The black valve can be removed from above quite easily, if you pull it by the ledge on the edge (if you look from the top, then the far edge), lift it up and towards yourself. The white round valve does not need to be removed; it must be periodically cleaned in steam mode.

The inner cover can be removed by the rubber handle in the middle. There is no sensor in it, bare silicone. All sensors are under a molded cover, or I misunderstood when reading the adjacent forum)))

The container for condensate is small, of course, BUT in my Philips 2173 it was not at all, and when the lid was opened, all the liquid was drained either into the dish or around. So, a small container is better than none at all) Further - the bowl is really 3.5 liters, and not 5, BUT, as practice has shown, we don’t need 5 liters, although two children (one daughter does not eat , the other is this). For the light, of course, I had to pay more, BUT, if you want to eat tasty, you do not need to save. Nothing has ever burnt, and in my last cartoon it happened quite often. And yet - there is no smell from the previous cooked food, in my Philips, if you cooked cabbage soup or vegetables, be prepared that the porridge will come out with the smell of cabbage soup. So, I conclude - this slow cooker is just a fairy tale! I love her even more)
