Almond-cherry truffles

Ingredients

Dried cherries soaked in cognac 15 pcs
Chocolate 130 g
Butter 35 g
Cream 50 g
Amaretto (or cherry brandy syrup) 1 tbsp. l.
Roasted ground almonds 30-35 g
Roasted ground almonds for crumbling

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate with cream and butter. Add amaretto and mix thoroughly. Add nuts, stir and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  • After 12 hours, we form sweets: a spoonful of chocolate mass (lay out with a flat cake), on top - a cherry, on top of another spoon of chocolate mass. We form a ball, which we roll in ground nuts.
  • Result: Almond-cherry truffles
