The filling is wet, but it adheres very well, I think due to the starch. The dough is very well baked on the bottom, and much weaker above. Kept 60 minutes on baking and 30 minutes on heating. I looked into my cartoon 5 minutes before the end of baking, because the aroma had already gone, the edges were rosy.
