Vegetable puree soup with cauliflower and broccoli (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)

Ingredients

Potatoes - 1 small tuber 100g
Carrots - 1/2 medium carrot 80 gram
Leek white part 10 cm
Stalked celery 1 petiole
Frozen cauliflower 100g
Frozen broccoli 100g
Green beans, frozen 50 grams
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt, ground black pepper taste
Hot water or broth 350-400 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I had a frozen mixture of cauliflower, broccoli, and green beans. For the soup, I weighed 100 grams of cauliflower and broccoli and 50 grams of beans. This is about half the package. I did not defrost vegetables.
  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
  • Rinse the leeks well and cut into rings.
  • Cut the celery into small pieces.
  • Chop the garlic medium-sized.
  • Fry leeks, garlic, celery and carrots right in the bowl of the soup cooker. To do this, pour 1 tbsp into the bowl. l. vegetable oil, put vegetables and turn on High heat for 3 minutes. In the middle of browning, I turn on Stir 1-2 times.
  • Then add potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, beans. Pour water or broth into a bowl (I pour 400 ml, the soup is not thick). Season with salt and pepper to taste and turn on the Soup-puree mode.
  • After the signal, you can pour the vegetable puree soup into plates and serve with croutons for lunch.
  • Vegetable puree soup with cauliflower and broccoli (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

2 servings

Note

Vegetable puree soup boiled in water or vegetable broth can be consumed in fasting.
It is also great for baby food, only you need to exclude spices and possibly celery.

Ksenia, Great soup!
tell me, can your soup cooker do real frying?
I keep running from one soup cooker to another and can't choose.
julia_bb
Ksenia, what suits children is for sure! Thanks for the recipe, this fishing rod is your favorite soup, and also spinach

Vika, Thank you ! And on "you" in my opinion passed for a long time, or I'm confusing something.

can a soup cooker do real frying?
Conditionally, of course. If not disturbed, it burns. And it is not very convenient to interfere, since the loading opening is small plus the knives interfere. But it's better than just boiled onions in soup. A small amount of vegetables has to be fried. It usually takes 2-3 minutes. The moisture evaporates quickly, and I do not close the feed hole, so that the condensate leaves faster. I also grind at the same time. It works for me.

Yulia, but I now need to teach both daughters to puree soups. The son eats good.

All clear! So not without dancing.

Not, VikaI am very happy with the soup cooker. I usually don't put turnip onions in mashed soups, it gives a smell that not everyone likes. And the rest of the vegetables practically do not require roasting. Although this can be done in Vitek. But for diets, food is better not to fry, of course. All the same, I like Vityok-soupovar. One drawback is that there is no scale inside the bowl, only outside.

Ksyusha, I've already been in the throes of choice for a couple of years, but I want a soup cooker, soooo want it. Or buy an analogue of Tm, but it is as healthy as an elephant or like that of Tanya-Grandma, Mulinex. But we also have the same ala Vitek. Is it really cool that his bowl is stainless?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Vika, I myself, too, probably two years here on the forum got everyone with these soup cookers. I was waiting for a response from Tatiana-Admin about him. A year ago I would have bought it already, but something stopped me. And finally I decided on Vitka before March 8. While waiting for the delivery, doubts ate me straight. And now I am so happy, and that the stainless steel bowl, although I wanted it with glass all the time. And that my husband is now also pleased that every day we have freshly cooked puree soup for lunch. And that my daughter will be able to make mashed potatoes a little later for complementary foods (although I still want a Philips blender with a filter for mashed potatoes). And the eldest daughter almost mastered milkshake herself. Some pluses are a word. True, I have not yet discovered and studied all of its possibilities. But little by little, little by little ... as they say ...

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, Ksyushenka, good luck in mastering! To only make you happy!
Or maybe it turns out that in addition to soups and shakes, he still knows how to do something
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
The only thing I have decided is not to test it with meat. And do not chop the ice.
Tricia
Wonderful soup! I love these.
Thanks for the recipe!
Here I look at blenders-soup cookers, otherwise I make soup with a blender-leg, maybe I really automate the process ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
AnastasiaThank you for stopping by.

I make soup with a blender-foot, maybe I really automate the process
It is not a problem with the foot, when there is time and hands are free. And now my daughter is lying and playing on her own for about three minutes at most. Therefore, without automating the process, we would be hungry.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @,
I would like to buy a blender soup cooker, I am studying the question on the forum))) I found charming photos and recipes of your soups))) Please tell me, are you not disappointed in this unit during operation? Maybe something showed up over time? I would be very grateful for your answer. And one more question: can you make a small bookmark of products in it (let's say for a couple of plates)?

Tatyanathanks for the praise.
I was not disappointed in the soup cooker. She prepares me soups, sauces, cocktails, various smoothies. I like how it grinds. For example, in cocktails, strawberry seeds are not felt at all, that is, it grinds them down. Which made us very happy. The hand blender didn't grind the bones, which is why the son always spat. I made pancake dough, Vitek will do just fine. I slowly master it. The only thing, as I wrote above, I do not load meat in terms of the shore, and I decided that for now he will be a fruit and vegetable assistant. I regretted not having bought it a year ago, as I wanted. Well, that's how things are with us.

Oh, about two bowls of soup - easy. This is at least half a liter of ready-made soup. Vitek does an excellent job.

Ksenia, thank you very much! I mainly want to buy it because of the mashed soups. And what about sticking-on and washing?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
When cooking, nothing sticks, does not burn. If I fry vegetables, they can burn. I try to mix with a spatula through the feed hole and using the Stir mode.
And wash without any problems at all: 0.5 liters of warm water immediately after pouring the soup on the plates + a drop of Fairy and turn on the Blender mode for 2 minutes. Then just drain and rinse. I don't even use the brush every time. After drinks, it is also easy to clean. Then I immediately rinse it under the tap. Care is hassle-free so to speak.
