Zhanik, Redmond's quality is not the best, judging by the reviews, I won't stop only at the Multi-Baker itself, but I will definitely buy a bunch of nozzles, it will be a pity to throw it all out after a few uses!

fanechka83Sasha, look at the supra 555, the girls wrote that the coverage is normal

oh I didn't unsubscribe here. I have it! now supra 555 while the flight is normal (I use it for a week). but on one panel there is a tiny defect without coating. I was too lazy to change, and the one where I took 1 piece was available. so far I have tried not all panels, only 2.5
waffles and sandwiches three times. while the cover on the panels behaves well. nothing stuck or rubbed off. I tried the cookie panel once (it’s like it’s called), I just tried it on zucchini, I thought I’d make the grill washers but didn’t like it. not for zucchini panel. And the roofing felts did not wash well, the roofing felts left the stains, I will try more on cookies or something else.

Brown-eyed, can you buy a pancake attachment for your Supra?

Girls, who thinks which electric waffle iron for thin waffles is the best now? For me, the "best" is probably the fastest. Let's say 2-3 minutes is a lot for me. My standard is the Soviet "Lasunka", which bakes me waffles since childhood. One waffle for 20-30 seconds (depending on its rosy color). She burned down at a friend's, so she looks after me urgently, and I'm interested: I understand that our family heirloom is not eternal.
evrika_ea
lady inna, frifri och. quickly bakes thin
lady inna
evrika_ea, merci for frifri I went and looked: this is a premium class, as I understand it? The most important question: where to buy for an inexpensive price?

I think I'll go do some more research and look into the local Temko of this waffle iron.

In Russia, only 1 store sells them.

"Frifri waffle makers have been the absolute bestseller in Belgium for over 50 years. They can rightfully be called the waffle iron of the Belgian grandmothers. Agree, there are not so many electrical goods in the world that can work after 30, 40 and even 50 years of operation."
A worthy alternative to our "Lasunka"))

lady inna, I recently bought a 1000 W Vasilisa. I've baked thin waffles five times already. The first time it seemed to me to bake for a long time, 1.5 - 2 minutes at the maximum of the regulator. I deliberately spotted. Then it seems to me that she "overclocked" or something. The last time it was straight very quickly, it bakes one waffle in less than a minute, even removed the power from the maximum, put it on the middle level.
And the price of the issue is only 1,700 rubles. at your local store.

But I think you need to understand that each device has its own "character".
julia_bb
My Cloer bakes up to a minute, but it didn’t count exactly how many, but not exactly 20-30 seconds.
But they are no longer on sale, which is a pity ...

Why not buy Gourmet or Sweetmeat? My old lady bakes for a maximum of 10 seconds. Just have time to get it before you burn out.
lady inna
Elena Bo, and what year of your old lady? Mine is branded "1978". Power is only 550. Honestly, I don't know exactly what her name is, she was presented to her mother without a box. And it says "EV-550". The design is similar to "Lasunka". From the reviews, I realized that modern Gourmands, Sweets, Lasunki do not bake so quickly.

I would buy this one instead. You can look at Avito. I bought a lot of new Soviet things there at a ridiculous price.
Yuliya K
But I just found out that my favorite Soviet waffle iron is called "Bayarma"! I initially had it without a box and without instructions - I snatched it without looking at these little things! The photo is also from the Internet.

I take care of her dear! I always liked her drawing - like an ice cream waffle cup.
lady inna
Elena Bo, yes, Sweethearts come across, even seemingly in a more or less decent form. I haven't met my decent one yet. But to be honest, as I look at my grimy one for forty years already: it seems to shine with stainless steel, sparkles, but the oil still boils in places. Let her grimy, but her own. And they will send a dirty little one, but someone else's.

How is Bayarma, nimble?
I would say that it’s even too much ... I have to turn it off after 3-4 waffles, so that they are golden, not brown ... And she always baked like that ... I bake one wafer on cooling and turn it on again. Fast, but like that ... But I love her and I forgive her everything, especially now I have an extension cord with a switch in the kitchen, I don’t have to pull from the outlet as before!
lady inna
I, too, think, since without a thermostat she may someday not forgive the accidentally prolonged pause between waffles. We also need to think about this method of waffle treatment. In general, of course, now our devices do not plow as often as before - they have a lot of competitors in the form of all kinds of "churros-makers" and others like them
Yuliya K
I downloaded the instruction now - there is a thermostat in it, it is written: "The constancy of the recommended heating temperature (175-205 g) is automatically maintained by a thermal limiter." So think now, maybe this run-up of the recommended temperature affects the roastiness so much ... And so even according to the instructions, baking one waffle is no more than 1 minute ...
Such wonderful waffle irons were made by the Order of Lenin for locomotives and car repairs th (well, a word) plant in Ulan-Ude!

Ltd! I also have a "bayarma" - megaweights have survived, although the handles fell off because she flew from a height very selflessly! My Venus de Milo)) It's just kapets heating, you can use it instead of an iron! It bakes very nicely and evenly, such large-celled waffles are obtained! Although this drawing infuriated me as a child, I liked the striped ones.

Aha! I love her very much! I took Gourmet to help her, and so she bakes like and evenly, and quickly enough, but either because of the pattern, or because of the small inconvenient handles that cannot be squeezed properly, but the waffles are not as thin as on this one "Bayarme"

Well, I also have one like Elena's. I bought about two or three years ago at this time. I remember that I climbed through the terrible mud to pick up the warehouse from Aviamotornaya. I didn't even know that there were still such places there. I am quite happy with the instrument and I freely fantasized a lot with it. On the subject of Manna. On mushroom broth, on tomato, rye, etc., for which the season is shorter.

