), I use Teflon coated in recipes where there is little or no liquid and where frying is needed (all kinds of meat and fish recipes, baking , cereals with vegetables ...). The coating on both bowls adheres perfectly (TTT).

Aenta, I did this recipe: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=334973.0, though without mushrooms, but for everyone, including just dumplings. The main thing is the mode and time ...

New Year's greetings to everyone!
And nobody tried to bake cheesecake in Shtebe? If it was - poke into the link, plz.
Masinen
Anna1957, look at the recipe. Baked like cheesecakes.
Anna1957
Still, this is a cottage cheese casserole. And what I want is cheesecake with a thin layer of dough. It probably needs to be placed on top - after turning over from the bowl, the dough will be on the bottom. But then a dense shortbread will not work. What is possible, how do you, Masha, think? Probably something like a biscuit. But then that's not cheesecake either
marinastom
Anna, why turn it over? You can take it out by the corners of the sheet of paper.

Anna, why turn it over? You can also take it out by the corners of the sheet of paper.
You can, yeah. Only I have never tried that, I always turned it over, so the thought in this direction works
Masinen
I remember doing it with shortbread dough.
But it must be dried in the Roasting mode so that it is not wet.
So you can bake in peace.

Min 10-15 dough on frying, then put the curd mixture and on the porridge for 1 hour?
And turn over and take out after cooling completely. Or after a night in the fridge?

Anna 1957 look at the recipes for a baked cheesecake in Stebe. I am trying to insert a link, but

Sorry for getting in, making caramel pie in another multicooker (available on the forum). There's also a floating biscuit on top of the milk mixture. I think it's quite possible to make such a shape-shifter with cream cheese. Pour a biscuit over the top.

Thank you, virgins. Any experience is helpful.

Girls, is there something (besides baking) that cannot be cooked in a stainless steel bowl? Milk or something fried ...
Delait
My milk turns out fine, I didn't bake baked goods at Shteba, it makes no sense if there are a bunch of other appliances.
GTI Tatiana
Olga, Milk turns out well in stainless steel. But you need to learn how to fry in it. The omelet in silicone is great. I rarely use non-stick. I rarely fry potatoes, but in a pan. I do it better that way.
Katya1234
Ofeliya,
Olga, my staff is dd2. I cooked in a steel bowl for two weeks until I bought a non-stick one. I cooked in steel soup with frying, various cereals and fried meat for subsequent stewing. Nothing burned. In cereals, more water was added for 0.5-1 multi glasses. But we like thinner milk porridge.
I cooked a stew of fish and onions in a non-stick cooker, for a very long time I could not wash the smell.

It wasn't a saucepan that smelled, but a ring.
Katya1234
marinastom,
I change the rings (they are different for meat and milk), but the casserole smells.
Ofeliya
Thank you so much! I was just more interested in frying for soups. If it doesn't stick, that's great! I rarely cook milk in a pressure cooker, but it's nice to know that the pressure cooker won't let me down, if anything.
GTI Tatiana
Ofeliya, Ol, frying can be done in a steel bowl. You just need to be careful, in the sense of determining the time. On the Roasting mode, do not turn off the "light" and so as not to burn it, you need to turn it off in time.
Katya1234
Ofeliya,
Olga, everything will be fine. Set the Roasting mode, wait for it to beep. Pour or add oil. Throw in vegetables immediately to roast and stir with a wooden or silicone spatula. If the time is short, then at the end of the program, turn on the Fry mode again. And keep a little water handy to pour over the vegetables if they burn.
I have an electric stove at home with "pancakes", and so everything burns on it, if not rearranged in time, then the heat goes evenly.
Ofeliya
Thank you, girls. My husband offers to buy it, but I am afraid of something. Just like a beginner, but you probably need to take it. Until the husband changes his mind
marinastom
Of course you have to take it! Wow, what a clever husband! Others have to rub in to get it! And then you have to buy on the sly, and then get out.
Ofeliya
Yes, I have it. Pliant on persuasion

Lyuda, two times the same button - what is blinking, then we change. Then again the same button - we change another.

Thank you. Installed. Does it take long to gain pressure? Something does not appear the inscription 03. That's it, the process has begun. If only the biscuit turned out
Linadoc
For "porridge" quickly. Did you press "start!"
kirch
Pressed, the process started

I took Shtebka today. In the pictures it looked more compact. The first launch with potatoes and meat was successful. Husband approved!

Olya, congratulations on your new assistant. To me, too, at first it seemed cumbersome, but now I'm used to it and can't be prettier. I ordered another O-ring from Polina, which would be for baking and desserts.
