dopleta, but the stove does not lose it? I just heard that the small bottom is lost on the burner. Oh, a couple of posts above are just about that.
I bought myself a pancake adapter, just like in the photo on this page, but I don't like it, it seems that it spoils the stove, some stains have gone
And it still seems to me that his inscription should be put on the stove, no?

The fact of the matter is that he sees! When I bought it, I thought - how good it is that it is so cheap, it will not work - I don’t mind the money. The smallest burner I have is 15 cm. And I practically don't use discs - there are enough other suitable dishes, although they function quite normally. With them, the stove becomes an ordinary electric one, therefore, after induction, it seems that it heats up slowly.
Ipatiya
I bought stainless steel bowls (India) in Ashan. Bottom - Ø 8 and 11 cm. They are very weakly magnetised, but my induction cooker sees them and heats them up.

Sens, no. No aftertaste is felt.

About ten years ago we discussed the Tefal-thermo pot sets. I have that set alive and in use to this day, however, now at the dacha, because it does not fit induction. But just now in "Lenta" there was an action for a similar cookware Tefal Ingenio Induct. I bought it, I'm very happy.

I look at my set of tefal (not even printed yet (() but it says - everything except induction cookers. I read the instructions - kapets). I bought myself a "adapter plate." they were sick, now there is a reason to order upon arrival ...

Yes, I just returned from "Lenta", and there is already another set for the action - Tefal Ingenio, but not Induct.

How to understand "better"? Is there any cookware that works better or worse on induction? It either works or it doesn't.

There are pots that the stove sees or does not see (((And with these Katyushkas it is always great.

Dear induction users! Please tell me which d26 pan is better to choose? My "rowing" Kelly served faithfully for 5 years and the middle began to "stick" a little. It is needed with a removable handle and a "whole" bottom (not a "chamomile" or other patterns on the metal bottom). It seems that everything has already been reviewed! It seems nothing Frying pan Art Granit ATI-1026 d26 cm with a removable handle, but there are reviews that small particles of this "stone" crumb are flying out. I would like to buy a normal frying pan for more than one year. Swing at WOLL or BAF - something "the frog has moved" ... Please "help from the audience" advise, plizz!
lerabukina
And I have been using cookware for induction for a very long time, by the way it is durable ... I bought it in a store, I'm very glad!
Totosha
Girls, did anyone use a neva-metal frying pan for induction?
dopleta
Totosha, I want her for a long time. I love NMP, I had (and still have) a lot of these dishes, but I took them all to the dacha after changing the panel to induction. Someone (it seems, Tanyusha) complained that her coating started blistering, but I can't even imagine how this could happen! The dishes are heavy, the walls are thick, like cast iron! I have been using it for more than ten years, and even scraping metal on it - nothing happens to the coating! And although I now use a lot of pans for induction, and there is no need for them, but I will definitely buy NMP as a thread, they are indestructible.
Tosha
I have pans and Bergner and Tefal, I like them.

Dear ones, what can you say about such a frying pan? 🔗, I liked it very much outwardly and the idea is interesting

Faced an amazing thing.
And again I was convinced that the test with a magnet, as in mathematics, is a sufficient condition, but not necessary! They gave me a set of pans. Frying pans are unpretentious, lightweight, aluminum, with a nonstick (I wouldn't buy these myself, but - a gift)... There is a sign of induction on the box, I didn't even believe it. I put a magnet: as I thought - not a fig! And they work on the stove!

here it is with me, but exactly the opposite, and my ladle magnetically and the sign is for induction, but the tile does not see, but I hoped so ...
dopleta
Sveta, maybe the bottom size is much smaller than the diameter of the burner?
Sibiryachka38
I went to measure it with a specialist, it turned out that the bottom of the ladle is 16 cm, the tile has a small circle of 12 cm, a large 22 cm, but the bottom is not even, but in cells, maybe because of this it does not see?
dopleta
Quote: Sibiryachka38

How is it - cells? Of course, because of this! There must be a snug fit during induction! Otherwise, it makes no sense - the field does not work through the air.
Sibiryachka38
n-daaaaaaa, here's an ambush, when I saw this bucket, I really wanted it, like a smart masha, I checked it with a magnet, but didn't even think about the bottom, only when it didn't work, I turned on my head and thought about it, well, we'll use it on simple stove

