He's the most ... creamy. Yeah, delicious
Only when I put on proofing for 30 minutes at a temp. 30 gr. on "heating", after pressing the "start" button, the temperature arbitrarily changed by 50 grams. And so several times. Maybe someone knows why?
I suspect that after the previous "steam" program, the Cube was not cooled down enough yet. Has anyone had a similar ??
I went up to 37.

Are you accepting new ones?
Finally, my Shtebochka came to me from Nemetchina itself

I had heating for 40 minutes, the temperature varied from 37 to 30, I suppose that heating, like everywhere else there, is cyclical, so the temperature there is more often 32-30, I had it on the scoreboard.

I'm just mastering the Sous-Vidnitsa Shteba, in the next Temko))
Cooked chickpeas on vegetables for 15 minutes at max pressure. (be sure to write it down, otherwise I won't remember tomorrow myself), although it was pre-soaked, cooked perfectly - not boiled and ready.
And I follow the sous-vidnitsa without fail), you just need to take a break from shopping. And suddenly, during the break, Shtebik will appear in Ukraine

Well, here I, finally, was honored to pick up my Shteba from the ozone pickup point. I waited for the rest of the orders to catch up with her in order to get everything in bulk.
I report on the state of the "gift horse" - a Teflon bowl. There are no obvious scratches, but if you look closely with a "cloudy eye" there are two symmetrically located scuff types at the bottom. It seems to me that these are not fatal for cooking traces of some kind of technological process when covering the bowl itself. I did not consider it a marriage, because Teflon does not last forever, no matter how well it is "packed". By the way, about Teflon I was very much reassured by a very competent familiar physicist whose laboratory is working with this problem as well. At our temperatures that are achievable in everyday life, it is absolutely safe.
Nevertheless, after the first acquaintance with the unit, I note as a positive feature that there are no plastic parts in contact with food at all. The sealing ring is clearly silicone. And it pleases. Out of bewilderment, so far one thing: when closed, the lid is not completely tight and hermetically closed, there is some "backlash". What does that mean?
I went slowly and gradually to start testing.
Pilgrim73
Girls, take the new owner Steba into your friendly ranks! Yesterday they brought it to me from Ozone. The Teflon bowl, as I expected, was scratched at the bottom and there are abrasions on the walls. But since I had no intention of using it (there are also Cuckoo 1054 and Brand 6060), I accepted the order with this drawback. If I feel the need for it, I will buy a new one. So I think it's a very nice unit. She cooked boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge and pea soup in it. The flight is normal! When preparing pea soup, I set 15 minutes of active time and was pleasantly surprised that the peas were mashed. She's so quiet, it's even strange for me after the cuckoo. Even listened several times, does it work or not? By the way, when I first boiled with lemon on the steam program, I had a soooo geyser, but this was not surprising to me, since this issue was already discussed in the topic.I do not like that there are no handles on the pan and because of this, the bowl turns when stirring in different directions. I have to support the bowl with one hand, and it is hot - this is inconvenient for me. And when you take out a hot bowl from a multi, it is also inconvenient to hold by the edges. Well, this is probably the cuckoo spoiled me, so I compare it with it. And so far there are no complaints, I hope that we will work together with a new girlfriend!

Girls, did you come with cartoons with a watch from ozone? Otherwise I'm waiting for mine too

Everything came from ozone in a complete set: with a watch, with three booklets (two recipe books and a manual), with an anodized aluminum steam basket and a steel grate. Well, a spoon and a glass, of course.

I tested mine on brown rice. Works!!! But the time of 13 minutes is not enough for me, I need to choose myself, and not rely on a nutritionist's book. And in general, the number 13 should not be set

So far, everything has been confirmed. Simple, fast, quiet, although the descent of steam at the end was long and not weak, it frightened my husband. Even though I know now what he is afraid of ...

THANKS TO THE TOPIC PARTICIPANTS FOR THE RECOMMENDATIONS !!!

