  • The first MANDATORY! we fry buckwheat. Put in deep fat and fry. Fries very quickly. Don't yawn. It becomes crispy. We take out with a slotted spoon on a three-layer paper towel so that the glass is good.
  • Better, of course, to change the oil. But I fried the flakes further.
  • I have 5 cereals - wheat, rye, pearl barley, and some others. I don't remember anymore.
  • We also spread it in a thin layer in boiling oil. Quickly remove with a slotted spoon on a four-layer towel. Better to change it twice. For excess oil will make the candy soft.
  • Then everything is simple. Melt the chocolate. We mix everything together. We lay out according to the forms. I was making candy for the recipe. But I laid out the remains for the children in molds. We ate with pleasure.
