Ludmil_a, I did not bake, maybe I bought Shteba after Easter,
But this year you have to try)
GTI Tatiana
Maria, looked now your "Creamy bread". Pretty boy! You have butter + yeast. The dough is lighter.
And I make it with sourdough + c / z flour + bran. Table bread. The dough is heavy. But now it's baked in Stebe!
I don't even know, maybe the amount of ingredients can be reduced.
Although the last time the whole degree was not enough for T * = 94 * (when the bread was baked).Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
It cooked very well. Probably in vain she turned it over.

Masinen
She baked an open pie on shortcrust pastry.
I wanted to try it for a long time, and the dough was lying in the freezer.
Curd filling, it turned out like Cheesecakes with berries.
Baked for 1 hour 40 minutes on the Porridge mode
She put baking paper in the bowl and then pulled out for it))

Thank you girls! And on what program did I have to bake the ray? Yeast bun? I'm used to just choosing the temperature for my requests, but here finally I don't understand anything ...
Should the valve be closed? And why didn’t my countdown run on porridge ...
Masinen
Irin, the countdown does not start immediately, but after reaching the desired temperature for a pressure of 0.3
Valve is all the same)
I bake bread for 25 minutes.
But the pastry, I don't even know.
And, Rosa-Irina baked on Roasting too.
But you experiment with baking and find the right option for yourself)

I roasted sausages wrapped in yeast dough (rolled thinly). Very tasty for my son for breakfast.

I want to thank ZA-ZA Julia for the black bread recipe. Practically only rye flour. Baked on the "Roasting" mode for 30 min. with closed lid, valve open + optional pressure relief. Do not open the cover.
Excellent results without overturning.

GTI Tatiana, it is good to bake rye in a cartoon, because it does not require a coup at all, it turns out so beautiful)

Just sausage or smoked meat, and I also did it with boiled condensed milk and walnuts, I liked it more, very tasty and beautiful.

Hello girls! I read your positive reviews, saw enough of what deliciousness you cook, and also ordered a stick with ozone. Yesterday I took it safely, today I decided to test it .. I first decided to boil some water in a bowl, it’s still new, the smell was not great, I was confused by another I set the soup mode to 0.7 pressure, the valve was closed and steam poured out from under the lid in the closed state (how we look at the device on the left it turns out) I got scared .. Is this how it should be? And the plastic will not deteriorate over time? In general, there is a larger gap on the left than on the right between the lid and the bottom (maybe I have a marriage ??? Now I put the pearl barley porridge to cook, on the porridge mode for 20 minutes, the pressure of 0.3 pairs was not much in front from under the lid a few minutes after switching on , now no ... I'll figure out how to put a photo, I'll show you.

Look at you the same way?
I tried to press it with effort while closing the lid, and then turn the slit less then the pearl barley porridge learned excellent ...
Masinen
Sweetlana78, Svetlana, did you close the lid correctly? It seems to me that she did not sit on the pins.
I had it the first time I used it.
And the backlash on the lid should be and the lid does not fit snugly to the body. This is normal.

Girls and boys, yesterday I cooked vegetables in a basket, and they were VERY frozen, I set it for 7 minutes, another minute and it would be mashed potatoes, 5 minutes would also seem a bit too much to me. But without salt it turned out awesomely delicious.
Sweetlana78
Masinen, thanks a lot, they reassured me, read, I'm going girls, thanks for the answers
Anyway, I already like it - :)

Now I cook vegetables for vinaigrette, salads, a "fur coat" for herring only on the "Steam" mode, the valve is open for 10 minutes.
Unusually juicy vegetables are obtained.
First, wash all vegetables, peel, cut as needed according to the recipe and steam in a basket. Salads keep fresh longer.

[Skew] ... because of the ring, it does not fit tightly somewhere, check it! Pull out and reinsert straight, and by definition there should be no skew!

