Pork in chunks (Multicooker VES)

Pork in chunks (Multicooker VES)

Ingredients

Pork 500-600 g
Adjika
(the husband makes from bitter red pepper,
garlic, walnuts, salt and,
it seems vinegar)
1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Plum syrup 100 ml
Nutmeg pinch
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut a piece of pork into pieces, like into chops. Fold into a marinator. Add adjika, soy sauce and plum syrup to the meat. Added nutmeg and mayonnaise. The marinator worked one cycle.
  • I put it in a slow cooker and turned on the "baking" for 30 minutes. Then, for my peace of mind, the pork spent another 10 minutes in the "stewing" mode.

Note

The recipe is inspired by the remains of the pouring from the plums!

The meat turned out to be so fragrant that the neighbor came running!
