Good day! Please tell me, is the Plov mode in this SC-MV all the same touchscreen or not (that is, the cartoon turns off automatically when the liquid is evaporated)? Can you cook navy pasta with a crust in it? And then everywhere the description is some kind of contradictory ...
Veraga
I doubt something about the touch mode, and to be honest, I haven’t tried to cook pasta like a navy in it.
But, girls, yesterday I prepared just such a pasta with smoked chicken breast and cream cheese (awesomely delicious, my husband said that all his life he would have eaten only these macaros):
Structure:
Smoked chicken breast - 1 pc, garlic - 3 cloves, spaghetti - 200-250 gr., Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l., cream - 200-250 ml, water - 1.5-2 small mugs, spices, pepper - to taste (I had white pepper, I really love it), cheese - to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the breast into small cubes. Set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes, lay the breast, fry for 15 minutes, then add chopped garlic, fry the remaining 5 minutes. Pour in cream, add tomato paste, spices, add a little salt (for an amateur), pour in water. Then put the spaghetti, mix. Cook in Pasta mode for about 30-35 minutes. Get pasta, sprinkle with cheese (I sprinkled a lot, but someone may not like a lot).

Veraga, aaaaa)))) what a beauty! At your place I look directly at pasta paradise ;-)
Marinkak939, but for you, as I see, they messed up on another forum)))
the soup is cooked under pressure on the auto program in 50 minutes absolutely exactly. But how it is possible to cook it in 12 minutes on another "field" is a mystery to me, since the pressure should only be accumulated for 20 minutes, in theory. Maybe it's 12 minutes after the pressure has been set? And in fact, we bleed off the steam (which is included in the total time in our cartoon) - just all 50 minutes will take.
20 minutes set + 12 cooking + 15 reset.
about sensory pilaf, I don’t know, my pilaf is often cooked, I didn’t notice it turning off. There is enough time by default, not overcooked, so it doesn't matter to me. The main thing is to observe the proportions for water and rice.

About navy pasta. In theory, they can be cooked on the same pilaf. as the program provides for toasting the crust. That is, fry the minced meat with onions, put the pasta on top, pour water over the "pilaf".
but in practice I have not tried it, I made pasta in a naval manner in two stages, boiled pasta in pasta and baked it with minced meat on pizza. There was a ruddy crust.
Felice
Yesterday I cooked Kulish in her slow cooker. I took 3 recipes found on our forum as a basis: from Lika (for Panasonic) + from Elven + from izumka, well, I added something from myself. I cooked on the Pilaf mode (under pressure). It turned out very tasty, tender, millet (I took only this cereal) boiled perfectly. The ratio of millet / water should be taken 1 to 3, or even 1 to 4. Depends on the desired consistency. But nothing less.

Good evening to all cartoon owners and future owners))) I went to your Temka too, because I already broke my head with a choice of multi ....... stopped b on two models of this manufacturer on 0531, which is painted like Khokhloma and this 0124 ....... I read reviews on 🔗 and not only on this site, it is about model 0124 and they write that it is not worth the declared amount from 5500 and higher in stores if you look, the disadvantages are mainly described in the fact that there are foreign smells, cheap plastic material, the lid does not open well, the screen uncomfortable and hard to see and that it heats up slowly, obviously not at the speed of a pressure cooker ...so I want to ask you ladies, how are things with you? ((((otherwise I was already worn out with the choice (((((just by the cooking time from 0531 they are not very different, that's why I got confused, I need your help and advice ))) external flaws with condensation is understandable, maybe there are also defective models since there are so many negative reviews, but I'm interested in the cooking process, does it burn or not? Milk porridge does not run away? And how does it function? Do all the declared functions work adequately? Thank you in advance for your response!)))
Ligra
Yula711, 0531 multicooker, and 0124 multicooker-pressure cooker. Decide what you need from the device in terms of functionality. In 0124, the power is greater, the cooking is correspondingly better, the bottom of the bowl is flatter. The rest of the girls-users will tell (I have a different model, Polaris has different models with similar program settings).

maybe, of course, there are also defective models since there are so many negative reviews, but I'm interested in the cooking process, does it burn or not? Milk porridges don't run away? And in terms of functions, how is she? Are all the declared functions working properly? Thank you in advance for your response!)))
we have two of them in our family, one at the parents, the other at our home.
-kasha never ran away anywhere and did not burn.
- baking is the same, it does not burn and bakes perfectly.
about overclocking. On a multi-cooker at 100 grams, it accelerates in three minutes. For frying, 5 minutes. For 40 minutes, an almost full pot of potatoes is fried.

