Olga VB, Ol, baking in a steel bowl will not work! I checked it myself)
The bottom will burn, and the top will be damp.
Oh yes, where have you been before, I did just that, there is a burn at the bottom, and the top and sides are completely damp
Everything is great in a ceramic bowl

"... and experience, son of difficult mistakes ..."

quince, for that, now you know and you will no longer bake))

Good afternoon, dear members of the forum. I also bought this beauty for myself, this is my first multicooker. Really like. I just stumbled on milk porridge, I understand that my jamb, please help me to adapt to it. So, rice (washed round-grain) - 2 measuring cups, milk + water - 1200 ml. salt, put the milk porridge on for 30 minutes, for about 10 minutes the milk ran away, I even had to turn it off to wipe it. When leaving, I would like the ready-made porridge in a thinner, the auto-heating function was turned off in advance, but after standing the porridge thickened. What did you do wrong? And I also greased the edges of the bowl with oil, where I read that it helps from the escape of milk. It's just that I would like to stand the porridge for the night, so that I have breakfast in the morning. Thank you in advance.
Manna
For the porridge to be liquid, the proportion must be at least 1: 6. If the porridge stands, it thickens. If the milk runs on the Milk Porridge mode, you can cook it at 90-95 ° C in a multi-cooker.
Ksyushog
Thank you, then you need to increase the time?
Manna
The usual time for milk porridge is 40-50-60 minutes.

Thermal conductivity coefficient of aluminum - 175-220, steel - 40-45.
The stainless steel bowl is made of aluminum inside, the thickness of the steel coating does not play a big role in changing the thermal conductivity.

Thank you, I am learning slowly, I like it very much
Fimia
We have such a slow cooker at home, we love her very much. For the new year, such awesome dishes were prepared in it, French potatoes and jellied meat are super! I like both the design and functionality, she also knows how to save recipes.

And now the time has come that the food began to burn to the ceramic bowl. 2 months, it seems, or less ... in this thread there are earlier my posts, including when I bought it ... did not last long. No scratches. I was the only one who used a strictly silicone spoon.
Manna
Try cooking something sour in a bowl. If it's a plaque, it should work. Or you can rub the bowl with a gruel of soda, lemons, and ground mustard.
oxanaoxane
And I absolutely did not like the multicooker and there are many reasons for this. The main ones: the inconvenience when placed in the kitchen (as it turned out, the uselessly elongated design), if put on the stove (under the hood), it takes half a stove, if on the kitchen table. the headset is similar, you don't know where to stick the auxiliary saucer, too powerful heating and, as a result, the contents splash onto the panel and into the panel itself, after that there are traces that, with all the desire, cannot be removed in any way, cooking first courses and milk porridges is simply disgusting, the cartoon has to constantly put on a tray so that there is no sea of water, it is very difficult to degrease the shiny multi surface (in my case, red), I can only do it with paper towels. And the worst thing about her: HER NATIVE BOWL. It is something. Everything burns, starting from boiled vegetables (and that's just, pzhlst., There is no need here about greasing). Judging by the reviews, I am generally silent about baking the same biscuit, I'm afraid of translating good into ..... Well, maybe someone will say something positive about the "multi-cook" function, then this, in my opinion, is the only plus in this cartoon, but why then did I give 9000r.for the imaginary 46 programs ?! I registered on this site specifically to warn many against buying such a terrible multi. Having a large set of kitchen appliances (and my beloved ones), I HATE MY REDMOND CARTOON. I don’t know how to ask my husband for another one, (fortunately, soon on March 8, I secretly hope) I apologize if I offended someone from Redmond’s preferences, those who had the good fortune to cook in the same Panas, by the way, it’s her, I want to in the partner of his already existing cartoon Panasonic.
PS: I cook gorgeous, coping with the instructions for all new devices arriving in my kitchen without any problems.
quince
oxanaoxane, I also have a terrible native bowl, everything burns, you can't fry the omelet, even the potatoes burn when it's cooked! (65 * 1.5-2 hours), you can cook milk porridge on it (at m = 90 *). I cook rice on the Express, it turns out well in a non-stick bowl. Probably, it really was necessary to take an MV Panasonic ... True, from this mv (from redmond 150), nothing flows out and does not pour out from me, like yours, but all porridge runs desperately, especially milk porridge, if you cook on the modes intended for them, so you have to go out on a multi-cooker or stew, but even there they want run, follow, put on the timer and there is no question ((

