Hello girls, and if there is 01, do you need 02, after reading you and getting infected, I ordered 02, and now I think to receive it or not
alsou8987
Elena, I took it for myself, despite the presence of 01. They complement each other well. Frying at 02 is faster, there is an express mode for quick cooking cereals, the bowl is better.
Girls, I wanted to ask about baked milk. Who has already done it - Baby food regimen or another? Doesn't boil over?

Yes, everyone knows, they bought as many as two pieces
Irisha, thanks for the invitation!
I am happy to visit you !!!
It was I who came out of the forest (from vacation), I almost fainted!
So they all wanted them (Redikov-kids) - and here !!! New Year holiday!
So I ordered for joy, and ran to call everyone ...
And you are all already there
By the way, I already have one rmc-02, my mother is in Yekaterinburg, and I baked Borodinsky's magnificent bread in it for a month, every other day, according to a "local" recipe !!! The bread was superb, and the result is always a win-win !!! Therefore, I ordered - also for myself !!! In outskirts of Moscow!!! Although I already have Redusha 01. But I liked the bread from 02 more ... I don’t know the reason, maybe the temperature is higher in it on Baking ...
Vobchem, I AM WITH YOU !!!

Elena!
I support Alsou!
I have 01, but when it comes to frying and baking, it is a little behind 02. At 02, according to my observations, the temperature is higher.
For example, bread, under equal conditions, is better baked at 02, and cottage cheese casserole - better at 01 I do it (my children need it to be without a crust, not fried). Porridge in 01 is stewed, but 02 quickly prepares side dishes. It probably also depends on the specific MV (on the factory assembly), but I did it like that ..... Maybe the girls will tell you something else ...
mamusi
vernisag, Irish, but I said that I didn't need 01, but everyone writes so contagiously ... I don't even know ... I dream of the second Filka ... (I’m waiting for Eldorado to be generous again!)))).
And I also ordered an electric dryer on Ozone ~ I'm waiting the other day! I have to tie up with purchases already ... even for the summer!

Yeah, I keep repeating this to myself and something doesn't work out.

A. I'm in a tie with shopping. How long?
brendabaker
No sooner had I had time with the cartoons * abruptly and decisively to tie *, when I immediately * raged * in the sprotmaster, then dumbbells, then a pump, then jumping ropes., Then a yoga mat ..
Sedne
I also tied it up with the multicooker, but switched to graters, small appliances like cupcakes, pizza bakes, sausages.

It's me again ...

How delicious it is!
SmiLena
Thank you girls, that's exactly how everyone writes contagiously, take something
mamusi
Only yesterday I was preparing Ajapsandal according to Elenki's recipe ... In her pan, in my Shteba, it is delicious, but the "pressure cooker" option did NOT suit me very much ... I was upset that the eggplants were very soft ... 2 minutes were all under pressure after frying potatoes and onions ... and EVERYTHING! They are a lot !! I began to think about how to cook the next time in the Shteba ~ decided WITHOUT PRESSURE! Fry and slow!)))
Tanya, I will definitely take into account your option when you need a little ... But right now we need more portions .. especially such a dish ~ there are more people!)))
mirtatvik
Ritus, nothing has softened at all! Everything is straight "as the doctor ordered"! And yet - it tastes better without potatoes!
mamusi
mirtatvik, Tanyush, we have been preparing this dish for a long time ~ we live on North Caucasus!))) More precisely, it will still be on the Black Sea Coast of the Caucasus ...
Cooking options are many ...
In the cartoon I cooked for the first time simply!
And with potatoes I feel better ...
Here you have to contrive because of the HEAT, do without a frying pan ... I will do it in Panasika and in Toshiba, for example. I realized that I would use two multi ... and then put it together at the end
mirtatvik
Rita, is it still more often cooked with or without potatoes in the Caucasus? Just wondering ... I still like it better without potatoes I sometimes bake potatoes and serve them separately (this is for fans)
In general, I really love Caucasian cuisine. True, I've only been to Georgia, Armenia, Abkhazia and Karachay-Cherkessia. But I love her in Russia too)))

Oh, yes, they cook differently! .. Every housewife has her own vision! For example, I will not say HOW my neighbors cook ... And they don't know how I am! Sykrat! I'm not BJ with carrots! And with potato-YES!

mirtatvik
The Caucasus is a delicate matter ... Not only the East ...