about the overclocking characteristic of a pressure cooker - in the reviews of real users on a multicooker. ru, I read how they cook porridge in 5 minutes in a pressure cooker -competitive, yeah (((

All declared functions work as instructed. The topic has reviews, in. I have written in detail on all functions, I will not add anything new, except for joy and simplicity in cooking. I have a cartoon for six months. There are no cracks or chips, the bowl is like new.
The plastic did not smell for a minute, the lid is heavy and closes slowly, a feature of the pressure cooker.
opens too slowly, you have to hold it. But you don't have to wait for the steam to reset, this is included in the multi service))) and everything is counted in time. I know that my friends have pressure cookers, so they themselves manually bleed off the steam, or after cooking, they wait 15-20 minutes undeclared in the instructions. And the cooking time is indicated after the pressure is set, and this is another 15 minutes.
In total, the same half hour as in my cartoon for porridge. But their pressure cookers are not of the latest generation; they have been using them for two or three years.
The display is not backlit, but it glows when illuminated, the numbers are small, when using it you quickly get used to how many clicks you need on the program.
Decide what exactly in terms of functions you are principally and from this already dance.
Yula711
Thank you very much for your prompt reply! I read your reviews of Nesmeyan, that's why I wanted this model)))) I want a pressure cooker, that's why I was surprised by the bad reviews, because I already tuned in to it (((I want to buy on ozone, at least there is the most adequate price for this cartoon)) ) one more question about cooking with the lid open, as I understand this function is available in multicooker mode or not? ))) and I will look forward to new recipes from you, dear owner-wizards))))
Nesmeyana
What do you want to cook with the lid open, uvYula711 ?)
Fry - with the lid open and closed, if desired, with the closed temp. inside will be higher. But I fry open)
everything else, like on a cartoon with a closed lid, is being prepared, but you can open, interfere, add, mother-in-law can spit in soup )))))
Pressure cooker mode naturally assumes that the lid is closed. Otherwise, the pressure will not build up.

As for the reviews, I was, in principle, strained with them. I also read a lot of custom heresy)) and + and -))) And that they have been using it for two years and the plastic has darkened, and that she drives around the table, yeah))
real users are actually not enough.
what is the difference between my cartoon and my mother's, her condensation is more prominent than mine, sometimes she immediately puts a rag on before opening the lid with the same broth, but she's much hotter in the kitchen, maybe it's connected with this, I don't know.

Nuuu ... to compare the Brand multicooker and the Polaris multicooker-pressure cooker? This is, in principle, incorrect. For 4000 you can buy Polaris 0517, but it is cartoon, but they can still be compared. And this is a different generation device.
well, the taste and color, as they say ...
Laksana
Good morning everyone. So I became the owner of this pressure cooker (after I found out the price for 0125 I wanted it)... Recently was the owner of 0517, I hope this will not let you down

And yet there are no spare bowls anywhere, I hope that when 1025 appears they will appear (after all, they are identical).
Nesmeyana
Laksana, are we fellow countrymen?)
Congratulations on your purchase !!!!
Laksana
Nesmeyana? most likely))): drinks_milk: To me on "you" you can
Nesmeyana
Well, since we both have Nino's homeland
how glad I am, how glad I am))
What have you already prepared?
Laksana
So far I only had a charlotte))) I was not at home all weekend. I will say that it came out higher than it came out at 0517 I am happy as an elephant. By the way, I bought it for 5555 rubles
Laksana
I noticed one bad feature. Fried chicken thighs. 160 !!!! degrees half an hour. I was also afraid that they would burn out like in 0517. And in this one they didn’t fried ((((What kind of baida? It seems that the power is more in theory. In that one, everything turned out gorgeous with a coup at 15 minutes) And in 0517 I always fried everything at 140 degrees. It turns out there the temperature more or what?
Nesmeyana
I fry a little on mine. But on my mother's I fried potatoes full of a saucepan - set it for 40 minutes, but turned it off earlier. I fried pork meat in cubes with onions, but pork is fried faster, of course. Also about half an hour.
Do you close the lid on the frying? Did you check the temperature before starting the program?
Laksana
Yes, I checked it, and if the lid is closed, then a lot of water will form there. This is not frying but steaming stewing with frying (cooked). I always fry with the lid open
Nesmeyana
on occasion I will fry a chicken and unsubscribe how it was fried
Laksana
I will wait