About two weeks ago I bought this multicooker (model 2014) with a bowl with a ceramic Korean coating. The old one (cuckoo 0821) finally fell into decay, the bowl peeled off, the buttons were worn to holes, the valve fell apart at the very beginning of use. So far, only pleasant impressions. She bakes superbly (baked a chocolate sponge cake and charlotte) and cooks milk porridge even on a timer even without it. Nothing burns or runs away. Pilaf also turned out the first time. Well, what will happen next, we’ll wait and see.
oxanaoxane
I don’t understand where you got such a dear bowl, in fact, I wrote referring to my own bowl with a non-stick coating (Japan), and not a ceramic Korean one, as you supposedly
svet_lana
Why supposedly? these multi-cookers are currently equipped with such bowls. Apparently those that went before were really not very good. Coating on the bowl that I got with ceramic coating from ANATO, Korea. So far, there are no complaints, but time will tell what will happen to her next. The bottom is smooth without honeycombs. Today I used the pasta program. I concluded that the signal about water boiling does not come after the beginning of boiling, but after a certain period of time, which is included in the program, apparently the multicooker is not as smart as we would like and there is no boiling sensor. The time is most likely included in the program for the maximum volume of water. But for the program to work correctly, it makes sense to bookmark products after the signal.
oxanaoxane
You are at least lucky with a bowl and with the fact that you did not grab it with honeycombs.

I changed the broken M70 for a new M150 for half the price today and plus with a 30% discount airfryer
Olga VB
Yul, in the sense of a grill lid? And how happy? I bought such a daughter-in-law, but she doesn't say anything about her.
However, she is generally stingy with words, she has to drag with pincers, what she pleases and what she doesn't
3do4ki
Disorder. I tear off the stickers from it and all the glue remains on the body. How to wipe them off now, so as not to dissolve the plastic at the same time?

3do4ki
Olga VB,
just bought everything and am just unpacking.
I'll write a review later.
3do4ki
I boiled the potatoes and set the milk for the night on the appropriate program for 8 hours. In the M70 I used a multi-cooker for 95 grams.

Sorted it out instantly. Everything is like an old woman
3do4ki
Program languor good for nothing.
There is a puddle under the CF in the morning, the moisture receptacle is covered in milk. Milk poured from the tail. Until I figured out where it takes away the excess.
In the end, soaps take a long time.
Well, the milk burned at the bottom In a stainless steel saucepan.

I cook yogurt by hand, I probably just like it better, especially since there was still no opportunity to put 35 degrees in moss in multicooker.

How zhezh was not. I used it in M70 for 3 years
Ofeliya
The languor is very active at the beginning. It is best used for meat, for example. And try to heat milk on Milk porridge. Or baby food.
3do4ki
Ofeliya,
I heated milk in M70 on a multi-cooker 95 grams and 8 hours. I will return to this practice.
3do4ki
The yogurt was a success.

Now, on the program, I cook broth soup. In m70 I cooked it on stewing, because it boiled very much in the soup.

I want to consult (the topic is long, it takes a long time to search if you have already answered): how can you make canned meat in this model in Redmond, rolled up in jars so that it can be stored WITHOUT a refrigerator? Has anyone done it already?

The usual time for milk porridge is 40-50-60 minutes.
And I make milk porridge on a "multi-cooker" at 90 C. At this temperature (measured with a thermometer under normal conditions when "making" baker's milk) the milk "boils". In 2 hours, the rice was cooked to the state of "melting in the mouth" ...

