Multicooker Redmond RMC-02
I made a curd casserole again, this time on the * BABY FOOD * mode, time 45 minutes. The casserole in the center was soft but not damp, and the edges were already falling behind the sides of the bowl. Then she took out the bowl and let it stand on the table for 15 minutes, then took out the casserole using the steamer tray
It turned out to be the most delicate soufflé.
The recipe is the same.
Beat 2 egg whites with a drop of lemon juice into a cool foam.
And in another cup I mixed 2 yolks, 2 packs of soft fat-free cottage cheese * House in the village *, first squeezing it a little.
2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. semolina and 1 tbsp. l. bran, vanilla sugar and warm zest to taste.
Gently injected proteins.
I put 2/3 of the mass in an unlubricated bowl, on top of it a little fresh seedless grapes, and then the rest of the mass.

Oksana, congratulations on another successful dish in the 2nd Redike I understand that he did not disappoint you at all

Olga, maybe all the same, while Phillips is under warranty to hand over it for diagnostics?
He has a gorgeous bowl, he bakes awesome, the functionality is excellent, they can cook eggs and cocoa. If my Philips was WHITE, I would not sell it, I would buy a pilot so that there are no power surges, most likely this is the case.
If Philips is still in the closet, then the warranty will end.
Just saw this added message.
Oksana, I think that everything is fine with my Filka, I just made no effort to make friends with him. Let it stand for now, maybe the day and hour will come when I will love it and start using it. And black - yes, I'm not very good either ...
brendabaker
Biryusa,
Olga, I just baked a classic sponge cake in it based on a recipe book.
She crouched and settled the squirrels while sowing flour, so the height is only 4 cm.
Prepared in just 30 minutes for BAKING.
I already liked the taste. No phlegm was found from above, 3D heating is not really a publicity stunt, it works. I’m happy with no words, because I was looking for a base for a small cake, so that I could cut it in half and lay it with strawberries with whipped cream and a cream fixer.
Multicooker Redmond RMC-02 WILL BE a little and inexpensive.
Biryusa
brendabaker, Oksana, good biscuit!

But I made up my mind and ordered a little white "deuce". Next week, I think I'll get it and join the topic
brendabaker
I did not disappoint, I am happy with cereals, potatoes, yogurt, cottage cheese, casserole.
Now also a biscuit. And the fact that he freed me 01, because he also cooks milk porridge without running away.
And 01 is so good for me the beetroot cooked today, in the morning the dog cooked porridge with meat on a delay. now I can make fish soup and not worry about the smell. But pasta is still tastier at 01, because the top 3D heating does not dry out.

Biryusa,
Olga, a decent model, has many advantages.
For Christmas, my daughter and I realized that for some reason we became smaller.
The table was assembled as usual, but could not eat. And my friends have noticed the same.
My daughter could not come to me, so I ate 1.5 liters of beetroot for 3 days.
Therefore, it seems to me that 02 is very useful even at home. Ichash can be bought, if that.

3D heating
girls, I think that 3D is not, but the cartoon is so heat-capacious and the bowl is plump and keeps heat for a very long time (I stewed a full bowl of potatoes with mushrooms yesterday by 11 - at 5 pm I was still hot, I opened it 2 times, but the valve was covered with a thin silicone * with a rag *), I immediately compared this cartoon with the princess by the heat capacity, this morning I laid frozen milk mushrooms + very cold broth from the refrigerator + potatoes and dry cabbage and carrots = soup, put it on * intensive * 20 minutes, by the end of the program everything thawed and it came to a boil, reached readiness on heating for 25 minutes, turned it off, only my husband ate the third portion (I cook everything under the lid) - it's still a very warm soup, and I forgot to cover it with silicone

Irsha,
Bowl REDMOND RB A020. There are 7 offers on the Yandex market now.
Pasta at 02 is slightly dried on top, and at 01 everything is evenly moist, although do not stir, I do everything from one pack and according to the same scheme.
And buckwheat a 02 is slightly drier on top, I cook both there and there for 1 hour on baby food in a ratio of 1: 2
And the lid dries before our eyes, opened it and after a couple of minutes it is dry and clean.
Probably 3D is still there, I noticed the difference in 02 and 01.

Apparently finalized Both of these programs were turned off on the casserole ...
Olgushechka81
I cook buckwheat on the cereal program, 35-40 minutes, and the proportions from the recipe book are 300 grams of buckwheat and 400 ml of water, oil and salt. It always turns out crumbly and loose buckwheat.
brendabaker
Olgushechka81,
On cereals, the taste is different, more obvious or something, and the cereal itself is tougher, you need oil, or sauce,
We adapted to BABY FOOD because buckwheat is softer and without a specific smell on it, I don't put oil and salt at all.
We cook brown rice on it for 1 hour 20 minutes.