Girls, thinking about replacing the waffle iron. Now Efber is 3 in 1, but the panel for thick waffles is completely killed, everything sticks tightly, nothing helps. There is now a discount on a multi-shop with removable panels in Redmond. Who has, share your impressions, I beg you! The main thing for me is not to stick))

Good day!

Do you have a Kitfort KT-1611 waffle iron?
I got this device the other day. The son really wanted to bake Viennese waffles. We decided to take something not very expensive (because it can cool down very quickly to this process and so that we don’t feel sorry for the money spent), but also compact and pretty. The choice fell on the Kitfort KT-1611 waffle iron, it just met all the parameters and seemed to be good according to reviews.
I bought a mix "Golden Morning" ready for waffles, the waffles turned out to be so-so. Not tasty, with the smell of chemistry and some kind of dry.
We made the dough ourselves: a couple of eggs, butter, sugar, flour, water, soda. The consistency is like a pancake.
The waffles are baked for a long time, it takes at least 10 minutes. At the same time, the bottom of the waffles looks baked, and the top and sides of the waffles are almost white. the insides of the waffles are not baked until they are solid, some are raw. More or less the middle is baked if you keep it for at least 15 -20 minutes, but then the bottom of the wafer already bakes more, and the top still remains slightly darkened. Moreover, it is possible to turn it over 180 degrees. Which is what I do 1 minute after pouring the dough.
The waffle iron is like a working one, the surfaces heat up the same way. But why the bottom turns out to be normal, the top hardly bakes and the middle is damp, I don't understand.

Eh, it would be better to have consulted before, before buying ... The power of this waffle iron is small, therefore, waffles are baked longer than on others. Also, the unevenness of baking ... Yes, hand it back, if possible ... A Princess 132400 like her has a higher power and a lot of positive reviews, and ozone often gives the price at a discount ...

longer, okay, let it be 10 minutes, this is not critical, that's why the bottom part comes out well and the top is none .. the princesses have only 60 watts more power. Ours has 640 and the Princess has 700. Is the difference of 60 watts really so significant.
Well, I don’t know to hand it back, vryatli. Of course, I'll see if the seller has such an opportunity, but I'm not sure that they will just take it away. If there is a malfunction, then probably only to the service center.

I decided to buy a waffle iron and couldn't choose for a very long time. This thread and forum helped a lot. Thanks everyone. Therefore, a report for future waffle lovers:

Waffle iron Vasilisa VZ-1000. (power 1000 W)
I liked the shape, non-stick coating, power regulator, convenient latch, no need to hold anything.
The first waffles were baked according to Anastasia's recipe. Thanks for the recipe, very tasty. I smeared it before the first waffle, no longer greased it.
The instructions say that the baking time is 1.5-3 minutes. The waffle was baked at full power for about 2 minutes.
Only somehow it bakes faster on one side. Probably such a feature of my waffle iron. Further operation will show.

The price in our wilderness is 1720 rubles.
And how do you like her coverage? Is it white in the photo? Isn't that Teflon?

Most likely, you either do not add the dough, or it rises poorly (it is a little loosened). The dough does not reach the top plate, so it is not fried.

I think the same. Somehow, with the next dough, one wafer still turned out to be half successful and on top. But on the other hand, it was also the case that I put in more dough than was necessary, so that it climbed out on the sides and nevertheless, all the same, the top was not baked.

They put the soda in. But either it is not enough, or you still need to put the baking powder ready-made, store-bought.

The most interesting thing is that there are a lot of good reviews for my waffle iron. Everyone succeeds in her.
Found a review on another waffle iron. The woman also did not bake properly. I tried different recipes and in the end it turned out just like this.
She describes her recipe and cooking method:
Recipe:
eggs - 2-3 pcs. (depending on size)
sugar - 5-6 tbsp. l. (the more - the sweeter and the crust is crisper)
salt - 1/2 tsp.
sour cream - 150-200 gr.
milk - 100 ml.
flour - 1.5 tbsp.
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
vanillin - to taste
vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until foamy. Add sour cream, beat again. Pour in milk, whisk. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and vanilla, add to the whipped mixture, mix until smooth, add rast. butter and mix. The dough should be thick. I leave the dough to "reach" for half an hour or an hour, but it doesn't matter. I grease the form with butter only 1 time before baking, and then a little. Pour into a preheated mold, I have a small scoop, about 3 tbsp. l. - it is just enough (it is better not to top up than to pour). Bake for 10-15 minutes. For the first 5 minutes (or better all 10), it is advisable not to open the lid so that the dough does not fall off.

I will try the recipe above. Maybe we can eat waffles too.
If it doesn’t work well, then it’s not destiny. There is also a waffle iron for thin waffles, maybe we will return to it. It used to be something like a stove. But that was a long time ago.
lady inna
kedr69, Sasha, the consistency of the dough still matters. Try this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=268048.0... I somehow immediately, from the first time, took root, and I don't even want any experiments with thick waffles. They are said to be very similar to real Brussels waffles.
kedr69
lady inna, OK thanks. I read the recipe and reviews on it. As I understand it, the recipe dough comes out liquid, probably like pancakes. I read somewhere that for a low-power waffle iron, batter is not very good. the baking process will increase by a lot. But very thick, too, apparently not an option. will not bake it inside. Rather, you need some medium density, but closer to thick than liquid. We will try further
lady inna
kedr69rather like pancakes. Try with half of the specified norm - there is a decent output, but it is better to eat them hot while they crunch)
