Choy, everyone is silent Nobody did it? I have heaps of it this year, so I'm thinking about compote. I have never done or tried it. And then there's mint.
And yet, and if you take red currants on twigs and boil compote, will it affect the taste Who did, respond, pliiiz

When I cook compote for everyday use, I throw it with twigs. Doesn't affect the taste

I did, but I won't. I was too lazy to tear off the brushes, since there were a lot of berries, it swelled like that. The compote turned out to be tart. Maybe someone will like it, but I don't. And I put the berries in 2/3 of the can, make it saturated, and dilute it with water in winter.
There are just so many berries that you don't know where to put them. And, of course, not in 3-liter cans, but in 2 or even 1-liter.
I don't have 3-liter cans, too much, but 1 liter. you open it, eat and drink. (The family is small)

I always close with twigs ... there was a desire to tear off I fall asleep, pour boiling water, when it cools down, drain and boil with sugar (100 grams per 1 liter of a can), fill it in and roll it up .. I have already rolled up 11 cans, so the "negros" will rest while mom is at work and go boom again

But I pass the berries through the juicer - I do not tear them off, there definitely was no desire to tear off.

I liked the compote. It is made elementary, mint to the place. I don't like compotes - syrups, which need to be diluted, but this one - opened and drank. Very fresh.
