Cooking method

All ingredients d. B. room temperature, the amount of flour needs to be increased if the dough by the end of the kneading, the ball has not formed, I sprinkle with spoons, if the flour is not very successful (little gluten), it used to reach 5 glasses of flour. In this case, the HP stopped after she finished kneading (about 20 minutes) and turned on the dough mode from the beginning.
As soon as the mode ends and you see that the dough is ready (came up), we take out and sculpt the pies. If the dough has not yet come very well, we give it another 15-20 minutes without opening the bread machine. And then we take it out, sculpt it, let it come up one more time - about 10 minutes and into the hot oven. I put on the temperature - 180 degrees.
Cooking time: 1 hour 40 minutes.

My recipe is practically the same, I used it even before the bread maker, but with the bread maker it is even better and there are no problems at all, unless of course the yeast fails. I make dough in different versions (with and without eggs, with and without butter (creamy)), I recommend you check it too.