I tell you - the Armenian version: these are blue, bell peppers and tomatoes. Everything is cooked on the grill or grill. Then into cold water, peel, chop finely. Everything is mixed and steamed or extinguished for a minute so that everything becomes friends. add garlic, cilantro, chopped bitter pepper, salt.
And vegetable oil is not for everybody.
mirtatvik
Elena, thank you!
Jenealis
And here the Armenians put it all in strong salty cold water

the day before yesterday we only had a meal with friends. It is very, very tasty. But, of course, when there is no fire, the multicooker saves
brendabaker
Crimean option:
Pepper is peeled, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, baked in a dry frying pan, then the skin is removed from it.
Eggplants are cut into circles, salted, put under oppression so that the bitterness goes away,
Then they are rolled in flour and fried in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Put eggplants in layers in a cast iron, pepper on top, and so on 3 layers.
Fry half-rings of onion in a frying pan, add rings of tomatoes and make a sauce with sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour vegetables in a cast iron pot with this sauce and stew over the lowest heat for 40 minutes.
Then sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated garlic.
Delicious.
For men, it is cooked with meat, beef is strongly beaten, salted, pepper, rolled in flour, fried until golden brown and put in the lowest layer, under the eggplants.
My aunt also sometimes added rice for satiety, but most of all I like vegetables.
My aunt called this dish simply SOTE. ...

Zhenya, I imagine myself in the courtyard of a multi-storey building with a fire or barbecue. The neighbors will call an ambulance for me. It's like Ilf and Petrov: "A wonderful lattice carriage will come for you ..."
Oh, Oksana, what a deliciousness ...

How similar to * Odessa-style eggplant caviar *,
Jenealis
Tatyana, but in Sochi this is normal, meat is fried in the courtyards of apartment buildings. Right under the windows and no one grumbles. Well, of course, not near elite residential complexes, but I live in a five-storey building, I have a brazier under my window, 12 floors have the same. The mentality is apparently different
mirtatvik
Zhenya, our people would be addicted to such an "oil painting" Although it's half a kilometer from my house to the Volga, that's where you can, probably)))
brendabaker
: oops: omirtatvik,
Tan, in our yard everything was exactly like that.
for several years, two young couples came by car and with a barbecue to eat barbecue in our yard. Why exactly in our yard is a mystery.
S * lena
The Armenian mother-in-law taught this way, and when we are going to cook a shish kebab from our Armenian friends, this is how we cook.In summer, at get-togethers with barbecue and vodka is a must. And yet, Zhenya is right, the water must be salty, sorry.
And in the absence of a grill, the vegetables were baked in the oven. And for me, yes, fresh eggplant caviar! But tasteful !!!

Oksana, and SOTE is a European version of this dish, there is also a Turkish one - imam bayaldi. Saute is not even a composition (there are a lot of them), but a method of preparation. Everything there is cut into rather small pieces, and you do not need to mix the products, but toss them so that they jump (from the French "saute" - "bounce").

Elena, and a friend of mine taught me how to bake eggplants on a gas panel on a divider (to an ashy crust), and then make caviar out of them. Delicious!
brendabaker
mirtatvik,
Yes, I know that sote is a way of cutting food., But * you can't throw out words from a song *, a family tradition, so to speak ..

S * lena,
I also bake peppers and eggplants for caviar in the oven until cooked,
I didn't know about salt water, thanks girls
Stillrebel
I received this slow cooker yesterday. Since it was bought to replace the Phillips 3060, I will give a small comparison.

First glance
1. Heavier bowl
2. More convenient than buttons (Phillips sensor did not always work clearly)
3. Blind screen
4. Convenient silicone bowl holders

There was a slight plastic smell during the first boil.

