I bake biscuits in a multicooker according to the recipe 🔗 ... I get very good and high results, but the first time I got the same result. First, I set the baking program to 60 minutes. and do not open at the end of the program. Then I turn off the multicooker and do not open it for another 15 minutes. and only after that I open and take out the form. I put it on for 5-10 minutes to cool down and then turn the form over onto the board so that the biscuit falls out. If the eggs are large, then I recalculate the flour, and everything else is as in the recipe.

Nadja, and can you retell your proven recipe in volumes and pieces? That is, 180 g of eggs - how many pieces? Sugar, flour, okay, you can weigh it. And if you express baking powder 3 g in teaspoons, will it be 0.5 tablespoons?

180 g there are three eggs, but eggs are different in size and therefore I put some kind of dish on the scales and break eggs there. If the weight of broken eggs is more than in the recipe, then add flour. Baking powder 3g - 2 tea pots without top, that is, exactly with the edges.

Nadja, thanks for the answer, I'll try the recipe, I'll write what the result is

Yesterday I baked a biscuit (according to Tortyzhka, for 6 eggs).
Baking 60 + 20.
Filling bananas + sour cream With sugar.
The decoration this time was considered superfluous, since even the glaze - additional sugar and fats.
For the night in the refrigerator for impregnation.

Home option.
Very tasty for me.

The most important thing is that your biscuit is just a feast for the eyes. But I didn't succeed, the donkey was strong right before our eyes.

SUPER!
just a little light (65 minutes), next. I'll leave it for 70 - 75 minutes
did not grease with anything, put 2 strips of parchment cross-on-cross, and pulled out

compiled a cake recipe and technology from the Hungarian wonderful book "500 types of homemade cookies" (the best for baking, in my opinion)

there, 1/4 of the sugar goes to the proteins at the very end, the rest goes to the yolks

and yet, when everything is mixed,
yolks + 1/3 proteins + flour, and then the rest of the proteins

now it will cool down, cut into layers with a thread and fill / cut with cream
girls, thanks!

And this is my biscuit. Classic for the New Year's table.Baked for 65 minutes. The cream was made from a bag, the one that is diluted with cold milk. I cut it into 3 cakes, smeared with cream and laid out each cake with raspberries (thawed). Decorated with almond petals, Metro flowers and sweet pencils. It turned out very tasty!

Merry Christmas everyone!

I decided to bake Tiramisu according to the recipe with Good Cook, the biscuit according to the recipe turned out to be small and low (I baked in a small cartoon).
She put the small and small one aside, decided to bake the big and tall one according to the recipe Andreevna.
Huge gratitude Andreevna and to all the girls, I read the topic from cover to cover, weighed the eggs, the biscuit turned out to be 7 cm.Special thanks Elena Bo for an explanation of string cutting.
The spouse, who did not eat cakes at all, imperceptibly sentenced almost half.

Made on Tortyzhka in a small cartoon (without starch, cit. Acid and baking powder). It turned out super:
Well, what came out of it (the tubes from the roasted nuts on the board were especially successful)
DonnaRosa

Don't turn the biscuit in the multi-rice cooker?
Which one did you bake in? What is it called?
Dinarka
About 1 kg. I was afraid that it would not be baked. It seems that I read somewhere that the permissible weight of baked goods in a small MV is up to 750g. But whipped the whites well, everything was baked. When I'm too lazy to whip for casseroles, then there is imperfection, you have to add cooking time. Or maybe I'm wrong, and it's not about squirrels at all ...

Please tell me, did you not reduce the amount of products, that is, baked your wonderful sponge cake on 6 eggs in a little cartoon?
I've tried to reduce everything in half, so the biscuit falls hopelessly (while the multi lid is soiled: apparently it rose superbly - ha-ha ...). Laughter is already hysterical: 4 attempts ... Help !!!

I personally always reduce to 4 eggs. The biscuit just fits well into this volume. Take the eggs -4 pieces as a basis, and multiply all the other ingredients by a factor of 0.67 (4: 6 = 0.67) and you get a recipe for a little cartoon. And out of 6 is for a big multi.
Also, maybe your eggs are too large?

