Krosh, how do you like the gingerbread recipe from the Mulinex book? Share your impressions, pls. Is it worth baking?

Linka, if you like gingerbread, you will like it! The dough is very real gingerbread, honey is especially felt (although it may depend on the variety, I did it with buckwheat). When I pulled out the baked gingerbread from the cotton, at first glance it seemed not baked, but in the cut it looked the same as the Tula gingerbread (compared). Especially my mother liked it (she's generally a lover of everything gingerbread). I want to try adding dried mint in powder, maybe something like mint gingerbread will come out. The only ingredient that I replaced by default is cane sugar, I used regular white sugar, but I can't say whether the taste has suffered from it or not, because I haven't done it with cannik sugar yet (for me, it worked well with white).
