Adjarian khachapuri (boats)

Ingredients

flour, premium 200g
dry yeast 3d
milk 60g + 30g
water 60g
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1/4 Art. l.
Adyghe cheese 150g
sulguni cheese 120-150g
egg 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The recipe is for 2 servings.
  • 1. Sift flour, mix with yeast, salt and sugar. Mix 60g water and 60g milk and heat slightly, then pour into flour, mix well. Add butter and knead a smooth dough, cover and place in a warm place. When the dough has doubled, knead and let rise again.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 200C (with steam). Prepare the filling: grate the Adyghe cheese and mix well with the remaining milk (30 g) until a more or less homogeneous mass is obtained, lightly pepper. Grate suluguni, mix most of it with cheese and milk mass, set aside less.
  • 3. Divide the matched dough into 2 parts, stretch each or roll it into a rectangle. Place some grated suluguni along the smaller sides of the rectangle and roll them towards the center, leaving a gap of 1-2 cm wide. Connect and pinch the edges of the rolls, then gently stretch the middle so that a "boat" is formed. Place the cheese mass, filling the entire middle, and put the khachapuri in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • 4. Take out the browned khachapuri, lightly crush the cheese in the center with a fork. Carefully, so as not to damage the yolk, break the egg into a cup and pour it into the middle of the "boat", add a little salt to the egg. Send back to the oven for 3-4 minutes. When the egg white turns white, immediately get it - the khachapuri are ready

Note

Very satisfying (1 portion can replace lunch or dinner) and very tasty.

But please forgive me for my reluctance to make dough)) I am lazy)) I often use purchased ones)
Here it is puff yeast)

I'm very glad that the recipe came in handy! Neatly how it turned out, it doesn't even look like a puff. Try it sometime with yeast dough, it's not at all difficult, you just have to wait until it rises.