Barfi, It depends on what kind of meat ...
Pork, poultry cook faster, they can be stewed for 2.5 - 3 hours. Beef is longer, 4-5 hours.
You can put on languor, here everything will certainly be soft. Well, roll up according to all the rules.
It would be nice if all this was filled with grease from above, then it will definitely stand well.
In general, somewhere there were topics about stew, look. In the same place, the principle is important, and it's not difficult to adapt it to your MV.
Polskix_nika
Girls, tell me, please, I am doing something wrong, or the peculiarity of CF soups, broths are not rich at all, I tried to increase the time, the amount of meat is twice as much as in the pan, but not rich and that's it! : girl-th: my husband directly protests against the first one, cooked in MV, although otherwise we do not really like it! : girl (cook in standard mode -SUP) thanks in advance! :
Olga VB
Polskix_nika, Veronica, keep in mind when you put food in the CF that the liquid does not evaporate at all, that is, the water level in the bowl does not decrease, even if you stand for 6 hours on simmering. Therefore, a simple increase in time will do nothing.
It is also possible that you were not very lucky with meat, since there is now a lot of meat pumped up by any moisture-retaining byaka, it is tasteless itself, and there are no broths from it.
Therefore, the meat must be chosen meticulously.
But the taste and richness of the soup depends not only on meat, but also on its other components - vegetables, cereals, ...
If you digest them, then it will also not ice.
By the way, try to cook some soup on languor, just adjust the time: first, the meat is 4-5 hours, and then everything else for an hour and a half.
In any case, the taste of the finished dish, including soups, can be "adjusted" with the help of dressings, salt, sugar, citric acid.
And about her husband's protests .... Sometimes it is just prejudice.
Try to cook the soup in MV, and tell your husband what's in a saucepan on the stove. Interestingly, will praise the taste?
3do4ki
I always cook broths on stewing for 3 hours. This is homemade chicken, beef or lamb.
They always turn out superb.

Girls, tell me with what bowl is this cartoon being sold? And what cup can you bribe to her?
svet_lana
Well ... after two and a half years ... Girls, tell me how your multicooker is doing? Very interesting. After more than two years of operation, the impressions are not unambiguous. There were no questions about the cooking processes all this time, BUT .... Behind the glass of the display, there were drips that could not be removed from the outside. And the button also broke! Button repair - the cost of an inexpensive, but multifunctional multicooker (I bought lumme 1446 new) A bowl survived. She is as good as new. Suitable for the new multicooker ...
What do you have?
Olga VB
I have been using it for almost 5 years; I have been using a stainless steel bowl and very often a "Greek" ceramic bowl. Both were purchased immediately from CF separately.
I rarely use "Native" when one of the 2 additional ones is busy.
The MV copes with its functions perfectly, multi-mode is especially convenient, but others are often in demand, although not all.
Looking back from the current experience, would I buy the same model? No. I would buy exactly the same functionality, but in a different form, tk. M150 takes up a little more space on the table than round MBs.
Am I ready to throw it away now, even if they give me another, small one with all the functions I need? Also no.
Those. if not for the extra space, I would be completely satisfied.
svet_lana
Thanks for your feedback! That is, I understand correctly, do you have any smudges inside the display and the button has not broken? Great! And unfortunately I did just that .... Although I tried to open and close the lid carefully. The bowl in my multicooker was already dear and I bought a stainless steel for it ..... And I’m not ready to throw it away ... a good multicooker, despite the shortcomings .... Only now the button will have to be changed .....
Olga VB
Well, yes, there are no smudges, the button works. Although I heard reviews with both problems.
The girls somehow repaired the button themselves, wrote on a nearby forum that it was easy.
The bowl is included, yes, the ceramics are brown, and I also bought a "Greek" bronze non-stick black one, I like it more than my own. Well, stainless steel is very useful.
The daughter-in-law bought the exact same set plus a grill cover. It seems to be happy.
