Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 2 packs
Egg 2 pcs
Semolina 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar taste
Vanillin
Sour cream for lubrication
Raisins (I don't put it, nobody eats it)

Cooking method

  • I make cottage cheese casserole almost every weekend, it always works. Here's my recipe:
  • Mix everything, put in a greased and sprinkled with semolina or flour or bread crumbs. Grease with sour cream on top.
  • Put the dish into the preheated airfryer on the middle wire rack, bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180C at a low speed, then increase the temperature to 205C, increase the speed to medium and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • At the second stage, I look at the casserole, pierce it with a toothpick for baking, sometimes turn it off earlier.
  • It turns out to be very airy and tender, if you let it stand, it will become dense (my family loves it that way).
  • Successful casserole !!!

And in a multicooker it remains airy and does not become dense.

It's just that when it stands up and becomes dense, it very much resembles that very casserole from childhood (kindergarten / school with condensed milk on top)!

Many thanks to larimari for the detailed description! Another question: in what form do you bake casseroles? Have you used silicone bakeware?
larimari
Thalia!
I bake in an ordinary metal round form with a non-stick coating, it is about 7-8 cm high, I bake meat, fish, and potatoes in it, it is universal. I haven't used silicone molds yet ...

Well, here's my pioneer camp casserole from LariMari

Cottage cheese casserole

I thought for a long time how to put it in the airfryer and finally put it in the oven on the grill mode. She did not rise, but the fact that it was almost from the pioneer camp is for sure. Only there she was thicker ...

LariMari! Thank you !!!

I do it at a speed of 175 degrees 40 minutes, only add 3-4 eggs, 1 tsp of baking powder. Recently I put some starch, it tastes better. I pour it into a mold and there I "poke" pieces of apricot or a peach. Well, very tasty!
I used to bake it in a silicone mold, but then I went over to it - I bought non-stick thin forms, it's very convenient in them. The main thing is that it is thin and not wide, so that the heat does not linger.

larimari, but do not cover the form on top with foil? I just made such a casserole today in a double boiler - very tender, airy, like a soufflé. but I covered the mold with foil on top to prevent moisture from getting in. And in AG it is not necessary to close? I remember baking a Light cake on jelly, so it rose like a dome in the center. The second time I had to cover the baking dish with baking paper, then everything worked out.
larimari
Melanyushka, I don't close the mold, the casserole really rises in the center, and then falls off.I will definitely have to try. Thanks for the idea!

I made a curd casserole in an airfryer, it turned out very tasty. True, when my sister saw her, she sarcastically asked: "Isn't this an omelet ?!"

: hi: Egg powder was put into the casserole, at that wonderful time of ours, which is why it was apparently tall.