Thanks a lot for the advice! I will still try. I use medium eggs (I already read about egg "troubles" here, in the forum), I think you need to try to buy others, just in case, otherwise the chicken was not "biscuit" at all)
This failure has hurt me! I bake a biscuit in the oven for twenty years, it always doubles. I even taught my friends - and here you are!
I'd like to understand the cause-and-effect relationship.

Girls, here's another good and lazy biscuit recipe.Has anyone tried it already? When you are in a hurry, this is a biscuit wand. I really liked him. I first saw it on the website of good cuisine, where I shared it with the people of Morgan-Irochka.
"Eggs-4pcs
Sugar-1 glass (190g)
Flour-1 glass (130g)
OM-3st. l.
Boiling water-3 tbsp. l.

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
Then gently stir in a glass of flour and a bag of baking powder.
Pour oil into a glass and pour boiling water into it, then all this into the dough.
Baking program 60 min.
Cut the finished biscuit in half and soak it with any cream. "
This biscuit will not be as high as whipping the yolks and whites separately. But sometimes you need not so high biscuits for the cake. It can be cut into three cakes, easily.

P.S. I Tortyzhkin I also baked a biscuit the other day, and I also thought about making a "crème brlée" cream for it, but it was necessary to dispose of the marshmallow, so I made sour cream marshmallow ... Mash, and you biscuit Tortyzhkin baking in the oven? It's just that I like it so much from MV that somehow my hands don't reach the oven ...

I just want to clarify, girls, to what state the cakes are baked? If light - soft, I had, and if already narrow - then brown ...

Oksan, I get something in between, golden brown, I deliberately kept one cake in the oven longer, it turned out brown and dryish ... As for me, it's better either light or golden, no more ...

Do you bake it for 6 eggs or reduce it and how long?
Masha, why don't you? And then I feel like a "grandmother" when they "kick" me ... and I'm only 30 with such a small tail (2) ...
Yes, I baked a biscuit for 6 eggs (I will not say that it is super high, but it still has no baking powder, but such an airy and fluffy class!), But for 3 and 4 eggs, too, are successful ... And more I really like the diameter of the cakes that are obtained from a biscuit baked in MV, it is the most suitable for a cake, a suitable size.
P.S. And in the MV, cottage cheese cakes are obtained healthily, though in the oven faster.
Hairpin
I also baked a biscuit for Tortyzhke in a slow cooker. Three eggs (I have a small CF). She kept 65 + 25. It turned out bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. .. I look at him ... I look and will not try!
I can say one thing. Soft, then it may be soft, but in the oven my biscuit rises three times, and in a slow cooker ... it seems that it didn't rise at all!

Andreevna, thank you so much for the recipe.
Before cooking, I re-read all the pages of this topic. I especially took into account the experience Zest because I always buy large eggs. The biscuit came out about 7 centimeters high. I ended up with such a cake with raspberries.
litichka80
Mom is dear, how tasty and simple! The result is a 7cm biscuit. I cut it into 3 cakes, crookedly, well, it did not affect the taste. I smeared each cake with purchased pudding and custard, and sprinkled each layer with crushed nuts, thickly thick, I have peanuts and almonds. The top is the same - pudding + custard + nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Already cut off in the morning! Who got up first .. But I have never eaten such a fluffy biscuit, thank you Anreevna!

After reading different opinions here, I wanted to bake according to the recipe from the first page, but my husband insisted that for the first time all the same according to my proven recipe, which I have been using for 25 years. In general, my experience with a biscuit in a cartoon is as follows:
I mixed everything according to the recipe, poured it in and turned it on, as a result, the biscuit rose a little, cut it into only 2 cakes.

I thought that this was not enough for the cake and mixed more dough, only now I just threw everything together in a bowl and beat it with a blender.

The second biscuit turned out higher and cut into three cakes.

The cream was made sour cream: I beat 500 gr with 1 tbsp. Sahara.
She poured nuts on each cake, smeared with thick cream, and on top, and rubbed the shikalatka.