Girls, hello everyone. Finally, I am with Shteba. The miracle did not happen, the cup came with scratches. Well, figs with her, I still bake in Redika-baby. She amazed me, of course, with her noiselessness. When I ran it on the water at the beginning, I was seriously afraid that it wasn’t working, it turns out it works, it’s just very quiet. I cooked green beans stewed (in a bowl) on vegetables, and put chicken cutlets on top of a double boiler. The beans were slightly burnt, and the cutlets, as it seemed to me, were not ready for cooking. Now I have put them on the "steam" mode again. So far, I really like everything, with the exception of one nuance - it is very inconvenient to take out the steam basket when there is food in it. Maybe there is some kind of trick? Maybe I just don't know how to get it right?
Larssevsk
Everything, figured it out. You just need to grab the basket with two forks by the ears that are made in it. And I tried everything with potholders. Here, I asked a question and answered it myself. According to the mode of par. Yes, steam came out through the valve, but, in my opinion, exactly as much as steam should come out in this mode. He must go somewhere during steam cooking. The cutlets are ready, they smell amazing, I am silent about the appearance. After juicy fried, you need to get used to the pale steamed cutlets. One thing warms the soul - it's good
Florichka
I made a hodgepodge with mushrooms. Frying 15 minutes onion carrots celery dried mushrooms 2 sausages tomato spices. Then I added a glass of mushroom broth and a glass of wine and turned on vegetables for 15 minutes and finally for 2 hours simmering.

Take the girls into your ranks. Hurrah! Finally, my beauty has "arrived". Everything is included, the "gift" bowl is excellent without scratches, all three books and everything else is included. I drove a lemon on a steam program (with an open valve). The countdown went, no steam came out from under the lid, everything was OK !!! There is no limit to my happiness.

I decided to make a pork knuckle - it was lying in the freezer just the size of the bowl. While the free hour turned out to be (I like the way it sounds - an hour for a pork knuckle))).
Turned on the Roast. The bowl warmed up, gave a signal, I poured a little oil and put it to fry.
And the staff continues to beep. That often - after 10-25 seconds, then once a minute. The cover is open.
Is it okay?
Masinen
Yes, it should be so !!! She always picks on the roast !! But if you pour water, then there will be no picking, because the temperature will drop))
Olega_mama
Thank you calmed down! otherwise I'm latently looking for a catch - why the staff began to sell on ozone and in yulmart so cheap, and why other stores keep the price - suddenly we have defective lots))))
Turned on the Meat for 50 minutes. I'll see if it breaks down into fibers, or it will be normal)
Also, the lid does not close well right away. Yesterday it seemed that it was good, but the pressure did not build up. I went over and saw that steam was coming out of the hole next to the valve. I slightly moved the lid - the figurine clicked in the hole and rose. The steam stopped, the pressure almost built up immediately.
And now, too - I closed the lid, everything seems to be correct, but this figurine is omitted. I moved as far as the backlash allows, the figurine rose, and the pressure began to build up.

Oh, experienced girls, consult, pliz!
Today there were 2 experiments with Shteba:
1. Broth on the soup + program after loading borscht ingredients.
2. Steamed beets (still in process).

Several questions came up:
1. After the end of the "soup" program, steam was forced off the valve. It was purely a geyser and for 2-3 minutes. The lid did not open for a long time, I had to slightly lower the sensor with a knife. Then she turned over the lid - on it (fucking byaka!) - foam from the broth, and the silicone washer on the sensor pin on the fig fell off right into my hands. At the same time, there was half of the water. In general, it is no longer forced to lower the hotz
She washed everything and put it in place, erased the traces of foam on the sides of the bowl and persistently continued to cook the borscht. What else confused: the time was set to 6 minutes, before the countdown began, another 10 minutes passed. Is this normal? The ingredients were, if not hot, then quite warm. This time the steam was not forcibly let off. The borscht turned out to be delicious, all the vegetables were in the right condition.
QUESTIONS: why didn't the lid open? Why did the silicone washer disappear? why does it slow down for a long time before the countdown begins?