To be honest, I'm at a loss, 10 years for a frying pan is almost a record! I once foolishly bought after Tefal NMP began to burn in 3-4 months. So now I don't look at them at all. You are very lucky, although if you use it infrequently, then it is quite possible. I think Tefal with a coating of pro-metal, titanium-pro are excellent pans. But more than five years with intensive use, they still do not live.
dopleta
My Tefal is not titanium coated, with Expert Pro, so I can't compare. I have a titanium coating on Woll and on some other pans, braziers, and in my opinion, NWO is no worse, but better than many. Nothing burns. Although, in fact, I cannot say that I use it every day.
tanushenka
Hello dear members of the forum ... I seem to have all the dishes I need, but I want a cast-iron type of cauldron for 4 liters or a saucepan, without coating inside, but it stops me that all our cast iron is rough with all sorts of micro-burrs, but it's bad for the stove ( scratched). Maybe someone uses this where the bottom is covered with something? Tell the company pliz

But Woll lasted for me and a cauldron and a frying pan for only 2 years, I had to buy another cauldron (in the absence of others), but it also lasted only 2 years. Now I bought a Pyrex pan, but with its thick walls, aluminum, I use it instead of a cauldron. I have glass ceramics, and there are practically no cauldrons with the required DND diameter, I do not recognize ceramic coatings.

I always put a paper towel under a cast-iron skillet, induction allows this, and the surface is protected from scratches.

Doesn't the towel burn? Or rather, does it not turn brown and the smell of burnt does not appear?

I fold the towel in half, it is snow-white, of course, it does not remain, it turns slightly yellow, there is no burning smell

It is through the air that the field works. That's what the field is for. Even if you raise the dish a centimeter or two above the surface, the stove will continue heating. Only he will be weaker and weaker. How is it ... the field strength is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, right?))

Cvetaal, Svetlana,
dopleta
Bijou, Lena, but the bottom - with cells! So there is no closed loop at the bottom of the pan? After all, the bottom of the cookware for an induction cooker, so that its eddy current heats up, must be solid, right?
Bijou
Well, your pans are warmed up somehow with holes?
I never paid attention to the structure of the bottom. My first saucepan on the stove is a Tefalev stainless steel ladle. With a very patterned bottom. It is all pressed from below by wavy lines. How it is, in cells, I do not really understand, but it is hardly something terrible.) If you move the saucepan a little and put spoons, forks or knives on the vacant place, they will heat up in a wonderful way. And you can even boil water in a spoon. In this case, the contour will be open.

I don't remember such pans, but Sibiryachka38 writes about it, not me. Her magnetic bucket with a honeycomb bottom does not work on induction.

ABOUT! Respect!
And I am a sinner, sometimes I use non-stick.

Quote: dopleta

Well, judging by the fact that aluminum dishes with steel inserts are heated worse than uniformly iron ones by 1-2 steps, it can be assumed that this is caused by a decrease in the heating area due to holes. Then yes, if the stove is capricious and does not consider the power take-off of a given dish sufficient, then it behaves in the same way as when too small dishes are placed on it. If you take exactly the same bucket, but a little larger, then maybe everything will work fine.

By the way, another thought flashed ... Now, if I had one and the same dish that was recognized, then no, I would certainly trace the dependence on voltage. Well, in the order of delirium.

I have NM for induction, only a pancake. I am very pleased with her! The bottom is thick, the pan is moderately heavy.

I still decided to buy ART-Granite with a removable handle! I have been using it for several months, so far I am very satisfied. Induction cookware

After a few months, my granite also began to burn.

Girls, a question. Cookware Zepter, bought a long time ago, did not yet know what an induction cooker is, so there are no designations on it.
Dishes in Moscow, the stove is still wrapped in wood. I can't check.

If not magnetized, where to get the transition circles? Or, immediately change the stove, while unused.

I have old Zepter dishes, I didn't bother and gave up induction, I took ordinary glass ceramics.
I imagined that it would be necessary to constantly bother with some kind of gaskets, I decided it was not worth it.And I'm used to the dishes that I have been using for 20 years, I will not refuse in any case.

She was specially demagnetized. You will have to choose either glass ceramics or tableware.

The transitional circles are complete garbage, if the dishes are important, then change the stove.
I have induction. I bought a disk so that I could brew coffee in a Turk. I used it a couple of times, I decided that the coffee maker also cooks well

I must say right away that I don't know anything about the Zepter.
I'm talking about adapters. It is better to forget about them for two reasons:
1. One adapter is more expensive than some induction pans.
2. The main reason: the adapter turns your induction unit into an approximately antediluvian cooker with "pancakes". So all the benefits of induction are lost.
You basically have two options, if the Zepter suddenly does not fit - change the dishes or stove. Although no one forbids buying adapters, everything is up to you.
But I hope that you and Zepter will calm you down.