vernisag,
I put my eyes on these two models 01 and 02 2-3 years ago, but I was embarrassed by a lot of negative reviews in the Yandex market, and as soon as I made up my mind, the price jumped,
But at the beginning of the year I bought myself 01, for yogurt, and then I really liked to cook porridge, milk, soup and, stew vegetables, rice pudding in it ... in short, 01 got out into my favorite assistants. And then I thought, God forbid, what's wrong with her, or my porridge will rise from the bowl. And I bought her to support 02. Also, while some joy brings. Apparently the manufacturers also read these complaints and reacted

KRUPA POLTAVSKAYA # 2 on the water.
1 cup of cereal + 2 cups of water + 1 tsp. vegetable oil + salt (if salt).
BABY FOOD, time 50 minutes, turn off heating, let stand for a while.
PS Poltava groats requires thorough washing to clean water and removing all the debris that is mixed in it. I wash the cereal in a bowl, rubbing it in my palms and changing the water 15 times, each time draining the pop-up garbage
Then I put it on a sieve so that the excess liquid goes away.

Yesterday I received my Redik number 2. The impressions are ambiguous.
Of the "pluses":
+ Excellent bowl, completely odorless.
+ Non-stick coating of heating elements (in first models He was absent).
+ I cooked oatmeal twice (from different quantities of cereals) - I never ran away.
+ Bakes excellent Classic gingerbread from Kroshi.
+ Of the minor but pleasant bonuses - a white cord with a switch.
+ Ability to turn off auto-heating (an option that is not very necessary and not in demand for me, but I was looking for Redik with it, because after reading the topic I got the impression that the Milk Porridge program was debugged and corrected in the new models).

Of the "cons":
-It is unclear why these silicone ears were made, but in my multicooker they did not allow the bowl to "sit down" normally. Accordingly, the lid was difficult to close, not the first time. And yesterday, during baking, it even opened itself. In short, I cut off these ears, and the problem with the lid disappeared.
-My Redik mercilessly "crawled" on the table, especially when it was necessary to press the buttons. It turned out that the back stop was a couple of millimeters higher than the legs, so the rubber pads did not reach the table surface and did not slow down the movement of the multicooker. In general, I undermined this emphasis, and Redik stood rooted to the spot.

I put it on the table so far instead of "Number One" - so mine did not even notice the changes in the interior. Maybe I will change them periodically

Wildebeest, brendabaker! Sveta, Oksana! thanks girls! I like it very much, And I discovered new advantages for myself: I have one family member on a separate diet, and before I cooked everything unsalted, put off a portion for him, and added salt to the remaining dish. It was very uncomfortable. And today I put the raw materials into different multicooker - and go ahead. Where it is necessary - I salted / pepper and fried, and where not - I left the dietary one. My little ones are standing, working and taking up little space on the table. The beauty! A great relief for me personally

I do not store the finished dish in the bowl. First, most of the time we eat everything on the first day. And secondly, I cannot afford to exclude the bowl from the cooking process even for a day and to chill it in the refrigerator.

Biryusa,
Olga, I have the same situation, my dad is a meat-eater, he loves fatty, spicy, salty, peppery, and I'm the opposite.
My daughter is a lacto-vegetarian for many years, and I keep the posts.
Therefore, the question of one pan for all was not even considered.

Oksana, and I'm in "room two" just want to try a small piece of boiled pork. Lisa-VEI described it so appetizingly:
Quote: Vei

Girls!!! The boiled pork turned out to be just awful! I didn't even expect it, and most importantly, it's so comfortable - the bowl is so small that it hugged a piece of meat from all sides. I turned on the Pastry at 1:45 pm and left on business, it stood on the Warm Up for almost three hours. The meat just melts in your mouth !!!

brendabaker
Biryusa,
My daughter and I are herbivores, one might say.
This is our dad eats meat.
And so, I would definitely cook it at 02, it is faster.
I here cooked porridge from Poltava at 01, cooked ...
And 02 times did
It's just that at 01, you can then at least wash the plate with lemon to remove the smell.
And so I really liked Phillips.
First I fried it with the lid open, then I drained the excess oil, added a little water and baked for 40 minutes. And in the refrigerator for the night.
It was a fat undercloak, and dad appreciated it very much when cold.

How I liked this Redick number 2! And he cooks porridge well, and fries perfectly! Here is a piece of the neck after flipping
Multicooker Redmond RMC-02
Not a drop of juice was released, the meat was sealed quickly and efficiently
Now I pulled it out and sent it to the refrigerator, but I took the sample off the hot one - it tasted good - eat it juicy, tenderly ... And I even made the sauce, as in the recipe, with onions (I also tried it)
I had to buy this Redik first of the kids, otherwise I was carried away by the crowd ...
And at the same time in Panasika I prepared the same neck, but not salted. As they say, feel the difference:

BUCKWHEAT FOR BREAKFAST * DIETARY *
0.5 cups well-washed cereal,
1 glass of water
100 g turkey breast fillet (1 steak)
1 tsp oat bran, soy sauce, and oil to taste.