2 Steamed beets. In the manual I read that vegetables can be steamed. I poured 250 grams of water, put a stand (though not my own, but a little lower) and a basket. Medium-sized beets. Steam program 15 minutes. After a couple of minutes from the open (according to the instructions) valve, the steam began to flow in an even stream. There is no countdown, steam goes on for about 10 minutes. I stubbornly wait for the countdown. It began simultaneously with the end of the steam release and was accompanied by a beeping sound.
When the time was up, I opened the lid - the beets were ready, well, it could have been another 5 minutes until they were absolutely soft. There is no water at the bottom. only traces of juice (washed off easily)

QUESTIONS: Why didn't the countdown start simultaneously with the steam release? What did you squeak for?

Yes, yesterday I cooked goulash in dark beer in 20 minutes without any problems. It turned out great, the steam was forced off, there was no geyser.
Tanyulya
There will always be a geyser on liquid products! If you have already decided to lower it forcibly. then you need to do it quietly, so you have a lid in every shnyazhka.
Pilgrim73
why didn't the lid open? why does it slow down for a long time before the countdown begins?

I can partially answer. The lid did not open because there was high pressure inside the bowl and the protection worked. When the pressure is equalized, the lid opens.
It slows down for a long time before the countdown begins - it's just that the pressure cooker is gaining pressure. If the liquid is cold, then it takes longer, if hot, then faster.

THANKS FOR THE ANSWERS, girls!
It remains to understand why she needs a couple of things?
According to the instructions, the valve must be kept open.
Logically, then steam comes out of it.
Why doesn't the countdown go until all the steam is gone? And then it squeaks like a roast ...
Brachok, sir?
What else to stir up this for a couple? I'm going to read steam recipes ...
I steamed with the valve closed, I liked it better.
Pilgrim73
In theory, steaming should take place with a closed valve. Pressure builds up, the water does not boil away and the vegetables are steamed under pressure. At least this algorithm is used for steaming in Kukushka and Brand. Here, if you follow the instructions, when the valve is open, water simply boils away and when it boils off, the time counts down. To be honest, I am annoyed in this situation by heating an empty bowl. Maybe 250 ml of water is not enough for a double boiler? In Kukushka on this mode, water needs at least 1 liter. Tomorrow I will also try to boil vegetables with a closed valve.
Masinen
In general, 250 ml is not enough for steam. When I put it on for 15 minutes, I pour half a liter of water, or even a liter. And you poured it on the bottom and of course everything boiled away.
We need to pour more water !!!
Masinen
Today I cooked millet porridge. 20 minutes pressure 0.7. Kasha mode. Very tasty porridge turned out.The proportions are 1 to 4 water.
And baked creamy bread)) well, awesome bread in the shtab. My hp is idle)
How nice when 2 bowls !!
Pilgrim73
And for breakfast today I had millet-rice porridge on porridge mode, high pressure 15 minutes Everything was boiled perfectly! In the evening I cooked pilaf in a steel bowl. When the bowl warmed up, on a signal, she poured oil and added chicken to the hot oil. Nothing stuck (I thought that I would not peel the rice from the bottom) and 15 minutes were enough on the meat mode, the pressure was high. Everything is wonderfully prepared! Satisfied!

Well, finally, Stebik and I, now I can accept congratulations. The books are in place, the bowl is excellent, no scuffs are visible inside. The only one on the plastic cover for add. there is a crack along the rim, but we will survive this, not the undercarriage I have already tried to cook stewed cabbage and compote. The compote turned out to be very tasty, I didn't even add sugar at all, the only thing it took a very long time to gain pressure, well, I'm not used to waiting so much. I put the cabbage on vegetables for 15 minutes (it was very oak) and of course I digested it, well, it became very soft, you need to put it on less time. Well, let's rub each other, but still I liked her very much

If you want the pressure to build up faster, fill it with hot water. And cabbage should be done for 7-10 minutes.

It is necessary to cook the porridge in half under pressure, and then put on simmering.

Oops. Yes, I still have nothing special to advise. So far, I've only cooked rice porridge with milk, 7 or 8 hours. I liked it very much. Soaked in milk perfectly, but not too thick. Well, it's just a completely different porridge, not the same as usual. Tomorrow I will get a brand new cartoon, I will definitely experiment with meat and other things in this mode. Hostesses, a friend dissuades them from the shteba, she says that this pressure cooker is no different from her Scarlet 1529 or Dex-60, except for the languor program, and I am absolutely a "teapot" in this matter. Does it make sense to pay more?

