From the middle of baking, I switched only to the lower ten, so as not to overcook the cheese.
It was juicy and tasty. It took me 250 g of spinach, but more would not be worse.

By the way, besides fish (I agree that mackerel is the tastiest of all) baked with cabbage filling. Bacon or sausage was added to the cabbage. This year, a lot of mushrooms have taken baked with bends (with the addition of fried egg onions and eggs). And yesterday I baked with mackerel. True, I never baked with the addition of bacon, but I do it like in a classic fish pie - fish, fried onions, boiled rice. But then according to the recipe - cheese, pour the egg. Wonderful!!! And as they wrote, it's great that the dough allows you to collect a pie in the evening and bake for breakfast. Thank you so much for such a "magic wand". In the photo it is crooked, I made the grid with a roller for the first time, but I laid out the photo to reflect the color of the baking.
