Pie "Canadian"

Canadian pie

Ingredients

Dough.
Wheat flour 3.5-4 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Butter 250 g
Egg
+1 yolk
2 pcs.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Lemon acid 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Filling
Any fruits listed below,
cut into slices 0.2-0.3 cm thick

Cooking method

  • You will need two bowls to make the dough.
  • We divide flour into two parts. Add 0.5 hours to one. l. soda, mix the flour with soda well. Add 0.5 hours to the other. l. citric acid and mix just as well. Then combine both portions of flour in one of the bowls.
  • This is the dry component of the dough.
  • In the empty bowl, mix eggs, yolk, sugar, sour cream, melted and cooled butter, vanilla sugar. Beat without fanaticism and add to flour, mix all components.
  • Divide the finished dough into two parts. We put one on the bottom of the baking sheet with our hands (I make a small side). I put chopped fruits on the dough, sprinkle lightly with sugar. To cover the cake with the rest of the dough, I take small pieces of dough, knead them into tortillas in my hand and place them on the fruit.
  • Cut the finished pie into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake the pie at 200 degrees.

Note

There is a pie in my piggy bank of recipes, the recipe of which was brought from Lviv by my friend and since then has been baked all year round .. This summer it was with apricots, and plums, and apples, and with a mix of what was.
It is good with apples and currants or blueberries.
The recipe is similar to Bulin apple but ...

Bon Appetit!

Gashenka, now you simply have to bake it!
I ate five pieces instead of supper: nyam: Filling-apples, a bag and plum like cherry plum, large, was presented. Recommend!
Gasha
Agreed! As soon as the apples are ripe!

I just baked it and took a sample right away.

I made the filling with apricot, peach and plum. the filling turned out to be sweet and sour, and the dough .... super!

Can you tell me the size of the baking sheet or the thickness of the bottom layer? Thank you.
himichka
I have a round d = 32cm, the whole portion of the dough fits perfectly, the bottom layer is about 0.8-1cm thick.

I wonder if the top layer is rubbed on a coarse grater ... will somehow affect the taste? Have you tried it?
aniko
I have a form of 20 to 30. I simply divided the dough into two even parts. It seems to me (sorry for damp) how to lay out the dough is a purely aesthetic matter, as you like.
himichka
Will not rub, very soft
