Cooking method

  • 1. Wash the apple and pear, peel and cut the seeds into small strips. Cut the cheese in the same way or grate. I replaced Parmesan with regular hard cheese - unfortunately, I could not find it in nearby stores ...

  • 2. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and lemon juice.
  • 3. Season salad with sauce, add salt and sugar. For my taste, salt was not needed, and I added 1.5 times more sauce, depending on the size of the fruit and personal taste.
  • 4. You can leave the salad for 20-30 minutes. Arrange in portions and garnish with grated almonds or cheese on top.

Radochka, the salad is good - I ate it with pleasure. But all the proportions must be done to your taste. Depends on the size of the fruit, their taste, etc. ... The husband said he didn't like the apple with mayonnaise. You can try to put more yogurt (I'll try it like a homemade unsweetened one), but not to put mayonnaise at all - it will be softer. And you can have more nuts - not only upward, but also inside. In general, the taste needs to be adjusted individually. I like these combinations!