Cooking oatmeal.
Proportions - 500 ml of milk, 160 ml of coarse oatmeal.
In Fillet, the oatmeal was cooked on the Omelet 90 * mode, 40 minutes, after which it was heated for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, even on it, the porridge sometimes spat and flowed onto the aluminum lid. Things were even worse on Kashi's regime. What to do - one of the first batches of these multicooker.
In Redika I tried the Milk Porridge regimen, 30 minutes.
The milk bubbled, rose a couple of centimeters in the bowl, spat on the lid. But, thanks to the smoothness of the lid, the stain was easily erased with a napkin. There was no smell of plastic.
The porridge turned out, for my taste, overcooked. Tomorrow I'll try to put it on for 20 minutes.

By the way, I was impressed how this multicooker keeps warm. The hot water cooled down for an hour and a half - and never cooled down.
mirtatvik
Lyuba, congratulations on your purchase! Let it only please!
Stillrebel
Now I climbed into a standard recipe book and the question appeared

Is there a difference between Express and Rice Grits? What to cook buckwheat on?
mirtatvik
Lyuba, I cannot answer this question, I haven’t used these modes yet ...

Stillrebel,
Rice / KRUPA at the end of cooking begins to actively evaporate the water, so sometimes rice has a yellow crust at the bottom. I also like buckwheat less than in the EXPRESS mode.
I cook buckwheat 1: 2, if from half a glass of thoroughly and quickly washed cereal, then 25 minutes, if from 1 glass of cereal, then 30 minutes.
I cook red rice, SAMARKAND, wash it on a sieve until completely clean water, then soak it for 30 minutes in salted water, then rinse and cook it on EXPRESS, 15 minutes.
0.5 stack rice, and 0.5 glass of water, that is, 1: 1

I liked buckwheat for 35 minutes on the express train. Let it stand in the Warm Up for 15 ~ 20 minutes))))

Moonlight
Stillrebel, congratulations on your purchase. I have the main question - does the lid close well?
Yesterday I had a conversation with those support and for some reason they gave me information that the whole batch is a marriage and there is no point in buying it again. although my friend ordered me again all the same (the day before yesterday), but I have not bought it yet.
What color is your baby - black or white?
mirtatvik
Moonlight, don't scare me, please ... Today I'm waiting for my friend a little black Red. What if she is also married? Do you seem to be white?
Wildebeest
Moonlight, but now check it properly upon receipt.
Marina22
Moonlight, and what city are you in?
Stillrebel
Moonlight, keeps up normally, like. This was the first thing I checked.
Black, sent it to me at the end of that week.

mamusi, brendabaker, Thank you! So express - our side dish everything And I will leave the rice-cereal for pilaf and derivatives
m0use
Moonlight, girls, forgive me for getting in ... I'm not at all in the subject .. tomorrow I'm taking the radish from Ozone, what kind of marriage is there in the lid-the gap is big or does not close at all, what needs to be checked?
mirtatvik
You need to see if the lid closes well.
m0use
Tatyana, in the sense that there was no gap, right?
mirtatvik
Ksyusha, so that it snaps well and does not open spontaneously.
m0use
Aha, now I understand everything I'll check! Thank you
Rituslya
m0use, Ksyusha, there the 02 model has such specific ears in the multicooker itself, so the bowl goes with some effort. This is normal. When the bowl crawls through these ears to the end, then close the lid.
Oops ... From my advice, it's clear that the case is dark there. : girl_in_dreams: No ... Everything is fine there. I'm just such an allegor!
I try to cut off these ears, and then I'll think and nothing like.
Stillrebel
Rituslya, but I really liked the ears. Finally, the cup does not spin when you stir something. Fillet lacked this very much.
m0use
Rita, kruuuuto! There are also Lan ears, tomorrow I'll see what kind of miracle from which all "peep" the current would not want to
Wildebeest
I also liked these ears, even though you know that the bowl is stable and right.
brendabaker
m0use, the bowl stands like this, you can see it.
