The dough around the edges, where there was no filling, is excellent, and the middle, with the filling, is wet and opal. Not wet, but wet. Did I shift the sugar or did I not report the starch?

    2. A lot of lemon sugar. You need to lubricate thinly.
    3. The lemon sugar was liquid. I smeared with fresh, not yet melted and only thicker, without syrup.
