Young Cheese-Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes (preferably young) 10 pieces.
Cheese and garlic butter:
Butter, soft 150g
Cheese 7 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic (pass through a garlic press) 6 slices
Parsley 1 bundle

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly (do not peel them!).
  • Boil until tender.
  • Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, add salt and place on a baking sheet.
  • Prepare Cheese Garlic Butter:
  • Mix everything, season with black pepper and salt.
  • On each half of the potato we put a filling in the form of a "hat".
  • We put a baking sheet with potatoes in a preheated oven to 200g. on the top shelf of the oven.
  • We bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • If there is a grill in the oven, then at the very end of baking, you can put on the grill for 2-3 minutes. To have a beautiful, ruddy crust.
