Chocolate baskets with berries and butter cream

Ingredients

Cream 35% 200 ml
Chocolate (cocoa not less than 45%) 100 g
Berries 150-200 g
Cream cheese (or soft curd) 100 g
Powdered sugar
Mint

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate (I melted it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes), stir.
  • Grease silicone or paper muffin molds with chocolate and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Take out, grease with a second layer of chocolate. Allow to solidify, but do not freeze!
  • Whip the cream with powdered sugar and cream cheese.
  • Remove the chocolate baskets from the molds.
  • Pour berries inside, put butter cream on top.
  • Decorate with mint. !!!
