so it should be? and with the valve open, will not steam fall from all the holes?
It should be so. Yes, when the valve is open, steam will flow during boiling, but not from "all holes", but through the open valve.

good day
Girls, tell me, friends in this pressure cooker stopped working high pressure valve.
They do not know whether something jumped out there or broke. Tell me who knows.
And if possible take a close-up photo of this valve to make sure all the details are in place.
People are pensioners, they don't understand. They are upset that they cannot use it now.
A service center in Kharkov was not found to be taken there to find out what was the matter.

So I became the owner of this model!
Where to look for recipes for her? I searched - did not find

Markilena, try to cook using the suggested recipe book first to understand the principle of cooking in a pressure cooker. In the future, you can adapt any recipe for it. Go for it, I wish you good luck !!!

I cook according to the recipe book, I cook and not according to the book, but where can I find which mode is what heating temperature? And even more fun - the instructions say that the Baking / Casserole mode must be turned on with the valve open, that is, the multicooker mode. And the recipe book says "Baking" mode, the valve is closed. At the end - bleed off steam. I made a casserole with a closed - everything is fine ...
You can find very little about this pressure cooker ...

Here, above, it has already been said that when cooking with pressure, the programs work in the same way, be it Steam, Soup, Porridge, Stewing - a temperature of about 115 * C corresponds to a pressure of 70 kPa.
The manufacturer does not always declare the temperature conditions, but there are typical values for pressure cookers or multi-cookers. Here, I think, is no exception. For Frying / Deep Frying about 150-160 * C, for Baking 120-130 degrees. Heating up to 80 * C, and keeping warm, auto-heating or Heating about 70-75 * C.
About the valve on Baking or Frying in the recipe book, apparently, there are typos. In these modes, the valve must be kept open. You can also bake with a closed one, but there is a possibility that the float valve may rise from the generated steam and the lid will be blocked. This is inconvenient; for example, when frying, you must often stir or turn over.

Alex_Fil, thank you very much, at least a little became clear. Although, of course, it's a shame - I wanted to buy Polaris 0305 (it was not available) - so it is 400 hryvnia cheaper and the instructions describe the temperature regime for each program and there are three pressure levels, and the Yogurt regime. By the way, when baking, it was just convenient for me to close the valve - the lid was blocked, but I made a zucchini-chicken casserole and it was ready in 30 minutes, this is super speed for me!))))))

I didn't know that Polaris 0305 has a Yogurt program, maybe a new version is in the instructions downloaded from the office. site did not find Yoghurt.

I think that choosing a temperature from 120 to 160 degrees, if you use Frying or Baking, gives you more options, but the choice of three degrees of pressure - one (maximum, like most pressure cookers) and two lower values is not a very big advantage. A decrease in pressure leads to a decrease in temperature, which means an increase in cooking time. Anything that cooks quickly at pressure 3 will cook longer at pressure 2, and even more so at 1.The pressure cooker is just taken for faster cooking, although, taking into account the set pressure and cooling, the gain is not very large.

Well, I'm back in the subject and not happy.
For exactly a year, I used my pressure cooker, practically not paying attention to the modes, mostly using the button that suited me more in terms of operating time.
For a year, I lost the habit of turning on the gas stove, because everyone was cooking in a pressure cooker.
And then take it and exactly a year later the screen went out and "our song is sung"
in the service center they were going to take it for repair, and when they heard the model number, they said to immediately carry it to the trash.
Refunded your purchase, excluding shipping charges.
Only today was credited to the account.
I feel like no hands without a pressure cooker, especially since during this time I also sold two for gas, which were previously bought. We urgently need a new one, and here is an ambush.
There is no pressure cooker selection on Eurosite, or this 4506 or another model is 70 Euros more expensive, but with the same features. I don't want to overpay. but it's scary to take this same model. What do you think to risk this one again?