Yesterday I received a saucepan from Orson 5005. It went just fine to our cartoon. Only the handles need to be unscrewed or filed a little.
Nesmeyana
great) Did you subscribe or through the SC? and what did you decide with the handles? Is the Orson saucepan not heavier?
Alexandra7773
Girls, please tell me, when you bake charlotte in a multicooker "polaris 24" does the top brown or remains white?
Nesmeyana
The top does not brown, and as far as I know, in multicooker this is a feature of the lid design - the ten is low-power in it. The top is either masked with powder, or the pie is turned over with the baked bottom up.
The light top does not affect the taste.
but personally I bake charlotte in the oven
Alexandra7773
Thank you very much for your answer, I just choose a pressure cooker multicooker, but I really want to bake a charlotte with a baked top in it, but don't you tell me, are there generally such pressure cooker multicookers?
Nesmeyana
As far as I know, no. A slow cooker is a saucepan or frying pan in its essence, only electric. The oven cannot be replaced in any way if you like casseroles and ruddy pies)
Tenny-below and on the sides encircle, in the cover-sensors. Teng, if there is, is very low-power, sensors probably so as not to burn. That is, it dries the condensate, the baked goods are not wet, they are baked. But it does not brown.
In a multicooker-pressure cooker, it is more relevant so that the bottom does not burn. Because the brown top does not affect the taste, and the burnt bottom is very even ... (
Well, it is also important that the multicooker bakes well.
Ours copes with this in the top five)
Alexandra7773
Nesmeyana, thank you very much for the comprehensive answer))

Today my beauty, on pressure soup mode, began to crackle suspiciously. I turned on this mode right after frying. Now I think maybe she should have been given time to cool down a bit? And I congratulate you Laksana on a successful purchase. You will be satisfied. I bought mine after Nesmeyana's reviews. She explained a lot to me.
Nesmeyana
In general, the cartoon is designed for such use - after frying, cook something)
I also crackle sometimes by itself, I do not pay attention) But in general I rarely fry in my own.

And I also want to tell you: the other day I cooked porridge on ROUPS with pressure (like I pressed a pimp), but the porridge began to cook without pressure, the steam began to fall like in the STEAMER mode and hiss (I do almost everything with pressure and I got scared)))) I turned everything off, I think, well, on a multi-cooker, I quickly cook it up, and the cartoon does not turn on again.
For about 20 minutes it cooled down, the buckwheat cooked by itself))) Then I turned it on, and it all worked.
Now I think, I didn’t press the pressure and I shouldn’t stop the cartoon — well, would I cook and cook, or did it glitch and overheat ?! But the steam was coming from where it should be (on another forum I read that a glitch is when steam comes down from all the slots) And at the same time the cartoon did not turn on after the program was reset ...
In any case, the automatics worked in defense - they did not give money until it cooled down.

Felice
And several times I caught myself turning the knob after I turned on the pressure. It, pressure, in this case is not recruited and the process proceeds as in normal cooking. I realized this when I did not wait for the pressure drop at 3 minutes. And yet, ashamed to admit, I forgot to put the removable lid back on after drying. So she cooked the soup, though without pressure. And when I opened it and saw the absence of the lid, I was almost stunned with fright. The fifth month of use is a normal flight.
Nesmeyana
oh, my biggest nightmare is, as it were, the inner lid from the dryer, do not forget to put it in the cartoon ..))))
Did you specifically listen, crackle or not on the soup and pilaf? Crackles
ju1ietta
From my long communication with this multicooker, I made several conclusions:
1) as a pressure cooker, it is not at all, cannot be compared with other pressure cookers on the market. I guess the pressure is not too high there. I did not notice any significant time savings.
2) the icons on the screen are very small and there is no backlight, it is rather difficult to see. Why it was necessary to use such a small print, I do not understand, because there is quite a lot of space in the margins. Unreasonable and unergonomic.
This is one of the identified disadvantages. And here's the plus:
3) Very high quality thick-walled bowl. The coating is non-ceramic, but clearly better than ceramic. I'm not overjoyed at the cup.
Nata521
Hello girls, I will update Temka, take me into your ranks)))
Arrived in my regiment
Multicooker Polaris PPMC 0124D - reviews and discussion

The first dish is buckwheat, the cereal mode with a pressure of 30 minutes, when I opened it, the cereal was like porridge, sticky not crumbly ((did 1: 2 as in other cartoons
And strangely, the pressure mode works, it hissed steam all the way. I just have a pressure cooker, so there the pressure will pick up all the steam, and then it does not hiss quietly, and the polaris hissed for 30 minutes ...