Turkey fillet can be pickled in the evening, or you can season the ready-made one.
Put cereals in a bowl, pour water, put a steak on top.
BABY FOOD mode, default time.
At the end of the mode, add bran, oil and soy sauce to the buckwheat.
Divide the turkey steak into fibers, add seasoning to taste.
PS turns out to be very tender, but not overcooked buckwheat and meat, like steamed.
When I cook with meat from the freezer, I do it in REDMOND 01, putting the meat in a steamer tray, over the grits being prepared.

Lena, I will write about my mistakes that I made (this is in case you decide to cook).
After I fried a piece from all sides and poured hot milk into the bowl, I immediately switched the multicooker to the "Baby food" mode. Since the temperature in the bowl was very high, the milk naturally boiled strongly and rose. It's good that I was there and quickly pulled the pan out of the multicooker, otherwise everything would have run away and flooded both the table and the multicooker. Conclusion: after frying it is necessary to let the contents of the bowl stand for a while, so that it has cooled down at least to 100 degrees. And it is better to remove the bowl for 10 minutes so that the heating element will cool down.

I bought Filka for myself and everyone knows - I am VERY happy with him ... But I want a little one like Filechka (well, not a second twin to buy))) ... And so that it was interesting to have another Mulechka! Pralna? Now I am studying the QUESTION and with questions I will pop to you ...

Rituel, these horror stories were written about Redmond-01. And 02 doesn't smell at all! The bowl is excellent! For a long time I hesitated to buy it due to the lack of a removable plate, but now I even like that it is not. Here the girls suggested that it was the removable plate that could be the reason for the formation of excess condensation, and now I have convinced myself of this from my own experience and the example of this baby (and Panasonic-10). By the way, this one also has a weak lid heating. If you are considering this baby for a purchase, choose a new improved model. It should have a sticker on the lid about the possibility of turning off the auto-heating.

My Redmond 01 fry on the PAR program
And Redmond 02 prepares curd casseroles in the MODOKY Porridge and BABY FOOD mode, but before, it seems, they did not do this.
I am happy with both 01 and 02

Do not like it, and everything is here In black color, and a removable lid dangling on a pin, and buttons that are too sensitive (FOR ME !!!) ... Ritul, that's just the charm for me that there is NO Manual mode! I do not like to think about what temperature or time to set for a particular dish. I like to poke a button (well, a maximum of two) and
The display of Redik No. 2 is blind compared to Filipk, of course. That is, the screen itself glows brightly, and the cooking time is lit in large numbers, but the names of the modes are printed in the "blind" non-illuminated zone.

Your opinion is very important to me ... Since I want a new Cartoon, and we are all different and we have different Fcus ...- this is okay! You know how grateful I am for your answers ...

Setting the time is a little FAST (first Hours - then Minutes))) I tolerate ...
Rita, in Redik, the principle of choosing the cooking time is different, but in each it is different.
In 01-m there are two separate buttons - "hours" and "minutes", you need to manipulate them in turn.
In 02 - only one, "TIME". And you need to press it, and flip ... flip ... flip ... By pressing this button, you can adjust the speed of "flipping"
Changing the time setting in both 01-st and 02-st models occurs only in ascending order. That is, if you miss, you cannot reduce the time back - again ONLY FORWARD! It is much more convenient to set the time in 01. But after a few days of use, I got used to this algorithm.

Quote: mamusi
Perhaps I'll start to study the prices ...
I don't know if you have an official Redmond multicooker pro store, otherwise there are now 50% discounts on kids (2400 rubles, in my opinion). But the 02 model, it seems, is only in black. And the original price, to be honest, is decently raised

On "Baby Food" the preset time is just 1 hour.
By "Express" - 35 min.
On the "Milk Porridge" - 40 min.
Rice / cereals - 1 hour.
Yogurt - 8 hours
Baking - 1 hour.
Soup / stewing - 1 hour.
Steam - 40 min.

Basically, for me, there is no need to reduce anywhere (except for Yoghurt).

Yes, there is nothing complicated there, I got used to it in two days.

brendabaker
mamusi,
I baked a curd casserole for 45 minutes on BABY FOOD,
time was set manually.
At the beginning of the topic, the author KARINA baked on MILK Porridge, there is a link, on page 1.

The 02 does not have such a sonorous and pleasant sound signal as Phillips.
He once quietly squeaks and turns off. On the first day, I kept thinking that the electricity was turned off, then I realized that it was necessary.
02 signal and, as expected, but not as beautiful timbre as Philips.
This can be annoying too.
At 01, the steamer can be installed on top of the cooking dish, I put the meat in it, and cook rice, for example, or lean soup.
In 02 only 400 ml of water and steam something.
The option with porridge from below does not work, the legs are short.
Both multicooker look more unsightly in appearance than the Phillips, and I bought it when I got the Phillips.
But I pay little attention to numbers, so I’m 120, 110, 130 ℃, every time I’m not sure what I did right.
Redmond has clearly labeled standard modes and default times that allow you to cook while thinking as a friend.
Analogy with Philips HAND 90 ℃ is BABY FOOD.
OMLETTE 90 is MILK Porridge.
Closer to Phillips, of course 02