Of course, the point is not in the soft, "floating" gasket (it is pressed against the bowl from the inside by increasing pressure and seals it and the lid), but in the inaccuracy of the geometry of the parts of the rigid twist-lock lock.
The skew is very small, noticeable when looking closely from the side, "does not affect the speed."
For example, slightly noticeably uneven fastening of the metal cover to the plastic headband with a handle
(5 countersunk head Phillips screws).
If there is no experience to "fit with a file", etc. - COMPLETELY can be neglected ...
julia_bb
My lid fits snugly and is not skewed, but at first there was steam too. I noticed that I have a steel hoop for which the silicium is inserted. the ring is welded unevenly slightly relative to the center. Therefore, before closing the lid, I always correct the silicone ring so that it sits evenly

Hello everyone from Ukraine. I have been familiar with this forum for a long time. Thanks for the recipes. I have a bread shop, which I actively use. At the suggestion of Tanechka from Chelyabinsk, she fell ill with kitchen appliances. Sooooo want s / m / Shtebochka. Yesterday I re-read the forum up and down. I very much ask Liza 119579 to write if she receives a normal Shteba from the Ukrainian site indicated by her. The husband promised to buy for his birthday.
Roza_Irina
I tried to bake bread without turning it over to preserve a beautiful top. For frying, 25 minutes was completely enough. Allowed to cool right in the bowl, and then gently shaken and browned in AG for 10 minutes. Bread with onions and sesame seeds, therefore speckled.

Irina,

And if you do not blush in the AG there is a crust? Is she just light? Is the bread itself completely baked? What is the weight of the finished bread?

My daughter puzzled me, I need to make a loaf of bread for school. I understand not the topic, but can you send it where you need it?
The bread is completely baked. If you touch it, then yes the crust is on top, but I had it completely white. And I don't know what weight, I didn't weigh it. This particular bread is for 450 g of flour. When I made it for 600g, the bread outwardly looks more like a head of hard cheese. And this one is straight round like a store one.

And I have not received notifications on this topic for a long time ...

And in what mode I myself do not know, I poked like a blind kitten ..., and baked a little on porridge and on frying, then again switched to porridge ...

Aenta, it seems to me that your dough turned out a little liquid, when I make half the norm from the recipe, I add 2 cups (250g) flour and a spoon, or even two from the top. After all, there in the recipe there is 1 egg at a full rate, and I also put one and I need a little more than half of the flour.

No rice was obtained. I changed the rice, and by 0.7 in 7 minutes - it turned out great! Today I decided to reduce the time, put 5 minutes for 0.7 proportions 1: 1 (cooked 2 MCT of rice) ... the rice was cooked - it turned out no worse than in Brand 37501 - the rice is crumbly, delicious !!! Can reduce time to 3 minutes?

Round rice.

I mean, here the girls in the recipes indicate the cooking time from 10 minutes, but why cook longer if it turns out great in 5 minutes!

And do you cook rice milk porridge for 7 minutes for 0.3 or 0.7? (here in recipes 12-15 minutes by 0.3).
Bijou
lana5039, I practically cook everything at 0.7, and milk porridge too. The exception is wheat porridge on water, which I could not tame by 0.7 and cook for 8 (or 7?) Minutes. by 0.3.

Well, at least someone agrees with me.))

But there is a note - I never bleed off steam right after the end. I do not like dampness. Therefore, these small minutes are added to the cooling time, from 7-10 minutes on small volumes to half an hour on a full bowl. I cooked pea soup for 20 minutes, but when I opened the pan half an hour later, I saw it boiling.

Yesterday I also made rice, though a la pilaf. There was a small piece of ready-made chicken. I took steamed rice, pressure 07, 3 minutes and heated for 25-30 minutes. It turned out very tasty, crumbly. And the ratio is 1.5: 2

Good morning to all Stebians !!! I, too, the happy owner of the beautiful Shteba, I have it recently, March 6 will be the month. I read all 2 parts of the forum, and from the bottom of my heart I thank all the girls and men, one might say the pioneers. It's much easier for us new lucky ones, we go along the path you have already trodden. I made friends with my girl immediately, she is my girl, I have only boys, husband, son, grandson in the kitchen too, now together we reign with her. Worker Panasonic while resting. There was Land Life, but it broke down, and I'm already without a pressure cooker as without hands. I got to Shteba quite by accident, I was looking for ms according to reviews, and according to reviews, Shteba ranks first among the best. I ordered in Ozone, by mail, it was more convenient for me, I was a little worried, but everything came in perfect order. The ring came from Land Life (now I have 3 rings, I bought an additional one for Land Life), a saucepan, which I bought additionally, of bronze color, also came up. The saucepan came up, but in quality it differs from the gift that went to Shteba. I began to bake a batter cake in it, and it didn't work out, I had to transfer it to the gift room, and everything is fine. So non-native bowls do not fully fit all dishes. I cook all the dishes, make pastries, bake wonderful bread. Once again, I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart !!!