LiaSHa, firstly, you need to decide - what you want a multicooker or a pressure cooker. Secondly, before Shteba, I had a budget pressure cooker and, by comparing, I can say that in terms of operation it is like comparing a domestic Lada with a Japanese SUV. It is very simple, convenient and solid.A set of standard programs allows you not to bother changing the settings - you press the button and you're done. Our market practically does not offer pressure cookers with environmentally friendly stainless steel bowls, except for Shteba nothing comes to mind. It is possible to select both standard and lower pressure. Convenient valve. The lid closes and opens conveniently. The pressure quickly picks up and releases (the old one had to wait sometimes 15 minutes for the lid to open). And the price - is it so different now from the prices of other pressure cookers? Taking into account the promotion, on the same Ozone (a bowl as a gift), it is practically the same.

Tell me, please, if I want to cook soup and put in the meat, it’s not necessary to remove the foam? And where does it go then? Will there be a clear broth?
I just never had a pressure cooker, so I ask
Masinen
If you are afraid that the foam will remain, then you can spass the meat a little on the frying mode, for 5-7 minutes, and then there will be no foam at all.

Margitte, I'm afraid that our conscientious hostesses will throw stones at me, but I NEVER took off the foam, and as a busy and lazy person, I didn't even bother with this question. I threw everything into the bowl, including meat, closed the lid, soup mode and that's it. Where the foam goes, I have no idea, but there is none in the soup.
I'm generally looking for recipes from the "quick and tasty" category without additional dances with tambourines. I already have several in service, but I have not tried to cook them in Shteba yet

Masha, I must try everything
At first I cooked on the fry for 15 minutes. Then on languishing for 4 hours, I thought it was ready, but nooo ... the broth is reddish. Finished cooking on Meat.

I also tried to cook chicken only on Slowing, if I am not mistaken, I set it for 5 hours and did not cook. I also cooked on meat, not for long at all, I don't remember exactly.
Therefore, I concluded that from the beginning it is necessary under pressure, and then we move on to languor.

Happy as an elephant

I tried to cook and then the difficulties began, questions ...
1 Prepared pate from the recipe book, but it took me longer than stated. The bottom line is delicious
2 I made barley porridge with chicken on simmering. The chicken was kept for 15 minutes on the "meat" program, then she filled up 1k3 pearl barley and sent it to languish for 4 hours. The result is a steamed tasty porridge.

I have a jamb - I forget to press the "start" button. Thus, she warmed up the porridge for her husband on the robot for 30 minutes

And today I dealt with the Steam and Vegetables programs. In principle, these are identical programs, only the Vegetables program cooks under pressure, and the Steam program does not.And if the valve is closed in the Steam program, then we will get the same result as in the Vegetables program, that is, the food is cooked under pressure. I cooked potatoes and carrots on Vegetables (I added 1 liter of water to the bowl, at the bottom mark and cooked in a double boiler), it took 10 minutes, I doubt that during this time vegetables would be cooked on Steam without pressure, but later I will try this option as well. Then I boiled eggs on Vegetables in the same way, that is, on a double boiler, I set the time for 5 minutes, the eggs turned out hard-boiled, as required. I blew off the steam, as Tanyulya taught, covering the valve with a damp cloth. Loved this method, no fountain, no spray. In general, I study the apparatus, damn it, I like Shteba more and more every day.

Girls, what can be connected with? Preparing a knuckle, about a kilo in weight. Fried for 15 minutes. I cooked under pressure on Meat for 50 minutes - it seemed like it was not raw, but the meat with an effort moves away from the bone, and is harsh. Added another 30 minutes - that's what you need. Easily leaves the bone, melts in the mouth.
The shank was slightly unfrozen.
It seemed to me that it should take less time, and I set 50 minutes with a margin ...

I am not yet an experienced pressure cooker at Shteba, but something also seemed to take a lot of time. Did you forget to set the pressure? Maybe everything worked in multicraft mode. Jellied meat is promised in 40 minutes.