What about you? How to cook crumbly buckwheat?

And even with the lid open, the pan does not fully fit onto the heating element, a pimp on a spring in the middle of the element does not allow it to stand up, is this the same for you? Or was it so lucky for me ((I can't imagine how to fry with the lid open? Or you have to stand with your hands pressed, well, it's nonsense, but if the lid is closed, there will be condensation right away. element?
ju1ietta
Nata, an open lid should not cause poor contact between the bowl and the heating element. The bowl is heavy enough, and it should sink the indicated pimp. Steam is released during cooking if you are not using the pressure setting. In pressure cooker mode, steam is released at the end of the cooking program.
Nata521
ju1ietta, Julia, that is, when the regime is with pressure, does it work silently?
Yes, the saucepan is heavy, but the pimp does not sink to the end, there is probably some kind of powerful spring
ju1ietta
Natasha, in any case, steam should not come out in pressure mode. Only a couple of minutes before the end of the regime.
however, I can assume that in the presence of a large accumulation of steam in the multicooker, a safety system may be triggered to prevent more pressure inside the unit than is provided for by the design. Then there may be a slight short-term bleeding of excess steam. The main part is still released at the end of cooking.
If the bowl does not fit snugly, then you may have some kind of defect. Check on Fry with the lid open.
Nata521
I checked the fry, in principle it fries, I tried to fry the macaroons, but the pan still does not adhere to the heating element, I saw the spring there is really powerful.
The pan sank only from the weight when it poured 2 liters of water (((I think this is a defect or so for everyone?
And regarding the steam release, I noticed when I was cooking pasta with pressure, it was quiet, and 7 minutes before the end the signal squeaked, and then the float began to rotate and steam slowly went, and in 3 minutes there was a powerful steam release, as it should be. I did not find in the instructions when in 7 minutes it bleeds, this is such a process or it was overheating ...
ju1ietta
Natalia, in 7 minutes this is also normal. The modes are different, with different intensity of steam generation. In some it is enough to let off steam in 3 minutes, in some it is necessary earlier. Do not worry, everything works for you as it should. If frying proceeds normally, then the contact of the pan is quite normal with the heating element.
Elena Ch.
Girls, good evening! Help. On April 30, my daughter brought me a slow cooker. cooked rice with pressure, everything is fine. but put the "soup" with pressure for 30 minutes - at the end she just "pshiknula" and did not let off steam at all - it was simply not there! it seems that she didn’t gain pressure, and nothing was cooked there, although it looked hot. I put the pressure again, but for 50 minutes, everything is fine. then I added 25 minutes more (after the end) - again normal. Then she began to cook compote on the same program - again, apparently there was no pressure, only a small "zilch". I repeated again, there was steam, what is the problem, is she picking up pressure every other time? how to be
Nata521
Elena Ch., most likely it just hasn't boiled there yet, I suppose that 30 minutes is not enough for a whole pot of cold liquid, try to put it in a longer time, or pour already hot water, for example from a kettle, if you need to shorten the cooking time

... So I decided that she did not have enough strength. Today I stewed cabbage - put stewing for 30 minutes (with pressure) - gave out raw cabbage, warm. I put it on again, already for 40 minutes, I gave it half-finished, I put it on for another 35 minutes, it is still cooking. But is it really necessary to stew cabbage for 105 minutes (more than 1.5 hours)? : o I think so, obviously something is wrong, I probably need to take it ... Tell me, please, how long did it take you to stew the cabbage

Good evening! I'm asking for help again. It so happened - I got my multicooker without a multi-cup. Tell me, what is the volume of a multi-glass?

I think this slow cooker is generally weak as a pressure cooker. Well, for example, a pre-installed paste program with pressure mode enabled takes ...18 minutes! Do you cook noodles on a simple stove for 20 minutes? Therefore, do not be surprised that the pressure regime does not bring the expected result in it. In my experience, the time savings in pressure mode in this particular model are no more than 10-20%. From this and proceed when you set the time in pressure mode.
