  • 1. Fried (or sipped?) Onions, bell peppers and chanterelles;
  • Julienne with pepper and mushrooms
  • 2. Spread it out in small pieces. It turned out that I could not put them on a stand in the airfryer. If you put one on the side, then the stand overturns. Well, cold ones are okay, you can hold the stand with your hand, but hot ones ... So I pulled everything out of small pots and put it into one big one.
  • 3. Made a sauce - sour cream + mayonnaise + cream + seasonings. And poured the contents of the pot.
  • 4. Half an hour with the lid closed, and fifteen minutes with the open one (for browning).
  • And I forgot to photograph the ready-made Julienne ...
